I especially want to thank Stephanie, PA-C. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to examine my skin, explain her recommendations, and educate me about other treatments that could help improve my skin. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how informative and professional she was. Alexa, the office manager, was also so kind and generous. She offered me a complimentary facial, which was such an unexpected and appreciated treat! And my esthetician was absolutely amazing! She was warm, friendly, and made the entire experience so relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. And the best part? I came home and my boyfriend immediately noticed that my skin looked extra good. That's when you know the facial did its job! I'm so glad I found Skin Perfect Whittier and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals and a welcoming, personalized experience.

I had a facial with Itzel, and it was among the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I've experienced. My complexion felt deeply refreshed, radiant, and noticeably healthier afterward. I also received Botox from Angie, whose expertise, precision, and artistic eye inspired complete confidence. Well first off, I must say at my 40 years I have never had a facial. So I was a bit nervous because…read moreI decided to do this a few days before my wedding. I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

As soon as I could, I booked an appointment--and let me tell you, my friend was right. Francesca made the whole experience so worth it. From the moment I laid down, I felt completely relaxed--I honestly didn't want to wake up. She's incredibly gentle (which I really appreciate, since no one likes pain), and my face looked amazing afterward. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and effective. I'll definitely be coming back in about a month for another session. Highly recommend asking for Francesca if you want your skin to look and feel its best!

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.
