This was my third time going. This time I had horrible service. Older gentleman kept dropping the items he was using on me on the floor then proceeded to use them on me. Then two days later one nail fell easily I didn't even notice it was gone! I went that day to get it fixed and Bryan did an amazing job at fixing it. Great service by him . Within a week of having them 4 nails already fell off. I'm so disappointed. Gel x usually last me 4 weeks. It was a waste of money. read more

About 3 weeks ago, I went to the salon again to give it another chance. Everyone deserves that. Besides, I was told they were under new management. As I walked in, I immediately noticed the place definitely looked quite different than how I remembered it. It was bright, clean, the style is more upscale, and the furnishings were more modern than before. The ladies greeted me, and their smiles sincere all throughout the time I was there. It was difficult to decide on what style mani-pedi I would try this time, until I met Cloud, one of the younger ladies there for sure. She is truly a nail artist, I could tell because her own nails were delicately manicured. She designed my own nails intricately using a "tiger's eye" nail polish. Still love seeing how glassy it still is three weeks later. I am so glad that this new salon management turned things around for the better! Today was a horrible experience at first. I went in around 2:30ish today hoping to get a fill and wax. I didn't wait long but the technician I got was so horrible. His name was John and I think he was new cause I had never seen before. I needed two new nails cause I was missing one and the other he took off. When he was getting on the gel I get Gel-X he ended up burning me. When he told me to put my nails in the light thing all of my nails on my left hand and right hand was burned. I ended up asking for a new technician. Her name was Michelle and she was amazing as was the staff who checked up on me. Michelle ended up doing a great job on my nails and made the experience so much better. John ended up apologizing but I don't know if it was the polish he was putting on my nails for my fill or the gel for the nails but my nails and skin was burned. read more

Rushed/ Sloppy/ looks like a 5 year old did my mani cure. Used color #31 regular polish on both my toes and hand nails but clearly very different colors. I brought it up, but since the polish that was used for my toes was old, the newer one was used on my hands. I had gel x on my hand nails, the lady did a very sloppy job removing it. Asked for a pedicure and to get the gel removed and no paint. They charged me $40 and the lady was expecting a tip when I was only in there for less than 25mins. My experience doesn't even deserve a star! I have been getting my nails done for many years and Natalie Nails is now under new management. I decided to give them a try and wish that I had not. The technician doing my pedicure burnt me with the steam machine they now use as part of the pedicure package. She put the mouth of the steam machine dispensing the hot air directly on my leg! I asked for ice to put on my burn and they reluctantly brought me a napkin with some ice inside it and them told me the redness would go away in a few minutes. The manager then took the ice away from me and said I didn't need the ice anymore. I sat there while my leg was burning asking for more ice serval times while they ignored me. They manager finally brought me more ice and all i wanted to do was get out of there! I would have jumped up and left but another technician was working on my nails (hands) so I was unable to leave right then. I was BURNED so badly that it blistered and hurt for a month. I now have a SCAR which never went away. This experience traumatized me. I will never return to this place again! There are so many Nail Salons out there and would warn anyone to never go to this one. read more

Before I went to this salon, I read all the bad reviews but wanted to experience it myself. I had a great experience with Michelle and she did exactly the way I wanted my nails done. She did not push you to get anything extra and I did not hear any other technicians pushing their clients to get anything extra beyond their needs.
