I've been coming here for years! They are reasonably priced and typically do a good job. I have been coming here since 2015 and I have only had two bad experiences. I have noticed that each person has their own style so when it is somebody new, I tend to give more guidance as to what I like. The only service I have had here is eyebrow threading. It is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking nearby. Once you come in, they have a tablet that you use to check in. They typically have 2 to 3 people working on the different things and you can choose from the list who you want or select first available. It is a very casual environment with a predominant Indian atmosphere and they are friendly. read more

Amazing service, not rushed - can't go elsewhere if it ain't Pam who would clean up my off the grid brows.

I went on a wednesday. I wanted in and walked out so quickly. Service was quick and very well done. Only costed me only 10$ for a speedy eye brow threading. I was in and out. Waited minutes, threaded for minutes, got a nice aloe moisturizer massage, and walked out. Very satisfied. read more

This was my first time, and I'll definitely be back. Even though i went on a Friday the waiting time was 7 minutes. Clean, great service, and affordable prices. read more

Wanted to give this place a chance but I will not go back. I have 5 cuts all over my eyebrow bone. Not worth the $10. Very disappointing.

I've never had such a horrific experience with threading. They made my eyebrows completely two different shapes and blamed it on me. However my hair was grown out so there was full room for shaping. No apologies given nor any other way to amend the shape. I'm livid due to the complete lack of care and service. read more

I literally walked in and 5 minutes walked out. When I walked in I wasn't received with a "welcome" or a "hello." But that didn't really bother me. What got to me was the attitude one of the girls had. She kept rolling her eyes every time someone would walk in. I was sitting down in the waiting area googling other places new by, stepped out side to call and left. Not to mention how dirty it looks. The lady rolling her eyes was literally being so rude to her client. read more

Brows were not fully cleaned properly. Today I got my eyebrow "trimmed " and a big chunk was cut and it felt intentional.

I came in here to get my brows cleaned up and Pam did a great job and was super quick! If they ask you for lotion I'd definitely say yes because they give you a little massage too! Would definitely come back here. read more

The salon is conveniently located in a shopping center surrounded by Ross, Famous Footwear, Starbucks, and a Regal Movie theater. My daughter and I have been coming for over a year now and I am finally getting around to writing a well deserved review. The shop takes walks ins and I have never needed an appointment. I just walked in on a Saturday at 4:30 and didn't even have to wait. My threader today was named Pam and she was quick and painless. She had me out of the chair within a few short minutes. They are always fast and friendly and the shop is clean and comfortable. read more

I came for a simple eyebrow clean up but somehow left worse than I came in. The lady completely botched my brows. It looks so UNEVEN. Do NOT COME HERE!!!!! read more

I have been coming to Sutra threading salon on and off over the past 10 years to get my eyebrows threaded. Sutra is almost always able to seat me within a few minutes of checking in. My routine service is just getting an eyebrow "clean up" and is usually pretty fail-proof. Not always sure, but sometimes it does seem like they re-use spoolies and scissors without cleaning or disinfecting them first. This past time I thought it was weird that after finishing with my service the threading artist threw the tissue she used to wipe away hairs pretty aggressively towards me. read more

Arrived 5 mins before they closed after driving 30 mins away from home in traffic and reception was on the phone and told me they were closed already read more

I have been going to Swati since I was 13 (I'm 28 now) and she has always made me feel welcomed in and like family. She makes me feel like that girl whenever I leave after getting my eyebrows done. I recommend this salon to anyone that asks me where I get mine done. read more

eyebrows look good every time after .And staff is also very nice the vibe is also very nice as well

Don't go here unless you want your eyebrows to be messed up. Literally left both of my eyebrows so uneven & left behind a lot of hair. DONT go here. read more

Horrible experience requested a full face thread the lady gave me multiple cuts my skin was irritated and scabbed for days

I always get my eyebrows threaded here and it is so clean and they always fit me. I love the result at the end.

So I have been to this spot four times and staying ! I'm sitting here typing...realizing they dont use their lips to thread. They are wearing a land yard necklace and tie the thread to it. So any germaphobes this is your spot! I love their speed the charge and the brow and let's not forget their price at $10 for eyebrow you cant not mention that! If your in area try them! Thank you ladies! read more

Love coming here for my eyebrows it doesn't matter who does them here, they always come out perfect. I don't even need look in the mirror afterwards. I'm super picky about my eyebrows and they always maintain them and do not thin them out. read more

I really love this place.Great customer service and very clean.Employees are so friendly.Highly recommend!

The incense they were burning was overwhelming! I asked to have the front door open.

I didn't like this place. It was my first time here since the place I normally go to was closed today and it's my day off. Customer service needs to improve. I personally will not be coming back. read more

Horrible experience. Their customer service is atrocious and by the time I got up from the chair BOTH my eyebrows where burning (not from the lotion) she did a great job with the shape but I have an excessive amount of bumps and small cuts. I don't have sensitive skin and have been getting my eyebrows done for years I've never experienced this. Also when she applied lotion she was so sloppy a big drop fell on my left eyelash she did nothing about it and it got into my eye. When she was done and told me I could up I rushed to get a tissue to clean it up since my eye was burning. The entire time she looked at me annoyed because I wasn't leaving her station to go pay. I won't be coming back. read more

If anyone has tried treading before they know that it is painful. But like the saying goes, "No pain, no Gain", it is true. After you get your eye brows threader you will see that it looks pretty clean and nice. I love to get it done and I go to Sutra because this place is close to my house and they are open! Some places especially if you go to the nail ones have just one person that threads and that person might not even be at the location at that time so it gets quite frustrating. This place is clean and has lots of chairs. I haven't ever had to wait for a long time. I tried going to a threading place in Glendale and they told me they were fully booked for the whole entire night. If you are worried about this you can also give them a call and just see if they are busy or not. I don't have a specific lady I go to, I just let whoever is free to do mine and I haven't had any issues with this place at all. Parking is plenty don't worry about that and the price is pretty much similar to any other threading place. read more

This is my first time trying the eyebrow threading and must say it was painful. I definitely thought of lot before coming in to get my eyebrows threaded again it was the pain issue. I came in and the whole experience was quick and I'm pleased with the results. They asked for my phone number and texted me a welcome message "Sultra Loyalty rewards program". I came in for a clean-up, shaped. The procedure was quick and efficient with some pain. Cost $8.00 I liked the customer service and definitely pleased with the results. See you soon. read more

Super fast and they pay attention to detail. I like how they go back to each brow and make sure they're even

Sutra is so far my most favorite eye brows threading place. Swati is very friendly and does amazing job with eyebrows. She takes her time to make sure it is done right. She is friendly and professional. Overall I absolutely love her and her skills. read more

So I normally go to Sameera's in Fullerton, but Fullerton just too far away from me. It didn't make sense to drive 30 mins there and 30 mins back for something that only took 5 mins to do. Anyways, Thanks Yelp for introducing me to this place. Due to all the good reviews I decided to try this place out. The lady that did my threading was called Pam something... She was great. She is not a smiley friendly person, so at first I was a bit worried. However she really takes her time to get every detail right. She show me the mirror after she finished my first eyebrow to ask me if I liked it and I did. After she finish both brow she asked me to take another look. I asked for a little bit thinner and she was very willing to take off more. After I was satisfied she asked me if would like lotion and I said yes. It was nice to get lotion to help the redness. I been to 2 different threading place besides this and they never gave me lotion. It was great, I will definitely be back :) read more

This is the closest threading salon to home, and I'm always pleased with the outcome. Just ask them to clean up around my existing shape every time, and they've never done anything irreversible. I've been to better salons but this is the most convenient. They have a nice little check-in iPad on the front desk. You earn rewards with every visit.. I think it's 9 visits and the 10th is free. Eyebrows cost $8 and I always leave a $3 tip. They accept card which is nice, but you have to tell them to add the tip before they swipe. Amy is one of my favorite girls there, but she wasn't working today. They all do a nice job, I haven't encountered anyone that doesn't do an adequate threading job yet. read more

Best place to get your eyebrows done. Swati is amazing. She won't disappoint. I don't trust many people but she really knows how to take care of you. Happy I found you. read more

This by far is my favorite threading salon. I have been coming here for 5 years & it's truly the best. The woman that work here do not push services On You, they give you exactly what you request. Seriously I love these woman & will vouch for them! Great service , great prices & they are all talented read more

When they first open they were great! Now that the Boss Niru isn't here, the staff is rude and don't care to take good care of you! All the workers here try to rush and finish fast so that they can help the next client. Many times my family and I have came and we all agree that these workers are not customer service oriented. What a Disappointment. Update.... changed to one star because I will never return to this place! I make sure to tell everyone about Sutra being the WORST customer service around! Its time for my regular 2 week eyebrow visit to see (Amy). Prior to coming in i called ahead 6:40pm to make sure what the new closing time is? The woman who answered (Sofi) said 7pm. I get there at 6:50pm there is still 1 customer in there paying and Amy was packing her bag and Sofi at the front desk said sorry we are closed already. I said it's not 7pm yet? She said yeah we are closing earlier due to the rain. I said what I just called you and you told me you were closing at 7 PM how is it that your closing 10 minutes before why didn't you communicate this to me when we were on the phone she said sorry can you come back tomorrow? I said no that is why am here today because I cannot make it tomorrow I am going on a trip and of course she didn't care and refused to help me. And this incident did it for me never to return here. Been coming here for a good 5 years or so and has been one of my favorite places after checking out several other threading salons. Especially having to go to new places since they closed down when the county guidelines would change. Their service is quick and the ladies are all so welcoming. Love their point system. Just have to remind them when you're gonna use it. read more

Amy is amazing!! This place was very clean, neat, safe and welcoming. Eyebrows on point!! : )

I will drive 40 minutes each way for Swati to do my eyebrows. She used to be at my old salon in Costa Mesa and I've followed her to Sutra. Swati has never missed on my eyebrows. She remembers what I like and is always perfect. Been probably close to 10+ years now. Swati is the best. read more
