Mindy's nail spa, I've been coming here for many years. And I come here because it is close to home and I can just walk in without an appointment. I just got my nails done. And I didn't have a good experience. The total came out to $57 for a basic manicure with some dots. I got charged $20 for a design nail and different colors on nails. I was not told of this price. I am use to getting multiple colors on the whole nail and that was always only an extra $10. I am so upset about this. There are so many other places to get nails done. I have been really disappointed with them lately. Having a hard time wanting to come back. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting for a significant amount of time, which makes the booking process feel completely pointless. To make matters worse, the staff can be quite rude ( an old lady that charges) I felt very uncomfortable and judged rather than a customer. During the pedicure, it was incredibly stressful having the olde lady rush my pedicure lady she clearly prioritize speed over quality, rushing my girl through the service just to get me out faster I felt my lady trying to hurry up because the old lady keeped walking by and tapping her shoulder she even showed her I still have 5 minutes left on my message and the old lady keep mumbling things under her breath. I also witnessed a situation where a customer's payment didn't process immediately, and the older lady reaction was unprofessional and impatient. Between the poor scheduling and the rushed, unfriendly atmosphere, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a relaxing nail day. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can not. I have been a loyal and returning customer for over a year here. My family has came here and given business as well. I have always recommended this place to multiple people up until recently. On December 20th I went in to get my nails done with the same person I have always booked with, never had an issue. December 31st, a day I was NOT serviced, I was notified of a charge from this place. Now why would I be charged 11 days later? So I called to get information and person on the phone told me "the transaction you saw was not from us. you were charged on 12/20, nothing came up with your card ending in **** on 12/31" (I will show screenshots) so I went to my bank and they said I was the 3rd person from "Mindy's" to be charged days later. So my bank advised me to dispute the charge and get a new card. Which is what I did. Fast forward I got my nails done for the last time here in Feb 2026. On 03/05/26 I kept receiving phone calls from this place and text messages asking why I dispute the charge, I sent them screen shots of whoever had messaged me prior and explained the situation. The person asked if I can call them so I did. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was the most rudest person ever and does not know how to speak to customers. She kept telling me I need to pay them back and that I was the only customer who had this problem and that my bank never told me that I was the 3rd person to have this issue with this nail salon. And that I was not charged on the 20th, however the other person I had talked to prior told me I was charged on the 20th. Whatever lady was on the phone was yelling, was being very dismissive, talking over me and would not let me get a word in. I am very disappointed in this place and how much business I have given them along with my family. Please retrain whoever was speaking to me on the phone because that was uncalled for and I will be taking my business elsewhere thanks to the unprofessionalism of whoever was speaking to me on the phone. On a side note, Jason has been such a wonderful nail tech over the last year. He has done an amazing job on all my gel x nails and I am sad I have to part ways with him, due to the unprofessionalism of whoever spoke to me on the phone. When working with customers, there is a way to talk to them, so I really hope this place will retrain those who need it! UPDATE: since they want to respond back and say it was false claims when my bank is the one that told me to dispute the charge. So you are actually incorrect when the bank themselves told me to dispute the charge. Whoever I spoke to on the phone said they would call my bank and I advised them to. Also the screen shots clearly state that your employee themselves said "I was charged the 20th" but then you guys keep telling me I wasn't and I was charged later, and every time I spoke to someone I was told different things. And every single time I ask why was I charged almost 2 whole weeks later, not a single person has answered that question for me. I would also like to say I have never been charged by any business 2 weeks later. You definitely need to do better as a business, the last thing this business has is integrity! I will never step foot in that salon again when it is a mistake on YOUR merchants end and I did exactly what my bank advised me to! read more
