I have always been more on the hairier side when it comes to my body hair and my skin tone is more on the lighter side and have dark black hair/body hair so it is pretty noticeable at least on my arms hands and fingers and it's always been one of my insecurities. It was a sign when they opened a Laseraway a couple businesses down from where I work. As soon as I saw that they were open I went on the website put my name and info down and almost immediately I received a call from a Laseraway agent who provided me with all the information I asked for as well as give me additional information on payment options which came VERY in handy especially with how tough times are financially right now. I applied for the interest free payment plan option which you have to have your credit run and they let you know how much you get approved for. It makes it very easy and convenient if you're unable to pay all at once seeing how it is pretty pricey. The appointment itself for my arm hair was super fast, easy, and pain free. Depending what kind of pain tolerance you have, I would say I do not have a high pain tolerance, and it did not hurt for me it just felt like tiny rubber bands twisting my arm here which was not there seeing how they ask for you to shave prior to your appointment and after your session since it takes a couple sessions for the hair to stop from growing back. The staff is super nice and friendly I would highly recommend Laseraway if you're looking for getting rid of unwanted body hair UPDATE: just received my bill for what I will be paying a month and feel pretty blindsided I had understood a total different price that what I will be paying each month from my conversation with the Laseraway agent. Make sure you ask thoroughly how much you would be paying OVERALL. Because I was told one amount and not the other or I honestly don't think I understood about the other other annoying because I never would have agreed to pay what I am stuck paying for seeing how it is a contract. So if you are doing the monthly installments be careful. Normally I wouldn't mind but I am in the process of buying a car so I am very upset. read more

Denise went above my expectations by making sure the pain level was tolerable every step of the way. But what I appreciate most is she double checked what areas to laser hair remove and caught that I was also getting my upper legs in the package. Not realizing it... I didn't prepare and shave my legs. Online it says they have a strict policy, if you are not shaved and ready that they won't treat you. But Denise checked with the front desk to see if there was enough time to shave my legs herself in order for me to get laser hair removal on my legs that same day. I really appreciated her work ethic and thoroughness. It would have been such a nuisance for only the top of my legs to not be in sync with the rest of my laser hair removal treatments. I've been to this LA location a few times now for Botox and a clear and brilliant facial and every single time I've had an amazing experience. I would've given all stars, however, the only downside is that if you want a specific nurse, you can only request them and you may not get them the next time. Besides that!!!
