I came here for a simple gel manicure. From the moment I sat down I knew I was in for a bad experience. The receptionist and the nail tech had a rude attitude. They used no acetone to remove the gel from my previous manicure. He just sanded them down. It was the worst experience I ever had. He even ended up cutting my finger. On top of everything the nail techs area looked disgusting. This place is not following health protocols. I'm hoping I don't get my finger infected. There so many better places out there. This nail salon is not far from my house and I have never been there so I decided to try it out. I asked for a gel x set with a design. After seeing the products shots online, I was under the impression that the nail techs were good at designs. I was wrong. My nail tech was very lazy and rushed with my nails and just after two days of getting them done, a nail had already fallen off. TWO DAYS. I went back into the salon and asked for a new nail and also do redo my nails with the photo I wanted and showed the nail tech in the beginning of the appointment. The nail tech fixed my nail, but did not make sure it was the same length as the other hand and LEFT IT SHORTER. all of my nails started to fall off within the NEXT WEEK of getting them done. I got the gel x because I thought it was supposed to last longer. I was VERY unsatisfied with my nails after paying. I guess there is a reason that I have never tried this salon. Person at the front desk was very rude. Overall, VERY bad service. do not come here. only come here if you want to be mad at how bad your nails are. read more

Been coming for years... now looking for a new spot. The quality has gone down terribly since covid and with the increase in prices it just doesn't make sense to pay so much and in cash I might add. Always a hassle to have to grab cash before coming since they are CASH ONLY. I've been looking into finding a closer nail salon to my house and I'm so glad I came here ! I was recommended by various girls so I decided to check it out ! First off my tech was amazing ! I forgot her name but she was super sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. She nailed my design and size I wanted ! they have a variety of colors and are up to date with their designs. Overall , atmosphere is great ! It does get very busy so I would suggest booking an appointment because you will WAIT awhile if you're a walk-in. There's around 6 tables for nails and 5 massage chairs for pedicures. Prices are reasonable as well ! read more

This is my 4th time at this nail salon, my nails have never come out exactly as I wanted them but it's never been a major issue. However, this last time, I wish I would've paid more attention to what the guy was doing and not be so trusting... I wanted an acrylic set with a beige color and just a bit of glitter. Instead I was coerced into a pinkish-nude, a design that said "love" and small diamonds (which I was fine with). The "love" design didn't match on both ring fingers and he missed a spot of glitter on one of my fingers. I was overall very disappointed. I'm a very quiet and non-confrontational person so I couldn't even bring myself to say anything after I noticed all the mistakes when I got in my car. I paid $80 for this. read more

Would give zero stars if I could! Had an appointment at 5pm for myself and my sister yet still had to wait 30 mins. Was here for HOURS and past closing cause they couldn't get her nails right. I got a manicure and deluxe pedi and it was not worth it. They kept trying to talk me Into gel and when I'd kinds refuse the girl asked me if I was sure, that their regular polish only lasts a day.. that should've been my warning to get the hell out of there! I paid for a deluxe pedi and did not get the massage nor the scrub I paid for deluxe and got a standard pedi. My toenails were also uneven and cut at different lengths/crooked. Now my sisterS experience was even worse. All she wanted was Black french tips and the lady couldn't do it. when I'd ask the lady doing her nails to fix the obvious, badly done work she'd argue with me saying "where??? They look fine" Acting like she couldn't see it and when I'd point out the flaws she'd scoff saying she's not done. I would ask her in a polite manner too, but she had an attitude. On multiple occasions I'd ask an estimate as it clearly says in their table, to ask for an estimate before services and she would not say. She'd keep saying she'd get back to me. Then a few hours later I asked again and she said she didn't know, she just works there to ask the manager which is some guy. I was here for hours and she could not fix the nails, she had a bad attitude and acted like there was nothing wrong with the nails and would say what now. I continued to ask how much it would be and she said $70 when I asked why so much she couldn't say.. She claimed the nails were almost done and i asked her to please clean them up my sisters hands were covered in black and it was stuck in her cuticles and the nude part was stained black. The nails were crooked and different lengths. Each nail looked different. She kept trying but couldn't fix it and eventually got annoyed and got up. She told The manager, which I don't remember his name so he came over and tried finishing the work and had the lady take over the young lady he was previously working on. If she couldn't do it she should've just said so and saved us the multiple hours were there waitng for her to fix something she clearly could not do. After the manager spendt an hour trying to fix one nail, which was put on crooked he gave up and ended up cutting off all the nails. At this point it was already past 8pm. and mind you they close at 7. I had been there since 5pm!! I asked him to please just remove the nails and we will be leaving. He kept saying no no no just to give him 45 minutes and they will be perfect. We said fine, we will wait. I then asked again how much will this cost us he wouldn't not answer the question he'd say well if you get this or that then this is how much. I told him straight out he already knows what she wants, to please just tell me the price. He was still trying to charge us $70. At this point we were annoyed. We had been seen 30 mins past our appt time, my sisters nails were awful, she was cut and sore from how rough the lady was and on top of that she stained by sisters sweater from the acrylic powder. She was showing me her nails when the tech forcibly grabbed her arm and as a result stained it. We allowed the manager to work, he soaked her hands in acetone and my sister was in pain as the previous lady had cut her. He said to just let them soak and after a while it would stop hurting. Those said 45 mins passed and he was still trying to take the nails off. We told him to just remove the acrylic and we will be leaving. He took most of it off and we left at this point it was already 9pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

I went to this salon with very high hopes. I came across their Instagram page & was impressed with their designs. I asked for pink hombre nails & when the time came to apply the pink powder, I noticed that she was using clear powder. She then informed me that they spray paint the pink color. I then asked her if she could instead paint my nails white & spray paint black tips--- she said yes. After she finished putting on the white gel paint, she goes to the paint spray machine, looked at it for several minutes & then said that she needed to clean out the machine. After I asked her to clean it, she then said it was too difficult do. A male worker that spoke English well, then told me that they did not have black paint. He said they only had pink & tan colors for the hombre nails. Again, she had told me it could be done, after I showed her the picture. So I then asked if they could paint marble nails instead & they said it was $10 more dollars. By this point, I'm upset & asked her to just spray paint the pink on my nails. She then prepares the drill in order to take off completely all of the gel nail polish. I told her I didn't have time for this and that I just wanted the clear top coat on so that I could just leave. I feel that there was a language barrier that prevented her from telling me what she could or could not do. The gentleman that spoke English was dismissive & did not attempt to help solve the problem. He instead charged me $37 for the work and at no point did anyone even acknowledge that I was walking away with a nail color I did not want (plain white.) There was no "sorry" or attempt to make up for the confusion. I just took a closer look at my nails & observed how lumpy they look... so the quality is terrible. You are better off not going to this shop. read more

Came here for prom nails. All I asked for was french tips with some light glitter, price started at 100. I did not get the woman's name, but she began doing my nails and was friendly at first. she started to do the usual for a full set. when it came time for the glitter, she completely used the wrong glitter. it was a hint of green rather than the original pink i had wanted. I didn't say anything at first because i thought it would change after the after-coat. She finished with my nails, and i had to sit and wait for a pedicure. I realized that i really did not like them, so i decided to just ask for them to re do them. They told me NO EXTRA CHARGE INITIALLY. But when i sat down with the woman who previously did my nails, the friendly manner was gone. she was completely rude throwing her arms up at me huffing and puffing. i apologized for not liking them and she proceeded to say it's my fault i should have told her sooner and now she has to re do everything. mind you the store was completely empty so it's not like i was taking time away from other customers. i offered to pay any difference needed, but she ignored and angrily redid them. she was very rough the second time around, and i apologized several times after. In the end i was charged 120 dollars for plain white french tips and white toes... Honestly was truly a horrible experience and i would never return solely to avoid this woman and the terrible pricing. If you do go, ASK FOR JOHN. is nothing like his colleagues, very nice friendly and fast. John look for a new job, you deserve better your colleagues don't deserve you! read more

A older man helped me here and he was very rough. First off he tried to remove my acrylic nails by PULLING THEM OFF WITH ANOTHER NAIL TIP!! I told him that it hurt and I wanted them soaked off. When he was filing off the acrylic he burned me multiple times with the electric bit. He got the over all idea of what design I wanted but it ended up messy. DO NOT VISIT THIS NAIL SHOP! I'm not posting this to bash TJ nails but this was my worst nail shop visit ever. There's a girl there I don't know her name, but she's a Mickey Mouse fan. (She had a Mickey Mouse bracelet, shirt...very petite, with many black earrings) Anyway stay away from her she's so damn rough. I thought she was going to remove my nail from the bed. She burned me with the electric buffer. I pulled away and stated it hurt, & she's replied "too hot" yess b***** what do you think?! She continued snatching, yanking, pulling & almost making my skin bleed. The work done is amazing (reason for 2 stars) but the employees are rude. There was no greeting upon walking in, I basically checked myself in. The woman that did my fill was very rough, painfully rough. & a tip my nails cost $48 for a FILL!!!! surcharge for holographic tips is $21, lol so I guess a gel fill is $27. Ridiculous.
