During the appointment, the wax specialist appeared to notice some of the missed hairs and began tweezing them, which became so painful that I had to ask her to stop. I understand that no service is always going to be absolutely perfect, but for the amount I paid, I expected the Brazilian wax to actually be completed and checked thoroughly before I left. I also have an upcoming trip and do not have the time to make another trip back to the location just to have a service corrected that should have been done properly the first time. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I contacted the location afterward to explain what happened and give them the opportunity to make it right, and I felt that nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after both the quality of the wax and the way my concern was handled afterward, I don't feel confident returning.

The most AMAZING place in the world!! I see Mal for my facials & lash lifts. She is seriously an ANGEL & I am so grateful for her. I started having terrible hormonal acne out of nowhere, so I started going to Mal for my facials. She completely cleared my acne within a few months. Also the products she uses/sells are the absolute best! I went to Lillian for the first time today to get a Brazilian wax. I was really nervous because I had tried waxing two years ago (with a different waxer at a different shop) and I did not have the best experience. Lillian is AMAZING. The wax itself was basically PAINLESS and she made me feel so so comfortable. Highly recommend coming here read more
