I felt absolutely destroyed but trusted her to make my skin better. I did 1 hydro facial and now monthly chemical peels. My skin has improved so much. Be aware that your skin will get worse before it gets better so trust the process! My skin is not perfect by any means still but she will tell you it will take time and patience and is worth the money! I wear an N95 at work so my skin sometimes gets worse but I know over time these peels and having a good regimen with skin reality brand will clear it all up! So if you are like me who suffers from stubborn acne (i have been dealing with it for 16 years now), go here and make the investment! I work too much to do the acne program here but if you have the time you should try it! Worth every penny! If you are going to invest in sometime, invest your money in your skin and health!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and my experience at SkinSpirit! Lauren is absolutely incredible at what she does. From the very beginning, she has made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely confident that my skin is in the best hands. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to understand your skin, your concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. One of the things I appreciate most about Lauren is that she takes the time to educate me, helps me understand what my skin actually needs, guides me with my at-home skincare routine, and makes thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. I never feel like I'm trying to figure everything out on my own. SkinSpirit itself is wonderful as well. The space is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and luxurious while still feeling comfortable. Everyone I've encountered has been kind and professional, and the level of care feels consistent throughout the entire experience. Finding someone you completely trust with your skin is such a big deal, and I genuinely feel like I found that with Lauren and SkinSpirit, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I've been coming here since I moved to Long Beach just under a year ago, and I swear they have the most talented injectors I've ever experienced. Odessa is legitimately an artist -- like Micheal Angelo with a needle. She's extremely knowledgeable and is able to clearly explain exactly what you need to do to achieve the results you're looking for. She not only takes her time to listen and understand what you want, but makes sure you're informed about and comfortable with each step of the process. I've never been consistently happier with my results and literally wouldn't trust anyone else with my face card. Don't walk, run -- and ask for Odessa!

I have a permanent bump on my forehead from an accident when I was younger, and Rebekah took the time to really understand my facial muscles and determine the technique that would work best for me. I swear she's a wizard. She restored the symmetry, smoothed my wrinkles, and made me feel like myself again. Everyone there was so kind, the office is clean and welcoming, and you can tell from the moment you walk in that you're going to receive a top-notch experience. Next up: a chemical peel!

I've had a couple times where I've had to wait past my appointment time (max 10-15 mins), but I get that things sometimes run behind - I have the same issue at my PCP, dentist, and injection derm. It's just the nature of the healthcare/service industry. Little delays stack up when people have questions or issues. I have seen NP Angel for every appointment except one. Angel is a true professional and she makes me feel completely at ease during my appointments. She's always good about talking though any changes I've made to my skincare routine to make sure it won't interact/interfere with the treatment. As with everything in life, you need to find who/what works for you through trying them out. I tried another NP at SEV when Angel wasn't available, and while she wasn't bad at all, there are just little things that Angel does that appeal to me and improve my overall experience (I have high anxiety about procedures).

I've been to the Hermosa location which is not my fav (it's super off putting at that location staff wise) I have also been to the Huntington Beach location which is lovely. Staff is pleasant But, Long Beach has been our fav. It's clean, the nurses are more likely to rotate less at this location so, you develop a nice report with them. Unlike other locations you tend to have a different nurse every time, The young ladies up front are again just the sweetest and they remember your name which is refreshing. It shows you're not just a name in a book with a time slot next to it. I'd give the staff 10 stars if I could.

My tattoo is still the same & cool sculpting was a waste of $2,100. The most unpleasant thing for me though, honestly, we're the 2 receptionists up front. Be ready to be looked up & down. They make it so hard to leave at the end of your appointment because they push you to sign up for other treatments. I get it, they probably make a commission out of it - but when you tell patients "you should get botox, you should get this, you need to get that." That becomes a problem. It's rude, unprofessional, & disgusting. I have 1 more cool sculpting session available but have decided to not use it. That's how bad these 2 receptionists were. Do not reccomend!

She took the time to actually listen, talk everything through with me, and explain things without making me feel rushed. It's been a while since I've experienced that kind of patience and genuine care. It's still too soon to tell how I'll feel about the Xeomin results, but I was very impressed with Sarah's bedside manner. She could've sold me just about anything if I could afford it, lol!

There are things I learned by switching that made such a difference for me. After switching I pay $20 less PER appt and get way better results. After 11 months I was not getting any results, not even improvements so I went somewhere else. With Cindy, getting appointments was a challenge and time between appointments effects how efficient it is and getting an appoint kinda felt like a game and untill I found the hack (read on). Turns out there are multiple types of electrolysis. I found another type to be more effective on me and less painful. If you have low sodium definitely look into different methods. This factor and time between appointments was the issue for me. Also, If you're trying to address a specific area, good luck with that, she flat out won't do less than she feels you should. Now a lot of people want every single hair including peach fuzz gone, you will be happy. I get mostly white soft peach fuzz with a handfull of dark hairs in one small area around a mole. I told her not to do certain areas and even tried to activly stop her as she did blond hairs. but she did it against my constant reqests. I went so far as to circle in eyeliner the only area I wanted done but she stilllll did what she wanted. I ended up with dark hairs growing back where it was originally only blond peach fuzz and more areas needed treatment. She swore that was impossible but there was never visable hair there before, now there is; only one thing changed. Everytime I asked for an appointment at a specific day/time she's was all booked up for that whole week. No matter how early I asked or how many weeks I selected. I don't know how to explain it but it seemed disingenuous. But here is a little trick. Ask for an appt half hour after you want it. When she says no, ask her to recommend someone else since that's when you are available. Her schedule miraculously opens for half an hour before you innitally requested. Like immediately, not cause someone cancels, just, now it's available. I did this about 7 times, worked every time but the games seemed unnecessary. I was waiting 6-8 weeks between appts with Cindy. I figured out that time between appts was a big part of the issue for me. Once I started going to Paula every 3-4 weeks as recommended it has been working way better. After switching I have gotten better and more immediate results. So don't just go off reviews try different types and see what works best for your schedule and body chemistry and schedule.
