Lena, Mary, and her husband all do a great job. Lena takes great pride in her shop and her customer service. Customers become family. We have been going to her for years and have referred her many times! The shop is clean and she is very well stocked with all the different service style products. Hi everyone! I requested a French Ombre Acrylic Set and a Regular Pedicure. Mimi DELIVERED. My new nail Queen technician! I called and requested an appointment for myself. Also, for my daughter Pedi and Mani, Mimi suggested a file and color only on my daughter's hands due to a concern for damage of her natural nails. I appreciate that so much. Mimi was down to Earth, friendly and kind. Her husband was also happy to service us and help Mimi. I apologize I didn't get his name but both of them were so kind. I will be back again! I have to drive a little far to get my nails designed by Mimi! Since I moved, tried couple places and just can't find a replacement. I am in love with my nails right now. As I was driving home, I couldn't stop staring at my beautiful nails' designs. These acrylic nails with beautiful ocean blue and amazing designs in my all time favorite almond shape. This is the best nails I have ever have. Mimi is just a talented artist and a nail technician. I just showed her some similar pictures on instagram and she out done what I was thinking. Her filing was so gentle that I didn't get hurt like I had with different places and she made me happy with my evenly almond shape that hit and missed somewhere else. How I discovered Mimi and this gem World Nails and Spa? I ran into my neighbor during this morning walk and I noticed her beautiful acrylic nails and she recommended me. She told me Mimi and Lucas are the new owners and they are amazing and specialize in acrylic and designs unlike the old owners. I am so thankful and super happy with my beautiful nails. They filled my acrylics and didn't remove 2 nails that had fungus on them and they got infected!!! They made my nails a matte color and didn't even dry them all the way i had to go back a couple days later because they were smashed in and messed up cause they don't dry them or have the correct equipment to do nails!! read more

Mine and my husbands new go to spot for pedicures! We recently moved out to La Habra and have been on a hunt for a new place to get pedicures. The couple here are both super friendly and were very attentive to detail. They were very careful on making sure our nails were cut perfectly, removed our cuticles, and especially when removing our callus they took their time & made sure EVERYTHING was scrubbed off. This salon is the cleanest salon I've seen in a long time! They do prefer if you make an appointment. We can't wait to come back! read more

The first time I heard my dip would last and would be guaranteed to not chip or be fixed without charge I had to check it out for myself! Not only did my dip last longer than 10 days, but it was a month and I got my second dip! I added a pedicure today as well! La Habra's hidden gem nail studio! Looking for a new salon. Went for a pedicure. $25 regular pedi $5 callus remover. Price not bad. However it's not clean. The towels are dirty, stained and worn (rough). I was cut and she tried to cover it up even though I felt it and I can see the blood flowing out. The filing was crooked. The paint job was messy and clear coat was dull. I did a Saturday walk in and was instantly given a seat with Crystal. Not only did she start my service off with a bottled water but she was super attentive to what I hoped for. I was wanting short nails but a full set. Most places struggle when I ask for short nails. Not here. She gave exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. Everything that I saw was clean and wonderful. They had two tvs and many pedicure chairs too. A full set with gel came to $45. I will totally be going back. read more

Personally coming into La Habra not knowing where I can get my pedicure done was a downfall but this nail salon is such a delight. I called to see how long the wait was for and he said 20 minutes but as soon as I got here they sat me in a spa chair and started attending me right away! They're nice and so friendly. People were telling me that your technique and style of doing nails will never cause my nails to break, and while my nails are sturdy, that isn't my problem.. it looks like I need to replace them hardly after a week, they have grown out, and that is because again, the polish and drip powder was not laid high enough or touching my cuticles, the dead skin of my cuticles were not removed so of course it only lasted for a week, and the dip powder makes me notice a need for a fill. The day of my wedding, it looked grown out a bit because of the cuticle situation, and someone asked me if I had press ons because it looked like it. Wow.

She actually told me to hush while I was talking so she could pay attention to who walked in, which I thought was rude and unprofessional. She then continued with my manicure and ended up nicking my finger badly enough that I started bleeding. I was already frustrated because this was exactly what I had been trying to warn her about. Then she was rough again and nicked me a second time. At that point, I was irritated and uncomfortable. She was trying to stop the bleeding, but she also seemed upset about the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I understand that small cuts can sometimes happen during a manicure, but I specifically tried to communicate beforehand that my fingers are sensitive and felt like I wasn't given the chance to properly explain that. Overall, I just wish she had listened to me from the beginning and been more attentive. I've never had this issue at Cheri Nail Bar in Fullerton because they actually listen when I tell them about my sensitivity and take the extra care needed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't come back here
