The guy that was doing the nails had just finished up with one girl and he was able to take me within less than 10 minutes. It was great! Also, he's an absolute smoke show! So it was a win-win all the way around. The only thing that I would've liked is, if he cleaned up my cuticles a little bit better. Overall, it was a good and very fast experience. If I can give this place a zero star I would. Absolutely terrible service and the customer service is AWFUL. My nails chipped after 1 day. The nails did not just chip, they completely peeled off. Service is not the same as it used to be. John is honestly the only one who still takes pride in his work and provides good service. Unfortunately, Kathy's quality of work has really gone downhill. Everything feels rushed now, with no patience or attention to detail. Kathy doesn't seem to care for quality. My cuticles were pretty rough I usually try to prep them before hand and although I asked for help, she agreed and then never actually did anything. I've also noticed she often says "yes" without fully understanding what's being asked. One time I requested coffin-shaped nails, and she made them look like pointy almond instead. Besides music playing, there's no welcoming vibe anymore. My most recent visit was the worst. Jackson was rude, careless, and did sloppy work. My daughter's nail cracked within TWO DAYS, and we paid $70 plus tip. That's unacceptable. We're here again now trying to address the issue. Lets see how long they make us wait. Nails should not be cracking after two days, especially at that price. After my daughter got her nails done I still buffed them because the edges were so sharp. I went in as a walk in. They took me in right away. Very slow. I went in for a gel pedicure and a builder gel for my mani. They did my pedi first took about an hour. I was hoping for them to do my mani and pedi at the same time. Since I didn't have much time. I ended up just getting a pedi. She was super nice and gentle with my toes since I am very ticklish. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your salon today. I came in with my mother and specifically requested that the acrylic be safely removed from my toenails. Unfortunately, the removal process was handled in a careless and painful manner. Instead of properly soaking the acrylic off using acetone, cotton, and foil, the technician used an electric file/drill on maximum strength directly over my toenail. During the process, the drill repeatedly filed into my actual natural toenail and nail bed, causing significant pain and sensitivity. At one point, another technician stepped in and realized there was still acrylic remaining on my nail, which raises additional concerns regarding the quality and safety of the service being performed. My toenail broke. My toenail is now extremely damaged, sore, and painful following the appointment. This was not a proper or professional acrylic removal procedure, especially considering the condition of my nail. I trusted your salon to provide safe and appropriate care, and instead I left in pain. I paid $203 for these services and am extremely disappointed with both the experience and the outcome. No customer should leave a salon with an injured nail due to improper removal techniques. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this matter and would like a resolution for the unacceptable service I received. read more

I came here for the second time thinking that this visit would be as pleasant as my last one. It was the complete opposite. I've never felt so judged. I came in for a pedicure and the woman helping me made me feel so bad about myself. She kept making faces and making noises about my toe nails. She was even wiping the skin from under my nails on my foot and telling me how bad it was. The service was so rushed and she was so rough. Plus the nail tech CUT ME. I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. I've come to be content with the services. I get that the main nail tech is constantly booked. You can't even get him if you ask for him. The secondary rarely there and she's booked as well. So the nail I tech I see I've been for probably the past 6-8 nails services - she's very sweet and attempts any nail design I give her. In the time she's been servicing me, I don't leave super happy with my nails. Today was the day that I have decided to look for another nail salon. A few weeks back she suggested I switch from gel x to a nail builder which would leave my natural nails "healthier" so I took the suggestion and said okay. They have been looking good. But today. She was checking the length of my nails from one hand to the other and then she over filed the side of my thumb. So noticeable that the whole nail curves into the nail bed. There's no fixing it. She didn't even say anything to me. She lifted my hand and said "do you like it?" I was like no.. she laughed. She freakin laughed.. she said she fix it. How do you fix an overcompensating filed nail?? I was charged regular price and I walked out. And I won't be walking back in. I'm not saying don't go there, all I can say it's always hit or miss and the pricing is constantly fluctuating depending on the design - today was a deluxe pedicure and a nail builder (no manicure) with a French tip design and I paid $125 + tip - I'm pretty bummed that my nails look like crap and I have a wedding on Friday.. read more

My very first time here for my and my 17 yr old daughter. I introduced myself and let them know as well. They took us right away as we had an appointment. I thought wow that's fast and it's a nice salon. That's where the good experience ended. I won't name the lady but she was not personable at all. I asked for coffin nails and ended with square.
