I'm currently 9months pregnant and wanted a manicure and pedicure before my 4th baby arrived. The ladies welcomed me and were so sweet to make sure I was comfortable. They tended to me quickly but didn't rush my services. I bounced ideas off my nail technician but decided to just settle on something simple and neat. The place was clean and inviting. They had a good amount of options for nail color. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two ladies who did my nails because I would love to go back and have them again. The fact that this thousand square-foot place was basically empty should've been my first sign. My appointment was at 4 pm. She didn't complete the appointment she previously had until 4:45. When I asked the owner and her staff what the hold up was, she kept telling me she was almost finished. 45 minutes later I finally started my pedicure. When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back. This business won't last long. Not even the people who live in this area should accept this kind of quality.
