Ke-tal is the best!!! we just moved to the area so she is the closest to me. I'm very scared when it comes to trying new threading places because I'm super sensitive. But her hand is so light and I love that she does not just thin my eyebrows, but she actually really shaped them. I've had bad experiences in the past with people just thinning them out. I came here to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded before my wedding. All I wanted was a cleanup without thinning out my eyebrows. That is exactly what was delivered. There was no wait and price was reasonable. The service was quick. She applied lotion on after for redness. After leaving I realized I left my sunglasses. It's been over a year since I've gotten my eyebrows threaded, so they were in desperate need of taming. Luckily for me, Sonali threading salon was nearby and had amazing reviews. Located in a small strip mall, there's 2 rows of parking, but I pass this area often and I've never seen it full. I arrived about an hour after opening and there was one person before me. The salon was clean and masks were required at the time of my visit. I signed in, waited no more than a few minutes before I was called up. I've been getting my brows threaded for over a decade and this is one of the more gentle ones I've been to. She worked quickly and made sure I was happy with the shape of my brows. The prices are extremely reasonable, I paid with a card and was in and out In about 10 minutes. This is my spot to get my eyebrows threaded. Ketan (spelling?) is so friendly and always takes her time even if there are people waiting in line. She remembers me and the way that I like my eyebrows threaded and she always greets me with a warm and friendly smile. She's not as aggressive as some other ladies who thread with so much pressure and speed. I think the string she uses doesn't hurt as much as other places because it's thinner string (I think) which means less pain which is a good thing. I found her through Yelp and I'm so glad I did. They do an amazing job on your eyebrows! I've been going here for 3 years now and never once have I been unhappy with their work. They use to provide a nice forehead massage at the end but with Covid they had to stop. I'm really looking forward to them once we open back up. Came in on a Tuesday morning and it was totally empty. The lady inside was very sweet and helped me open the door as I was pushing my son in his stroller. She was quick and did a great job on my brows, leaving them looking very natural but cleaning up all the extra hairs I didn't want. She also did a good job of cleaning up my upper lip. After getting threaded one time somewhere else I broke out along my brows so I always disinfect with an alcohol wipe after and usually it really stings, but after getting threaded here there was almost no stinging, so I suspect she did a good job of pulling out the hairs without breaking the skin too much read more

Gotta say, Yelp reviews here did not disappoint. Prices were great, location is easy to get to, and service was great. I don't usually thread, very painful for me. I tweeze the eyebrow and just nair the lip. But decided to thread today. She worked on my eyebrows fast! Wasn't as painful as I feel it to be most times! So, I decided to go for the lip, using their numbing ointment. Not sure the ointment worked but she worked fast there too so that was a painful but quick success. Definitely coming back. read more

Lately I've been trying to find another threading salon, granted my previous salon was really going downhill in terms of care and customer service. I found this salon on Yelp, and figured I'd try it out. I really enjoyed my visit! It's located along Whittier Blvd. next to Vintage Vogue, and keep in mind that parking is a little scarce. I was kindly greeted by the owner and another gal. The owner examined my brows, asked what shape I was going for, and threaded my brows. She asked if I was okay throughout the process, and had me check twice to make sure she was doing my brows how I had asked. I've had many complaints at different salons because they thread so aggressively, but she was so light-handed! I was so surprised how delicate, yet efficient, her threading is. After she was done, she offered an aloe vera massage on my brows. I did appreciate that she made sure to disinfect her hands prior to my threading and brow massage. My visit today was only $6, and I do look forward to coming back! Her personality and professionalism in her service was a win! read more

I'm disappointed. I read all the reviews on this place and was expecting outstanding results. Unfortunately, the lady took too much off the top of the eyebrow and didn't even even it out. Now my bfs eyebrows are all messed up. IN ADDITION, my eyebrows are uneven on the inside (where I CANNOT GROW MY HAIR BACK) and my right eyebrow is clearly thicker than the other. They called me and said they can fix it but there's no way to fix it without taking off MORE hair. No thank you. I'm giving an extra star for Ketan because she reached out and really attempted to fix them, but it's just not possible without removing more hair. Thank you. read more
