I know walk-ins are not often ideal, but as long as you call, they should be honest in the wait and if they give you an arrival time suggestion, you ought to trust it's because they'll be available at that time. I called. Requested if I could walk-in at 5:15 for gel pedicure and dip manicure. They hesitated and asked if 5:45 works better. I was glad there was an opening at all so I agreed. I arrived between 5:35-5:40 and was not sat down until almost 6:30pm. Started on my toes almost at 7p. And although the experience was better than when they work on toes AND hands, I feel this wasn't customary more than it was convenience because they were spread thin between already waiting and current customers. Although this wasn't that big a deal for me at the time, I was prepped with headphones and my favorite sitcom streaming, the lady that arrived at the same I did, likely told the same thing I was, did verbalize that she was told 5:45p and it was already past 7 and they were just starting up on her. Listen, if you're short staffed - take less clientele. I seriously considered walking out to free up some people but it was too late for me to try and get help elsewhere locally. ----- The work, it was decent. No manicure was actually done on me btw. I'm assuming they think sanding suffices, well it didn't. Luckily it wasn't left looking bad either. My toes though, the nail polish was left around my nails on several toes. I'm assuming they hope it'll come off with a shower. ---Whether it does or not should not even be a consideration though. I hoped for better. But I won't be returning. The time management did enough for me to consider options. -------- Cost was definitely less than most places around - and that was nice - but for the time management and the work done, I'll pay the extra to be thoroughly satisfied. read more

This place is a hidden gem!! Came here twice the first time was kinda on accident but I'm glad to have found this place and was more than happy with my service. Decided to bring my mom the second time and she LOVED it. The workers are very friendly, nice, and talk to you and offered me water. I really liked the welcoming atmosphere. The first time I got a gel manicure which was done really well and lasted 3 + weeks. The second time I got gel and dip with powder manicure and they look great! I have to have natural looking nails for work and they look natural. My mom got a full set and pedicure and let me tell you by far the best PEDICURE ever. My mom has very cracked, callus feet she always has, they made her feet look like a baby's bottom. I've never seen my moms feet look so soft she was in awweeee. My mom was so happy she got up and hugged her. Really like it here and HIGHLY recommend giving it a try. Also their prices are very reasonable! Some of the best prices I've even. Ok so I gave the salon 3 stars because It is a beautiful salon with great nails artist. But the pricing OMG! It is very pricey. I think one thing I can say about myself is I'm not cheap in any way shape or form. But if I walk into the salon with my full set done (So New Perfect Full Set) about 4 days ago and all I want is a polish change and simple nail design and the Guys discusses it with the other employees and says $100!
