I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

First impression was off as no one was at the front desk, took them a few minutes to come out and greet. There was some back and forth going on, seem like front desk was unorganized. Going in to the room I was met by 2 nurses one was just an observer. After consulting with nurse if what I wanted, she pretty much just brushed it off. All she did was draw in a paper, then proceeded to pinch my skin every time she injected. I was super thrown off by this method as I've been to many spas and no one has ever pinched my face to inject. She was super rough. Never gave a warning or asked how I was doing.
