Came in for a few things since I saw them on my instagram and they had some good promos going on. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First impression was off as no one was at the front desk, took them a few minutes to come out and greet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was some back and forth going on, seem like front desk was unorganized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Going in to the room I was met by 2 nurses one was just an observer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After consulting with nurse if what I wanted, she pretty much just brushed it off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All she did was draw in a paper, then proceeded to pinch my skin every time she injected. I was super thrown off by this method as I've been to many spas and no one has ever pinched my face to inject. She was super rough. Never gave a warning or asked how I was doing. I noticed she put all my forehead tox in ONE are instead of spreading it! Same goes for the other areas. I came out with literal bumps a read face from all the pinching. After everything all nurse said was your done, "your probably gonna bruise, but it'll go away " l walked out of there horrified! [[HIGHLIGHT]]After checking out at front desk they said they would follow up in 10 days but of course no one called.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would not recommend this place, the nurses seem super undertrained, maybe even unqualified to inject. Their methods are not with patient in mind, and let's not even talk about the care cause there was none. 2 weeks after, my face is off, the nurse definitely didn't know what she was going , glad this isn't permanent. Terrible Experience - Waste of Money I went in on 3/8 for Botox and received 40 units on my forehead. A full month later, I could still frown, which has never happened to me before with Botox. I called to let them know, and they told me to come back in so they could fix it. I returned on 4/12 expecting the nurse to correct the issue. No one mentioned anything about an extra charge. The nurse said she'd add 9 more units and that it "should fix the problem." I agreed, assuming this was a follow-up to the original service. But not only did they charge me again without warning, the extra 9 units still didn't work. I'm still able to frown. This is the first time Botox has ever failed to work on me, and to be honest, I feel completely misled and ripped off. I will not be coming back. read more

Damaged my tattoo during laser hair removal. 1st session, the nurse didnt really go over the procedure. She had me sign the ipad (didn't give me time to read it all) and ask if I had previously lasered/been taking medication. Nurse had me lay down and did my legs, but lasered some areas blindly. She could not physically see where she was lasering all the time because she would extend her hand over my leg while sitting. She went over my tattoo with the laser removal which hurt pretty bad. She reacted by saying oh you have a tattoo, no apology just proceeded to place something on it to cover while finishing my legs. Now before you ask, I didn't mention the tattoo to her ( I didn't know laser damages it) nor did she ask if I had any. I had bought a groupon at the time so I decided to finish my laser there, the nurse I had afterwards did a great job. They also offer relaxing facials which I highly recommend. If a "generous" tip on the pre-discounted price is, say, 25%, they're asking for a $150 tip on something I bought for $210. This passive-aggressive demand for a tip is ONLY visible AFTER purchase. Thankfully Groupon was willing to give me a refund. Of course you could try going in and not adhering to their request/demand, but who wants to risk having their face sabotaged?
