Honestly i didn't want to write a review. But the day i got my nails which was February 11, 2026 the lady was being so rough and so quick like she was in a hurry. She would just throw my hands and had attitude and didn't say much to me at all. The nails were not the best the painting wasn't good the application wasn't good but i was still nice and tipped her $10 even tho she charge me $60 for plain nails. Now it's only been a week and two of my nails already came off so easily and the nail polish are chipping off. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed definitely won't be coming back here which sucks because you guys are so close to me. :( read more

**THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY‼** (Because their credit card machine got stolen) PARKING: They have a small plaza, during the day there is parking. Not sure about peak hours. SERVICE: $25 PEDICURE (+$5 FRENCH): just a regular pedicure, not gel. It's $5 extra for French Tips, which is normal. I did not like how they used an automatic nail file on my already super thin toe nails. Why does it warrant that? My nail tech was pretty careless and very aggressive so everything hurt, it was uncomfortable. It's over 80 degrees outside and they have their door open and won't turn on the A/C, I'm literally sweating bullets. OVERALL: The least relaxing nail appointment ever. I will not be back here. I have been getting my nails done here for 6 years now. The manicures by Little Jenny are the best manicures I've ever gotten. Honestly, It's been hard to go anywhere else after seeing how healthy and long my nails grow. Ive attempted to go other places in the beginning but ended up right back here with Little Jenny! Keep in mind, I never get acrylics , I like to keep them short and natural looking.. I even get the same 2 colors all the time, French tip or clear pink. Yet, I'm always surprised to get so many compliments on my nails when Ive picked out natural colors, because the trend right now is to have all sorts of different shapes and designs!!! Personally, I think it's because of how well Little Jenny does on my manicures. Being a Nurse all these years and dealing with continuous bedside care and physical labor, my nails/hands go through a lot of hot water, nicks, cuts, and trauma !!! Still, my nails tend to last 5-6 weeks with the same nail color on with no chips or breaks at all! Sometimes I have to go back only because my nails had outgrown so long that I needed to get them cut! Ever since I've been coming here, my cuticles and nails grow, feel, and look healthy. Not only does she do a good job at painting nails but her manicure in general is the best. She takes her time at removing cuticles, filing the nails to the shape/length you want, and even massaging your hands and arms before you leave. She's amazing! I am so sad and disappointed with Jenny the owner. I've been coming to this place for YEARS because Jenny does a phenomenal job with my nails. I called and asked if she was available in 40 minutes she said yes. So I got there just to see that she basically had just started with someone else. Soaked my hands for 30 minutes! I usually never leave reviews but my past two experiences here were awful. The first time I came i showed them a picture of what I wanted and she said that they could do it. 2 hours into her doing my nails, the manager tells me she is going to take them all off for me and redo them because of how bad they looked. While redoing them, they still looked bad but I decided not to say anything since they were doing me a "favor". I was there for almost six hours and still paid $90!! I decided to give them a second chance and went to get a fill. Jenny, the manager, recognized me and my friend right away and made jokes about my nails. She told me that she was going to take off my nails and five me a new set, no charge. While taking my nails off, Jenny was so rough and left 3 of my nail beds bleeding and all she did was laugh about it. It took her 4 and a half hours to do my nails this time which is unbelievable! When it was time to pay she said it was $80 but that didn't add up at all! She was trying to charge me for a full set and kept adding $10 for every little thing. I didn't shape my nails this time because i didn't want to pay the extra $10 and she still tried saying filing is shaping. I will never come back here again Jenny, be a better business woman. I had previously posted a review, i spoke on Jennys character and how rude and hostile she is. (I also did say she does a good job) I wanted to update based on my experience today. I walked in to the salon (it's extremely close to my home and it's convenient, the reason I decided to return) I planned on getting a pedicure and a manicure . Jenny the owner refused to let anyone help me because she said " I had posted a bad review on yelp". How extremely unprofessional in my opinion, it speaks a great deal on your character and what bad service you give. Jenny you are in a profession where you are suppose to make people feel relaxed and happy , I'm sorry you choose to spread negativity and that you are so miserable in your profession you treat people the way you do. I will also be filing a complaint thru the better business bureau. read more

Decided to try this place out because it looked clean and presentable when I got coffee next door the other day. I came with my mom and sister and I happened to be the one who got Jenny the owner, thankfully because I wouldn't want to see my mother or sister being treated the way I was. She was so rough and hostile with me, removing my acrylics so hard and literally hurting my finger, and burning my nail bed with the drill. She threw my hands back at me multiple times. I stood off my phone the entire time to be attentive and make sure it wasn't me that was the issue. At one point she was so aggressive at cutting my nails one of them literally shot up and hit me in the face so sharp and hard it startled me. She began to laugh hysterically! Instead of smiling and pretending to shrug it off I kept my composure and let Jenny know I didn't think it was funny at all. She kept making little remarks under her breathe and talking so loud to her workers after I'd ask her something, clearly she was mocking me. She's such a hostile person she made none of my experience pleasant. I wish I wouldn't have tipped her and said something but I know she wouldn't care anyways. So sad that this place is up the street from me conveniently located and clean. Jenny I hope you stop treating your customers like you do. Just came back from this nail salon and literally I'm writing this review after getting them done. I love the design and colour and everything went by so great that I had to give them a shootout. Jenny really is a perfectionist and I love her for that. It was my first time going to this place and I only came here because there were so many pretty pictures on Yelp. I showed her the design I wanted and she did it for me. I spent $31.00 for gel manicure and the design which is pretty reasonable. Gel nails last a lot longer and they rarely chip so I mostly get that done all the time. Don't forget this place is a CASH ONLY business. So don't forget to bring some money. It's located off Rosecrans and the inside of this place is super clean and nice. They also play movies here so I was watching that during the whole time. So it was hard for me to rate this place because on the one hand little Jenny is and does an amazing job! She would be my go to lady if this was an establishment that i could support . Unfortunately, the lady who sits next to her and typically asks what services you want when you walk in the door is extremely RUDE, so I refuse to visit this business again! The first time I experienced this lady's rude attitude I thought maybe it was a fluke. But last week I went in to make an appointment with little Jenny and when I told her I only wanted little Jenny to do my nails she had a big attitude and dismissed me. Now that I think about it I think this has less to do with me and more to do with her frustration of me preferring little Jenny. For example, when I called the first time to get my nails done by little Jenny she told me that little Jenny doesn't offer the service that I wanted (pink and white ombré fill) which I later found out that she does in fact know how to do pink and white ombré fill. Then, on a different occasion I went in to make an appointment with little Jenny she told me she couldn't make an appointment because she didn't know when Jenny would be working because she's in school. Although little Jenny is SUPER great, I have I cannot continue to go there and allow the others to treat me so poorly especially as a paying customer. Customer service matters a lot to me. read more

Update- 4 of my nails are badly chipped after 5 days of getting gel manicure. ---------------------------------------------- Stopped in for a gel manicure. Showed the nail tech a picture (very basic chevron design) and asked if she could do it. She assured me she could. I tried small talk but she was pretty rude and abrupt even though I heard her speak perfect English to other customers coming in and out of the business. She started on my fingers and started removing my gel with the sander thing. I have had people do this in the past and it made my nails super thin....I asked her politely if she was just getting a bit of the gel off so they could be soaked off faster. She did not like me questioning her. She was ruder from there on out. Look, they are my nails and I am just asking a basic question. She then trades me out to another gal. I hear her speak Vietnamese but hear her say chevron so I am guessing she told her what I wanted. apparently she didn't because I didn't get what I asked for. She did an ok job with a different design. I am not high maintenance so I was like ok fine whatever. But she charged me for the design even though it was not what I asked for. As far as durability - we shall see after a week or so. Easy in and out parking but I probably won't be back. read more

This nail shop is up the way from my residence. I stumbled on them via Yelp. I frequented this salon. After noticing some horrible customer service in person and via phone, I pulled the plug on being a continuing customer. They do not pick up the phone and/or leave it off the hook. The ambiance is tense and not friendly. They mostly talk amongst themselves regarding customers in their native tongue. The technicians apply too much polish which results in chipping, smudging and an overtly thick coat which looks lumpy and unattractive. They will claim to be "busy" often and not take appointments. This is just a short list of issues with this salon. They also lie about not knowing how to do designs - shame on them. I won't be back. read more

UPDATE: I am sad to say this will no longer be my nail place and I completely regret all that I wrote previously. My previous post was from my first visit. I have now been there at least 14 different times....Here are my reasons why this place deserves one star.... The customer service here is really horrendous. Big Jenny and her daughter are very cold towards their customers. They do not welcome you nor smile at you when you walk in. A smile goes a long way guys. Even a hello, welcome! Big Jenny's husband and the other girls are sweet and are probably the reasons why their customers continue to return. Wait time...expect to wait 20-30 mins. Even if you have an appointment. I think the people that make their appointment right at 9:30/10 are the only ones who don't have to wait. They have lied to me about not being able to do my Nails because both Jenny's have an appointment. This happened three different times only to watch them sit in the back in one the chairs and no one show up during the hour and half I'm there. One appointment, big Jenny didn't even show up. Sorry very unprofessional. Fungus. I have never ever in the 20+ years of getting my nails done, gotten fungus. It's happened twice going here. I was told by Jenny it's because water has gotten into under my acrylic nail. Now if you are reading this and you go here you know that they do a good job in preventing any type of lifting soooo I find it weird how none of nails showed signs of lifting but I got fungus? Hmmm...spoke with a cosmetologist friend of mine and she flat out told me no. It's because they are not doing a good job in sterilizing/cleaning their tools. That pretty much sealed the deal for me on this little nail shop. Their pricing is ridiculously high. I probably drop $75-$90 every time I go. This is for a fill and pedicure. Look I get it. It's just a nail shop, but I feel if you're going to be dropping this kind of dough at a nail shop then I expect great customer service and work. I won't be returning and hopefully you make a sound choice and put your money somewhere else that will make you feel welcomed and appreciated. read more

Went here for the first time today, and overall I have to say this place is meh. I had an APPOINTMENT today with Big Jenny, but when I arrived for my appointment, Big Jenny wasn't there. The other nail techs figured that since it's my first time there, anyone can do my nails since I wouldn't know the difference. I got a gel manicure by Tammy, as well as an acrylic nail repair by Vicky. Although Vicky shaped my nail repair very well, she applied too much pressure with the mechanical nail file underneath my nail that it cut me. Tammy gave me a fair gel manicure. She cleaned my nails accordingly, but applied the gel polish a little sloppily on several of my nails. It currently doesn't look so bad (the nude polish color helps mask the mistakes very well), but it might not look so great (and will lift) once my nail starts growing a little. I paid $28 overall for my visit, btw. The salon itself was very clean, and parking shouldn't be a problem. Will I come here again? Not so sure. I was a little taken back that I had an appointment with Big Jenny and was looked at like a booger when they said she wasn't there. I'm very particular with my nails and the fact that she wasn't present, let alone the nail techs saying anyone can do them since I wouldn't know the difference, is a little frustrating. read more

Unfortunately I stopped coming here sometime ago. I would always have little Jenny do my nails, she does a fantastic job but I agree with the other Yelpers, they are not very friendly or welcoming. I called a week or more before a wedding to get my nails done and I was told she was on vacation, which is fine but I asked when she would be back. No answer, the lady insisted I come in and get my nails done by someone else. HOW ABOUT NO! But this was a blessing in disguise because I had to scramble to fine a new nail place and I LOVE THEM! I do also recall a convo I had with little Jenny while she was doing my nails one summer, I was tanned pretty dark, we have a pool so we spend a lot of time in our pool during the summer. She said she doesn't like getting tanned because it looks dirty. Uhm hello?! I'm sitting there with a golden tan and she's telling me she thinks tan/dark people look dirty. This is my review as someone who's unfamiliar with getting nails done. I got my first ever gel mani here and had a nice experience! I called the morning of to see if I could just walk in, and it wasn't busy since it was Monday morning. They didn't pick up at first, but then called me back promptly. The ladies are kind and welcoming, and my tech checked in with me during the process. Interior is very nice and clean. Reasonable pricing. The color I chose didn't turn out exactly as I expected but I still love it, it's so pretty! Its also great that it's next door to my favorite coffee shop!
