I was in such a predicament, my nails were terribly chipped and I walked in without an appointment and the only nail tech there squeezed me in without question. The job was partially rushed as she had an appointment closely thereafter, but was better than any full service job at any other salon I've been to. The nail colors are from Korea and I can see and smell the difference in quality, they had an almost more natural look and feel to them. The oils they used to soften my cuticles smelled like honey. *Swoon* I am going to return and get my pedicure done! I'm so pleased! Five stars for Gelly Nails! read more

Id recommend this place. Its not your typical bustling nail shop. Its a fairly new Korean nail shop with maybe 2 technicians. Appt is highly recommended. I made same day appt since she wasnt too busy. Needed mom a new set of gellies for our hawaii trip and she did great. The gradation (upcharge) was done very well. She has lots of colors. One thing to note is that you may not be getting 2 tech to work on your at the same time. So inquire before hand. read more

I recently got my nails done here at Gelly Nail, and I love my nails so much. I don't get my nails done too often due to my job, but also because I don't have time to get them done. I don't know why, but I am always busy doing nothing. Anyway, my friend was telling me about this nail salon, and she wanted me to come check it out. Honestly, it is out of my way since I seldom come to this neighborhood, but I was in the area running errands, and I told myself now or never. I had a certain design in mind that I kept on my phone, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I walked in and was welcomed by two ladies. They were able to take me in right away as a walk-in. Later, I learn that Gelly Nails has been open for less than 2 weeks. She asked what I wanted, and I told her I wanted a gel manicure and showed her the design I had in mind. The whole process took less than an hour, and she was able to replicate almost exactly the same design as the one I had brought. I like to keep my nails simple, but it's summer, so I wanted that glitter with light colors. I really like my nails, and I have received so many compliments since. Throughout the session, she was very gentle with me every step of the way but also friendly. I hate the awkwardness and silent moments while getting my nails done, and it wasn't anything like that at all. Though it is far from home, I wouldn't mind splurging on myself to come here to get my nails in the future. With the tidiness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff, I am certain that anyone who steps foot inside Gelly Nail will have a pleasant experience to remember. I was excited to come here because it has such good reviews but I was severely disappointed. I had called to come in next day at 4 because I work till 3 everyday. They called me back and said to come in day of at 4 which was nice! However, as soon as I get there I had to wait 40 minutes and then once I got seen, everything was SO rushed! I never mind a wait time or a rush job as long as the nails are good and they WERE NOT. I got hard gel/structured gel for 95$ & they started lifting less than a week later! They didn't start lifting at my nail bed but rather the end of my nail which has never happened to me in the five years I've gotten hard gel. Now I have gunk under my nails bc of the lift causing me to go spend another $70 elsewhere (cheaper and better). Additionally, I liked my design because it was the best she could do but everyone I have spoke to (family, friends, coworkers) say they're ugly and horribly done so that was a little embarrassing. I was recommended this place by somebody that I work with. I drove all the way from Diamond Bar to get my nails done. Doors locked so I called them and they say that they're completely full and have no appointments. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that you need to make an appointment what a waste of my time. read more

I've been having a hard time finding a nail place and decided to give this one a try and I really loved it. They don't have massage chairs like most nail places do and honestly that's fine with me I always turn mine off anyway. I think they do a dry pedicure? But they do wash your feet, it was definitely different but I didn't hate it. They also have really cute aesthetic colors which I loved. My wife was looking for a new nail spa in our area and we saw this place on Yelp. We walked in and she urged me to get a mani and pedi too so I said fine. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. Yoojin (owner) and Nicole were really friendly and really efficient at what they did. My wife's nails are extra sensitive and Yoojin took great care while she was doing her nails. Nicole was great also- she did a good job cleaning my nails. We also enjoyed bantering in the little Korean that I knew how to speak and talking about what Korean Drama to watch next. Im so happy I found a good nailsalon around my neighborhood! I was skeptical about it at first since this place doesn't have any reviews. I got to know this place while I was waiting for my dog getting groomed (they are in the same plaza). The first thought was wow this place is very pretty. Luckily, they were open for service so I got my nails done right away. Like I said earlier, the ambiance of the place was very cozy, clean, and cute. I loved everything of this place but 2 of the most I loved about this place was that, 1: they sanitize everything: All tools were sealed individually and always sanitizing right after anything was touched on my hand. 2: selections. They have so many polishes for me to choose which was my perk of this store! The staff was very kind and had lots of knowledge on nails which made me relieve and not be too tense while getting the service done. If you are around the neighbor and want to get new nails, check this place out. The parking is big enough so I never had problem with it. read more

WOW! Why did I just now find this nail salon?! What a hidden gem. I've been on the hunt for a new nail salon as the one I went to was sold. Gelly Nail is it!! They did such an amazing job on my nails. I have thick nail beds and they gave me their advice on hard gel versus regular gel. My nails have never looked better!! I love this very cute nail salon. This is my 3 or 4th time here. I really like the "boutique" vibe; pedicures seem so personalized and never rushed. My toe nails are much more healthier and ingrowns have been minimized with an ingrown treatment they offer. I highly recommend Gelly Nail! read more

Place is clean, pedicure was nicely done but I got gel x and let's just say I had to get them taken off and redone at a different place. They look horrible and I paid $100 for just the gel x. This is 100% going to be my new go to nail place. I'm super particular with the shaping and attention to detail when it comes to my nails and I was so excited to find this gem. I had been wanting to try the cat eye gel polish but couldn't find the right place with the attention to detail in nail shape and cuticle care that had the polish until today! Angel went above and beyond, attempting to remedy my loss and apologized to me for what happened which wasn't even her fault per se, but in the end, it doesn't change the fact that I could've paid less for better service elsewhere. Furthermore, I had some concerns as to the cleanliness of the salon but overlooked them. One of the nail techs made a comment to her colleague about the separators being dirty and grimy. Luckily the reaction on my toes cleared up. However, I am still dealing with a skin reaction on both my hands that require medical treatment. The manager told me I don't need to come back and initially I wanted to give them another chance because of how cooperative they were about fixing the issues, but now with my health at risk, I won't be returning and can not recommend this salon. Edit: I feel uncomfortable with the manager's approach to responding to reviews as she seems to warp the facts in the light most favorable to her business. She makes it sound as if I rescheduled my appointment multiple times, when it was a single time change on the same day, provided I returned the following day to get my nails fixed. On both occasions, I observed concerns about cleanliness being subpar to what I've personally experienced at other salons. Although they attempted to fix my nails, it was not worth the hassle. Two of my nails chipped within a matter of days and as mentioned earlier, I ended up with a skin reaction. Furthermore, as I expressed to her employees, I didn't feel comfortable with them attempting to do the French tips again because of how they turned out the first time. She kept erasing them and redoing it while mumbling under her breath, which made me feel uncomfortable about proceeding. A solid color seemed like the best way to go for everyone involved.

My oldest's nails looked better, but I didn't notice anything at first. Then my sister stepped in and immediately started complaining, asking where I took them. I paused to look, realizing they'd had their nails done before and that girls usually get excited about it. The gel on their toes chipped off, revealing their nails and areas where the technician missed spots, except for the designs, which they did poorly. It looked like they painted each other's nails instead of a professional doing a proper job. For that price, I expected better work, and it's a good idea to check the results before leaving.

The ladies are all very kind, and I like how peaceful it is inside. Nail salons are always so calm and relaxing, so it is definitely a luxury. This was my second time here, and my first time getting a regular manicure/pedicure done. I was asked if I'd like to get my calluses removed for $10, so I went ahead with it. Also, two of my fingernails were glued, since they were breaking and I told them I was worried they would snap off soon, and I wasn't charged extra for them. Both ladies massaged my hands and feet, and that was so special and made it all worth it. The price is reasonable, and they are considerate enough to ask if you'd like to pay beforehand, so you don't have to worry about smudging your nails after they are done. Unfortunately, I work with acetone in a lab, so my fingernails didn't last more than 2 days, but I still loved the shape of them and how it turned out. Even my toenails started rubbing off a lot within the first week. I just wish I took more pictures of it.
