I come here regularly and the ladies are pleasant and I enjoy my pedicures and my fills.

So I came here as a last resort/Hope of getting my toes done. I have an event for Saturday. I came with my daughter so she could also get her toes done. We came sat down really fast. Everybody was super nice. But the overall quality of work does not match the price. Just like every nail salon, they have their services listed as a set price and I understand there comes with add-ons and all that but why being so secretive why not be full disclosure upfront? Instead, I get to the checkout expecting my total to be $70 -$75 But instead, I ended up paying $86 for whatever reason Because the manager or owner told me my daughter's nails were gonna be 28 and the service I got for my toes was 40 so total would've been 68 and I was expecting taxes and some extra fees cause you know you account for that ended up with 18 extra dollars of whatever. Overall felt scam the quality of the work is JUST OK they'll get me through my event, but definitely will not be coming back. read more

Kim if fantastic! She does fabulous nails and can work up special designs on a whim. Her dip nails are thin, feel like just an enhancement to your own nails. However, the few times when one of the 2 other technicians have done my nails, I have been disappointed do to the terribly high bar I have come to expect from having Kim do my nails. read more

Went in for a full set and gel pedicure and eyebrow wax. First time coming here and was welcomed with a smile Kim did my post and I believe her name was Ann Ana maybe did my pedicure and they were both amazing I 10 out of 10 recommend.. the quality of their work was amazing. Was looking for a new place since my usual salon raised their prices by a lot and I don't like gel x which is what most nail salons only offer now. Decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! This is a long awaited review because I wanted to see how long my nails lasted. Kim recommended tap hybrid gel since I don't like gel x and miss getting acrylics done. I do a lot of cleaning and cooking and my tap hybrid gel nails are still very strong after 2 weeks. Came back for a fill for the holidays and couldn't be more happier with the service. Kim is very nice and you can tell she really enjoys doing nails. I had gel pedicures done with 2 other ladies. We just left here not too long ago, and although they seem nice they just wasted my time, and as a business owner my TIME is very valuable as is anyone's which is why I wouldn't waste anyone's time! We got there and they saw my Daughters nails they gave her a quote and told us to wait for the nail artist that was going to do the design we waited about 30-40min just for her to say that she would have to do a new set and charge double so I was like if I'm gonna pay that much I might as well have gone to Topline believe me when its not about the money is the part where you quoted one thing after seeing what you had to work with and then all of a sudden the price double and that just didn't sit right with me and I didn't respect that or appreciate it at all. I had been going there for a while getting my nails done by Kim. I am the type of person that enjoys bling bling and pays the money to get it done. Every time I went my nails cost , $81.00 and up so for Kim to give me attitude and treat me like crap is unacceptable!! I didn't even make a fuss when she said she was going to put on a new set using "dip powder " charged me for that, then said they weren't a dipped set and the following month charged me again lol...I thought ok, it's just me imagining this, but when I took my boyfriend he noticed it and was upset I was being treated so badly. The breaking point was when I text Kim and asked if she could fix a nail that had broken 1 week after she put on a new set. She did not even have the courtesy to reply back. I'll be on the hunt for a good nail salon with decent customer service, why is that so hard to find?? read more

I recommend asking the price of eeeeeeverything so you aren't surprised when they ring you up. I paid 105 for 2 pedicures. They handed me the menu, i selected 2 of their $32 pedicures and I tipped a total of $14. I assumed there was an upcharge for gel, but at the rate i paid, i paid an extra $27 for gel. She put nail remover on a cotton ball wrapped in foil and was frustrated that they were taking too long to come off so she just stoped trying.
