Said it before and I'll say it again on here , if I could give this place a negative star review I would. Save your time, money & most importantly your energy. unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service. The receptionist is very dismissive and rude when it comes down to honoring policy's the salon makes it clear they offer. She didn't want to give me her name either , she takes disrespect to another level. When I left the salon I could hear her from my car talking about me , and to anybody that's visited this location knows there's a good distance from the parking lot to the salon. This girl was screaming !! She claims she's been working there for 3 years but it shows different , the salon should stop investing in decor and invest in some customer service classes . From the moment I walked in, the she seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. The only reason I went again was due to the owner having another receptionist ( Mike ) call me and ask me to take down my first review I had posted and they'll fix my lashes for the (( 3rd )) time !! These fixtures were done within one week of all lashes falling That shows how fake and unprofessional the owner is. She or he never called me personally and waited until it was inconvenience to them to try and fix the problem. And in this economy $80-$100 in lashes is a treat so for them to fall out within a week is frustrating would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience & I'll post the first set I had called in for , consider this was 3 days after I got them done Cheap dirty work Replying to their reply : No need to tell me the obvious , I will not take my business to you guys ever and will let it be known to the pico residents , believe me. You guys can have more customers but sad that your ego is bigger than your common sense. And your receptionist that is a proud bimbo to say the least. I've been a loyal customer here for a long time, and my daughter also receives services at this salon. In the past, there were a few instances where the staff was rude toward her. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued coming back, hoping it was a one-off situation. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. The salon was nearly empty--only myself, my friend, and two other customers were there, with more than 15 massage chairs completely unused. Despite this, staff made my friend stand up because she wasn't receiving a service. The issue wasn't just the policy, but the way it was communicated--very rude and unnecessary. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was the only one being serviced and was prepared to spend well over $300. You would expect a level of professionalism and courtesy, especially from a business that claims to value repeat clients. Customer service matters. How you speak to people matters. I didn't want to leave a review, but I have to. I've been to this nail shop twice, and both times were bad. The first time, Phillip couldn't shape my nails well at all. I mentioned it, and they gave me a gift card. I went back hoping for better, but it was the same issue! I'm not sure if it's the same people, but they do a really poor job. I just wanted square nails, which shouldn't be hard to do! I won't come back it's too expensive for such bad nails. I'll stick to my usual nail shop in Compton. No thanks! read more

Maritza the receptionist was very helpful and answering my questions and helping me get a Gel X quote for my design. Cindy did my gel pedicure and was wonderful...great quality work, attention to detail, kind, and patient. April did my Gel X with black tip/checkerboard design and I love the end result. I was nervous I wouldn't like the end result simply because I'm very particular (nicer way of saying I'm picking up with anxious high standards)...anyhow, April was quiet, but super focused and detail oriented. Asked to confirm length, design, etc. Overall great experience and you get a free drink! ...and a gift card (rewards type) for your next visit, plus they are raffling off a purse...I'm a sucker for these customer incentives lol ...thank you to the manager, Jennifer as well! read more

I don't understand why they have a 3 star rating. The place is beautiful, the extra care in customer service is on point. I most book my appointments to avoid delay in service because they do get really busy. My nail person is Mini and my pedi person is Helen I love how they work and help each other in coordinating to get me in and out with quality work . The nail tech was clueless. Did my polish and insisted to put my sandals on. I told him that it's still wet. But yet put on my sandals. And the polish was wet and ruined my polish. He attempted to repaint the big toe with the sandals. I told him they would get ruined. This is how I walked out. He attempted twice. But I had been there over an hour. The service is good but not amazing unless they think that they can up sell you. I went today after not going there for a long time. I asked for simple pedicure and I was very clear that all I wanted was regular nail polish and I was pestered over and over and over again about my choice and why I was not good. No matter what I said about my reasons for not wanting gel they still tried to convince me. And I'm not exaggerating when I say that at least 6 different people questioned me about my choice. I did give in and decided to get a manicure and again they tried to get me to change my mind on the gel. And finally I decided to get my eyebrows done since I was already there, but then she kept trying to wax most of my face and because I refused so then she kept pointing out that I have a mustache (no I don't) and because that didn't work she too questioned my choice not to get gel polish. Literally until I left the chair and as I was walking to the front to pay they kept talking to the rest of the employees about the fact that I didn't choose to get gel polish. This is honestly the last time I will ever come here. And just as a side note because I was there so long waiting for my nails to dry. I noticed that instead of using fresh towels they just fold up the towels that people have been sitting on for who knows how long and wiping their hands on and who knows what else.
