Absolutely terrible experience! The gal at the front desk, very unfriendly, and the woman who did my nails must've been in training because she ripped my cuticle. I went in for a very basic simple manicure, and she didn't seem to know how to do the work of cleaning-up of the sides of my nails, where the cuticle area touches it. She also messed up on one of the nails and had to do it over again. She was smiley and outwardly compliant, but I had no idea if she understood what I was trying to tell her, and I had no idea what she was communicating to me in the few moments she did . Everything would've been overlooked because I understand they must be tired, but the people in there were unfriendly, harsh, and they speak Vietnamese amongst each other to your face in a way where it sounds like they're talking about you. It feels very rude because they just speak amongst each other in their own language when you're being serviced, right in front of your face. read more

I popped in after work, had never been, and didn't look up reviews. I had hard gel on my natural nails that I wanted removed, get a new gel polish mani and pedi. I was taken right away which was great, however my nails (both hands and toes) look terrible. I am SO disappointed in what I paid vs what I got. I normally pay similar price but close to home and the quality of service is so much better! My hard gel was not completely removed so my nails look lumpy they're all uneven and the polish looks like it was put on by a child. I do my nails better myself. I will definitely not come back here, and if you're looking for great quality, I suggest trying somewhere else too. read more

Honestly, I really like this place, everyone is beyond friendly. Their pedicures are the best, but acrylics is not their thing. By now I have tried 4 different manicurist. The first one was amazing. The second had difficulty with design, the third made them somewhat thick, and this time they're so thick and the shaping. She did offer to fix them, but honestly my only solution is taking them off and doing them again. Especially when the thickness is of different sizes. When I tried to pay they asked me to pay $45. I told them that the $35 service was not the gel nail and the shoulder massage was not included. They lied to me. read more

I walked in and was sat instantly. I was alittle nervous because I had a complex designed but they came so good!! Diana was wonderful, she carefully hand painted all of the details and really took her time. My middle finger is slightly crooked but she made sure to adjust the nail so that they were all even without me asking. Wonderful experience! She also made sure that every nail was even on both sides, something I had experienced before. She was really sweet and patient. I can't wait to go back and get my nails down by her again! Going into it, I expected that the nails were going to around $80 since it was a full acrylic set with a complicated design. I ended paying $60 which was so worth it!!! I always used to come here for my sets and wow was i so sad today! I called ahead because I was on a time crunch and asked if i could get my pedicure and full set done at the same time. They said yes and when i came in they began on me at the same time. Once the lady glued the nails to me she saw me looking at them and asked what was wrong. I told her that one nail was hurting me and she sprayed alcohol on it. A few moments later she kept asking me "better?" "better?" I didn't know what to say and got nervous so I didn't make eye contact but I said "no it's still hurting, i think you glued the nail onto my skin..." the nail was clearly too large and part of it was on my skin. She goes "The only thing i can do is spray alcohol." I was like okay... Then before even asking me what design I want is ready to apply clear powder, Which if you get your nails done often like I do, that is a big no no because you're restricting so many designs the client could want. I asked to see her pink powders. She brings them out and fills A SINGLE NAIL before telling me "can you just wait until your toes are done so you can move over there where another girl can help you?" Like no I called ahead to avoid that. If you're bad at your job and don't like being called out on it then maybe you shouldn't be doing nails. Sad that my time was wasted and I had to go home like this because they wanted to cut all my nails off because I didn't want to wait, when i specifically called ahead to avoid that... I told them no you can't cut them off bc peeking the acrylic off my nail will damage it even more... Wow. read more

the young lady that did my gel pedicure was pretty good. i asked as i sat down the price and she gave me the form and i choose the best pedi for it said $55.00 when i went to pay it was then $83 plus the tip which was a total of $ 93.00. when i got home i started thinking wth . i can not figure out why it was the $83. i sure will not go back there. read more

Love this place. I'm not one to want to spend money on pedicures often but this business can happily take my money. I had Jenny do my pedicure. She is meticulous in cleaning and buffing your nails out and then ensuring the nail polish goes on perfectly. I also love how clean and peaceful this location is.
