This was my regular spot as they always do great work, until today. I generally work with one woman, but was seen by someone different and OH MY GOODNESS - the pain!! I told her she was hurting me and she just kept going at her same pressure and pace! Not to mention my eyebrows are noticeably different!! The complete disregard is what mad me write this review. I had just grown out my eyebrows and went in to get them shaped. I specifically told the lady to not make them thin, and what does she do, makes them hella thin AND crooked. She wanted to take out more to even out but I stopped that real quick. They offered a refund, didn't take it because a refund is way besides the effin point. They just don't know eyebrows. My eyebrows don't grow very much so I only get them done every 4/5 months. I drive 30 minutes to come here and get them threaded because the owner does an AMAZING job. I came the other day and Z did my threading, I called ahead and confirmed she had time for me, once I got there she had me wait for 10 minutes before coming out and completely rushing on my eyebrows. She said she would only clean them up, but made them so small, and uneven. This makes me so sad because I love the job her mom does. It will take me 6 months to grow these out. Sadly I won't be back, unless I can confirm that her mother is there to do them. read more
