Came in after being referred by a friend and MILAN DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I am beyond thrilled with the results and I literally cannot stop staring at my nails. Not only is the design spot on, but the nail application process was done so efficiently. I've gotten my nails done only a handful of times, but these are by far THE BEST nails I've ever gotten!! The price of these are absolutely worth it and I would 100% come back :) GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!!

Milan is THE girl to go to I came here based on a recommendation I saw on tiktok and I was NOT disappointed. I wanted douyin blush nails with some charms and my boyfriends initials and she nailed it! I got gel x and they literally look and feel like my real nails. She was super careful and gentle with my nails while prepping them and she gave me advice on how to maintain them too. Her application was so clean and she didn't cut any corners! If there were any imperfections she would immediately fix it and wouldn't just ignore it and carry on like some salons do. She carefully explained the process and she was so sweet to talk to. She even explained that if I wanted acrylics she could do them too with the same design and everything! She said for acrylics she makes sure to make them feel and look like natural nails too. I could tell Milan really cared about her work and making sure my nails came out perfect. She even gave me a water in case I was thirsty The decor inside is so cute and colorful and the massage/spa chairs looked brand new! Would highly recommend to everyone!

So my sister went to this nail salon for the first time requesting for a crystal gel fill which I believe the regular price 35 bucks but then my sister had them polish her nails to look like a candy corn when she was done they charged her $80 that is a rip off!!!!!!!!!!! Fyi..... make sure they quote you a price before they start painting your nails!

My nails came out very pretty and was pretty close to my nail inspo picture. They were pretty busy in the morning and even after i made my appointment a couple customers got seated before me so that's why I docked off a star. Luckily I was not in a hurry so the wait was not that bad. But other than that my nails feel very sturdy and I am obsessed with how they came out! UPDATE: I am so sad to say this but my index finger nail came off when i was putting away groceries . It hasn't even been a week only 4 days since i got them done. At first they felt like they were secured on my nails but unfortunately i was wrong. I did notice a couple of customers came into the salon in the morning asking if they can get their nail fixed because it fell off. And i was hoping that wouldn't be me but it turned out I was one of those ladies.

I always have a great experience when I come here! I didn't catch the name of the technician who did my pedicure, but she was amazing. My cuticles were cleaned up perfectly, the gel polish on my toenails looks smooth and even, and the massage was so relaxing. Polly did my builder gel manicure, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I really appreciated that she was upfront about the cost of the design before starting, so there were no surprises at the end. She was very thorough and paid close attention to detail, and I couldn't be happier with my birthday nails. They also offer a birthday discount, which is something most places don't do. I use to love this place. Over a decade ago, I moved to LM. For about a year I was looking for a nail shop I loved eventually I found 3D Bella with Milan & Jasmine. Unfortunately, I moved back to my hometown. I've been gone 2 yrs, I came in to get a pedi and it wasn't the same. Brought me back memories from when I first moved this way. I just paid $28 for a half a**^s pedicure in which she barely even followed through with ANY of my request(s) and it literally was lackadaisical (effort wise) in every step of the process, and it all started from the moment I declined for her to scrub down my callous for an additional $8 dollars, which is part of the process anyway. The massage that she's supposed to do on my calves (that's included), I could barely even feel her fingers and when she cleaned and scrub each foot, it was done in less than 2 to 3 seconds -she was visibly disinterested and uttering things in another language and laughing throughout the whole process; what a sad and underwhelming experience. read more

I'm replying to the owner ! I stick firmly to my one star review. Your quality of work is not that great based on the photos and reviews. Also if you want more business I suggest you stop being greedy and charge fair prices. Your clients also have families to feed & work hard for their money. I work hard for my money & I want to spend it where I feel it is fair. I left here right after & got my nails done at another salon down the street & guess what? It was family owned, it was clean, & they charged a fair price $55 for a new set French tip + removing old acrylic nails! I saved $25 dollars going there! ASK FOR ANGIE! i got gel x nails from here and they lasted a month. I have naturally super brittle nails so gel x or acrylics never last on me, but angie is so so so attentive to detail and made sure that my nails were inside the uv light thing a bunch so the glue stays. in my 6 years of getting nails, this is the first time it has lasted this long. thank you angie! i'll definitely be coming back. read more

My nails ended up ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I will 100% be back. Milan did this set but everyone in there is beyond talented. She was also very patient with my indecision as I struggled to pick what I wanted and offered very helpful suggestions. The work speaks for itself. Everyone there was also super nice. I messed up one of the butterfly charms as soon as I got in my car (completely my fault as I did not heed Milan's warnings about the glue not being dry) and I ran back in a panic. But I was told not to worry and she made sure my nails were perfect before I stepped out again. Found this salon on TikTok and I am very happy I did. I got a full Gel X set with Milan and she did not disappoint! I'm quite picky with my nails, but Milan was so detailed and meticulous with the prep, application, and design. She did my nails exactly the way I wanted them and I couldn't be more impressed. I've only gotten my pedicures from a lady named Quinn since after the first time I ask for her every time, and she seriously gives the best pedicure I've ever gotten! She takes her time and makes sure to make them look perfect! I get white gel and they look so good every time. My main issue was Mia at the front desk who, took about ten minutes to walk out to the front desk and acknowledge me at the location. She only walked out to check someone out, and when I gave her my name, she said, "you're an hour early, I don't have anything right now" and then continued to check out the other lady. I sat there and waited for a formal acknowledgment. I expected her to tell the other woman who was sitting in the room with me, you're next and tell me let's see what I can do and give you options. Nothing. I walked out, and had to waste an hour of my time for the appointment. When I walked in, she was still checking out the other lady, and then told me I would not be able to be seen because now I was too late, - 9 minute grace period, even though I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I first walked in, too late. She told me there was nothing else left for the day although I had only one small prepaid service I was waiting for. I couldn't come the next day as I was heading out of town, hence the need for the wax. When I looked at my phone as I walked out, I got a text saying I had a no show and had 3 no shows before they don't take my appointments and can only do walk ins. I had to walk back in and ask her for her name - Mia, and who was supposed to be the waxer - Jeanette, who couldn't do the wax because they had just added new wax and turned up the heat. (This means nothing to me btw as I don't work there) She also told me she had been gone for ten minutes because she also has to sweep so they can close on time because there was only one waxer. This is an hour and a half at this point after I originally showed up when the closing was nearly 2 hours out. Not once did she mention, hey we only have one waxer, when I checked in, nor did she say look we are low staffed today can you com back at a different time or day. Nothing. It's rude and horrible customer service, I also don't appreciate the attitude when I called her out on her behavior. I didn't want to argue with a young girl, but I do find it incredibly disrespectful of me and my time. I will not be returning to the location and will be asking for my money back on unpaid wax passes. Additionally, EWC, get more employees and pay them fair wages. It's no wonder why people are constantly leaving, you leave the waxers spread thin, alone, and have compressed schedules for them making them make mistakes along the way. I really liked my last wax girl here, Stacy and ever since she left it's really gone downhill.

Milan is the manager there, and she recommended me to have my nails and pedicure do at the same time. So Milan take care of my nails and other pretty girl does my pedi. I was so relaxed on my Tuesday off and thanks to my friend who's the one prefer me there. And Milan was told me there will be a little bit wait then I was ok with it. OMG, when Milan works on my nails she so talented, and really knows what she's doing. And the other girl was talking time my pedicure. Today is the excellent day that we went to 3D Bella Nails, and had all the services for my daughter's nails on her birthday. The only thing that we have to wait a little bit for her turn to be call. They served us a bottle of water while we're waiting and my daughter is very thankful with the services, they were take time on everything that they do. Not like the previous place that we went, was rushing so they could go to the next customer, and my daughter was upset. I will prefer all my families and friends to go there for their nails, so they could see the talented manicurists. I've been a loyal customer at this nail shop for over 10 years, and it was always amazing. However, since the recent change in ownership, my experience has drastically declined. The new guy at the front handles scheduling poorly--overbooking appointments, inventing his own prices, and even giving out incorrect change. The prices have definitely increased, seemingly at his discretion. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my pedicure, despite having a scheduled appointment, and he didn't even apologize for the mix-up. Honestly, it feels pointless to schedule ahead now. I will truly miss Milan and Quin. Best of luck to the ladies!! Moving on from this place! read more

This is hands down my favorite nail salon! They accept both walk-ins and appointments, so it's super convenient no matter your schedule. The kind technician who did my nails was incredibly precise yet quick. I was genuinely impressed by her skill and efficiency. I always get Gel-X here, and the retention is insane! I even attached photos showing the difference between day one and four weeks later, seriously so impressive. Plus, the pricing is extremely reasonable and I was honestly shocked it didn't cost more. Love this place! The girls are sweet and incredibly talented! Check out their FB page or Instagram #3dbellanails for photos of their crazy work! I go simple, acrylic fills, usually with a "design" on one finger. Honestly stupid expensive. When you go, don't expect the same price it's stupid how much they charge. Went for a fill and it was $38 and I didn't get any designs. They charged me $50 for a new set the first time and that made sense but for a fill!
