After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I'm so grateful for her patience, transparency, and commitment to getting the results right. She essentially gave me a second session at no extra cost since we had to start over, and she never once made me feel rushed or upsold. Something I deeply respect. Trust your Internet Auntie. I've gotten my brows micro bladed before somewhere else about 3 years ago (ombré brows). They faded within 3 months. I was so disappointed because this shit is expensive. I was told my skin was too oily and I sweat too much which messes with retention. Micro blading is just another word for tattooing your face in small sections in my opinion. So my dream of actually have eyebrows without having to pencil them in faded as fast as my bladed brows did. Now three years later I stumbled on Jewlz IG. Whoa, I was impressed. What the heck are nano brows? I'm not gonna explain it - just read her info on this page for the best description by the actual expert. I told her I wanted hair like strokes to look natural and real. Not like an Angry Bird and not like solid black bands on my face. I don't want it to look "obvious". She explained my options and mapped my face. She explained exactly what her plan was. Three hours later and my perfect nano brows were completed! I couldn't believe it ... I had my brows exactly as specified. I had a distinct nose bridge! I looked younger! I was happy! Julie is easy to talk to and easy to work with. She "got" what I wanted in just a few words. I'm on day 12 and they have hardly peeled in the healing stage. Tiny dry skin flakes but nothing major. She said nano brows offered good retention and so far that's been the case. I know you want to know "did it hurt?" Pain is different for everyone. She does the first pass as-is to get the outline done. Then she applies numbing cream. It feels like a sharp repetitive sting but you get used to it quickly. I was entirely comfortable throughout the whole process. Check out my pics for more reassurance if you need it. JUST BOOK IT. Get your face in order for 2025. Be happy when you look in the mirror. Save time not having to draw in your brows yourself every damn morning. Look badass instantly upon waking up Treat yo self. You deserve it. "Was it expensive?" Don't cheap out ... it's your FACE for goodness sakes. Her pricing is right in line with competitive artistry and permanent makeup. (I'll update this review if all of a sudden I wake up and there's a Case of the Disappearing Brows but I don't think that will happen.)

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I've been going to Leslie for my brows for the last 2 1/2 years, and I'll never trust anyone else! I get my brows laminated every two months and a brow stain/tint every 4-6 weeks, and my eyebrows have never looked better. I get compliments all the time on how perfect my brows look and how amazing the shape is. Honestly, I don't feel like myself until Leslie works her magic--she makes me feel confident and beautiful every single time. She's truly the best in the business, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. If you're looking for flawless brows, Leslie (the owner) is the one you need. Tell her I sent you! I'd like to add that the studio is clean and organized and smells amazing. You can tell that so much love was put into the creation of the studio. And all the staff is friendly and super helpful. I am a customer for life. read more

Wish I could leave 0 stars. This place rips people off. They peddle some teeth whitening service claiming to be done by a dental professional, check their website. It's false! They use some ineffective and dangerous gel performed by some random girl. Doesn't work. Also you can probably just buy a real whitening gel off Amazon for $20 bucks. They charge an insane amount for something that doesn't work. Save your money and your time. read more

I'm freaking GLOWING and it's been almost 12 hours since I had my facial. I have had chemical peels, glycolic facials, oxygen treatments, etc. in an effort to undo the un-sunscreened years of my youth. Now that I'm in my 30's I've been trying a variety of skincare lines with some success and I had reached out to Jennifer several weeks ago because I was interested to know if she used Dermalogica products (she does) because I had a baby 9 months ago and that's the only skincare line my hormonal face seems to be able to handle. During the facial I was so relaxed, she walked me through each of the steps and each of the products she was using on me, warned me when something would tingle, and made suggestions when I asked for advice for future steps. When I got home and my husband saw me he even commented that it looked like I had gotten a full night's sleep which is impressive since I haven't had a full night's sleep in MONTHS. I also appreciated that she gave me samples to try at home but I didn't feel pressured to buy any products like other places I've been to have tried to do. I will definitely be making facials a regular priority in my self-care rotation with my new fave esthetician. Thank you again for a great experience Jennifer!
