So I always have high expectations if I am paying someone to do my eyelashes. Leo is a great eyelash technician and by far my favorite technician iv been to. He is professional, gentle, and listens to what I want exactly. Something I appreciate is that when he finishes he allows me to look at them and let him know if I am unhappy and he will fix them with no problem at all. Typically he does them perfectly the first time but like I mentioned before I like my eyelashes very particular and they need to be uniform and feel comfortable before I leave. Thank you so much to Leo for his patience and great customer service. I will only go to him for my eyelashes. I do not trust anyone else because he set my expectations even higher now.

That bad experience lead me to believe that getting lash extensions was painful and uncomfortable. As soon as I arrived to the salon Annie asked me what I wanted and we went over what lashes would be best for my eye shape.
