Very professional , courteous - Nurse Alexa is Amazing! She takes time to explain & is very friendly & professional

These people are scammers. I have never, ever, dealt with this level of BAD SERVICE. They don't listen, just upsell. Now I am on the hook for $4,000.00 I have had a few treatments, not a good result, and I WANT OUT!!!!!!!! But they won't let you. I am sure there is a way and I will post as I maneuver. I don't have the money but they do NOT care. I was told that "you bought a car and left it on the lot". I have no choice but to fight this because now this is affecting my credit. The location is very small. Also, the ladies at customer service are savages. I went for one treatment and came out with a $10,000 loan for a bunch of stuff that I didn't ask for!! these ladies take pride telling you that you need more than what you came to actually do!! what happened to women really genuinely helping women? they charged my card and it took forever to get refunded. I also gave them $60 in cash. They didn't have change, did not give me a receipt and when asked for it back, they had to go through corporate. They ended up sending the check to some address that they mistakenly put in my profile., WTH !! Didn't get back to me when I called many many times, but if you're going to use these services, please be aware. read more

Experienced my first laser hair removal treatment and it was way less stressful than I expected. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me in and engaged in brief friendly conversation before leading me to my room. My nurse Taylor was kind and made me feel comfortable. The service was excellent Priscilla was very welcoming and helpful. I first had underarms laser treatment and it went well, fast and not painful at all. Secondly, I had my brilliant facial and it went well my nurse was very helpful in answering any questions as well as providing information about the treatment since it is my first time doing laser treatments. I've been coming here for over a year now. My first package was for laser hair removal. It included legs, Brazilian, happy trail, armpits and mustache. I'm overall pleased with having less volume of hair, but i definitely still need to use a razor. After a lot of my mustache treatments, it would darken the skin and make it look like I had a mustache, ironically. For the fall special I purchased another hair removal laser for maintenance, and a clear and brilliant for 6 sessions. I also bought the membership. I got overwhelmed with always having appointments, so I focused on just the clear and brilliant this fall/winter. For reference I'm 33. I deal with acne and sun damage. I also took a collagen powder out of my diet, which helped my acne calm down, as well as not eating dairy, fried food, and sugar. Anyways, clear and brilliant has helped eliminate my sun damage and texture. It hurts like a tattoo even with the numbing cream. Follow the before and aftercare to a "T" and it'll feel a little better. Everyone here is a sweetheart, which I appreciate because these laser treatments can hurt and cost a pretty penny. My favorite nurse is Denise because she was efficient and had the best bedside manner. She really helped me get through some painful clear and brilliant sessions, as well as hair removal. She educated me along the way and made me feel comfortable while undergoing the process. I love the way the ladies at the Cerritos location treat you. They really want to see you looking your best. 2nd Appt: Jamie was really nice. This time I received tattoo removal. The first thing she did was give me a stress ball! Lol Girl did I need it. Not because of the pain, but because of sheer anxiety! It wasn't that painful, she used a cooling blower (some type of mechanism) and it helped tremendously. I waited 10 days before writing this review in hopes things would get better. I absolutely love LaserAway for my Xeomin and laser but unfortunately my lip filler was not what I expected. I've been going to LaserAway for sometime now and the staff is beyond amazing ... love how gentle they are with Xeomin which is why I decided to try there filler. I was hoping it was going to settle in better by now but unfortunately it hasn't. When I smile you see the balls of filler on top and bottom ... my lips have no shape... one side is bigger than the other. I had severe bruising for 6 days. I have done filler before and it has never looked like this nor bruised as bad as I did. Feels like such a waste of money and have to live with this until I go somewhere else to fix it :( read more
