Given the price is similar to where threading salons at west LA and DTLA charges, I don't demand for 5 stars service but I can't ignore the fact that hand sanitizing is minimal, no cleaning of seats between customers, and no tissue paper to clean up your face after threading. Most importantly, I've been a regular and I'm treated like I don't know the prices. I'm not a dummy. Not related to threading but the store has crude ladies at the cashier/front desk and hair stylists. I've seen these people speak rudely to customers. LOVE going to Gammy. She's the only person that can shape my eyebrows beautifully. I've been to Maya's and even Ellie and they both barely did anything to my eyebrows, it was like they didn't even do anything to them, to the point where I didn't want to pay (of course I did and tipped).
