THEY CHARGED ME $650 via their ALLY SERVICE THEY PROMOTE - DO NOT USE THE ALLY TO PURCHASE SERVICES So anyway here's the story of why else to avoid this place Way over priced. They charge more for Botox than anywhere else and then claim it's because they are board certified, okay so is everyone else. I decided to come today cause the woman was a little pushy and wanted to rush me in and it was an impulse so I took off work, got an Uber a rushed over. I filled out all of the paper work and answered all of my history questions but after I got there they had me wait for 45 minutes while multiple people popped in asking "okay so you're here for.." and then naming a totally different treatment Eventually they said they couldn't treat me because I had lip filler somewhere else (which I told them multiple times before coming in) When I said I lost $210 and they charged me $650 already then woman in the office said "well what do you want from me" and the woman via text said "I didn't tell you to take off work" So shockingly unprofessional. Even the girls at the front desk were a little odd. Laughing and eating instead of saying hi when I walked in and when I told one her dress was unbuttoned (happens to us all sometimes, right) she was like oh yeah it just doesn't fit me. So really seems like the whole operation lacks a great deal of professionalism. That's not body shaming either, most people wouldn't show up to work at a medical office in a dress so small it can't be buttoned at the top or bottom, looked odd. Maybe for other laser services this place is good but not for tattoo removal. Out of 10 appointments, the last 3 were effective. Every appointment, I'd ask the nurse to turn up the machine to the higher settings. It wasn't till the last 3 that I could really "feel" the laser penetrating. The first 7 was a walk in the park pain wise but very zero to very little tattoo lightening. Seems like they do this on purpose to try to get you to buy 10 more after. read more

I had laser hair removal at this location and they burned my anus I had to go to emergency and spent a whole month in bed in a liquid diet I contacted the management right away they were so unprofessional and uncaring the supposed nurse they had on site confused the the cream I had on from emergency room with diarrhea now I know was not a nurse. It's been 11 months and I am in therapy for the damages I contacted management multiple times and they never care and never call me back I had to go confront them with all the pain I had. After a couple of treatments I inquired about more services with Delia (the manager I think) and I ended having a horrible experience. I had financed part of my first package so I talked to her about adding my next purchase to that same line of credit. She then offered me a New creditor, and I said I was NOT interested in another line of credit. so I said I wanted to add it to my current available line and paid the difference on my debit card. I was so excited when I found out they were opening a Cerritos location! I moved to north long beach and was dreading having to drive to either Hermosa or Huntington (LA traffic lol). The staff here is so nice at the front desk (Brittany and Kayla are so sweet) and clearly want to make your experience as smooth as possible (no pun intended). I have been getting 3 laser treatments done for the past several months (underarms, Brazilian and full legs). I'm obsessed with the results, I have like 2 hairs left on my whole body!!
