Hate to do this because they were nice but my nails did not turn out nice. On top of that, it took way longer than it should have. Additionally, she was hurting me and cutting me. I usually get my nails done and wanted to try this spot but I won't be coming back. Btw they are over priced compared to other nail salons. Not worth it and not worth the price. Wish I got my money back.
I used to love coming here. Now every time i come, im getting nail techs i dont recognize and they end up cutting me. Did only a little knick this time but she didnt acknowledge it until i mentioned that i was bleeding to which she said sorry and then proceeded to MIX my blood into the polish. Now theres a dot of my blood encased in my pinky nail. Then afterwards, had the audacity to shove her venmo account code to me for tips.
This is my second time coming here and what a disappointment. My first time I left with crooked nails and so did my sister-in-law. This time was worse. They used powder for my little sister-in-law and tried to give her ugly, thick, crooked, and uneven nails. They tried blaming her nail bed as if her nail beds were the reason they piled on powder and powder until they were thick and tall as skyscrapers. When I asked the nail tech to thin them out because they were thick the lady sitting behind the check in desk raised her voice at me and blamed it on my sister-in-law's nail beds. She said "it's cause of her nails!" And I said no it isn't. They started speaking in their language as if we can't tell they're speaking badly about us for asking them to fix their mistake. I'm keeping my promise this time and not giving this place anymore chances. Rude. Unprofessional. Snarky. Terrible experience all around.
HORRIBLE !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! My first red flag was them making their own prices . Me and my sisters called in advanced to confirm prices. As soon as we got there, they waited for us to be seated in a chair with our shoes off and feet in water then give us a price asked if that price worked . After that, I witnessed them giggling about a man who just got his feet done and left a five dollar tip most likely we talking crap in their language . Considering it was me and my sister's birthday week I had my hands done and only went for my pedicure , she kept asking me how much for my nails over and over as I ignored her . She was getting frustrated fixing my nails multiple times because she was being lazy. My sister was sitting right next to me and I had to speak up for my sister because the lady was ignoring her. It wasn't until I started speaking up that they responded and after that they went on to speak in their language. Once my service is done, the lady wrapped a towel over my legs and asked what my payment was going to be and if we were separate. We were all trying to figure out which way with your pain so I could just Zelle and she was brushing it. Acting like we weren't going to pay. After that, hi I had asked her to fix one of my nails that she left paint on and she got mad. All of my sisters expressed multiple concerns that they did not like their nails and they did not care. Once I sat down as I already paid 15 minutes prior for me and my two sisters Nails, she continued to ask me if I paid already I replied yes then she kept telling me how much how much. at this point, I was already frustrated as I didn't leave with nice nails nor did my sister's. I believe they're insanely resist as all of us are Hispanic . After all of this chaos while my sister was getting her nails finished a roach fell from the ceiling onto her and all the ladies did was laugh at her. After the ladies had the audacity to ask where there Tio was . Don't go here please save your money they're all Disgusting , unprofessional and racist .
1. Definitely make an appointment, I waited about 40 mins without one. 2. Its an older facility manage your expectations. 3. The staff were nice overall. It did bother me I couldnt use the massage chair because the lady doing my nails didnt like it. I had Mimi for Nails and Kim for toes. 4. My nails and toes look great.. The shape and design was very close to what I asked for. We did change the nail color after my toes were done on her advice.. over all it was great... except she made my nail bleed and didnt seem to notice or care. I understand things happen. But notable in a service. Also, my nails chipped (acrylic and gel) literally within an hour in two places. I didnt have time yet to go back and ask them to fix it as I just spend almost 2.5 hours there.
I requested long coffin ombre acrylics and T definitely delivered. She does an excellent job of giving you exactly what you ask for. Wonderful experience at Crystal Nails. Jennifer and Cindy did a great job on my wax and pedicure. Lynn is always very kind and welcoming. Clean and positive environment. 10/10 recommend this nail salon!
Walked in on a Friday afternoon for a gel mani and pedi without an appointment, it was my first time and they sat me right away. I waited only a couple minutes before being worked on. Mimi did my pedicure and took her time, she was very sweet and friendly. A different lady worked on my mani, not sure of her name but she did an awesome job also and even gave me a hand massage for free. I am 9 months pregnant and this place just exceeded my expectations for relaxation before my due date. Loved the service and will be back again soon! Mimi was kind enough to even put my socks and shoes back on for me since I have a hard time doing that with my huge belly lol. Thank you so much Mimi and Crystal Nails :)

My girlfriend and I walked into this place on the busy weekend and we were still sat down right away. I loved my mani so much that I came back a couple weeks later to get another (and I live pretty far). This time I wanted something festive for a work event and my girl Holly knocked it out of the park. I could not stop looking at my nails and I got so many compliments! The prices are super reasonable (solid gel was $30, $35 for the French tip design), and the staff is sooooo nice. My first gel mani here was by Tee, and the second time I came Holly did the French tip (see pictures). 10/10 recommend, I can't wait to be back!

Always a great service provided. Nancy is the best and will take her time, she does not rush through her manicures and pedicures. All other staff and attentive and courteous. Have never had a bad experience here. My mom and I have been doing our nails here for years now. 10/10 recommend read more

Called for an appointment same day service. Holly is great gave me a gel mani and Natalie for a reg. Pedi. They were both nice and I loved the end result. Holly was very honest I asked what looked better dip or gel and since my nails were short she recommended gel. Other techs would have just insisted on getting you to pay more with dip, But not at this place. Will come back again in the future. read more

Oh noooo! The curse of the nail salon plagues me! I've been coming to Crystal's for over a year and today they did me so dirty. I think the lady that did my nails doesn't have experience and the more I told her almond the more oval she made them. They are also super thick...she was very nice but def not a nail pro. Came here because of the good reviews but left disappointed and regretting I chose this place. First, there are signs before you walk in that masks are required but two workers were maskless, and more joined them as they finished with their customers. Someone's relative came in to bring dinner and walked around maskless too. Again, why have the signs up if you're not going to follow them yourselves? Halfway through my time there they turned off the AC and opened the door, mind you it's 97 degrees out today so not great in regards to circulating air. I got a deluxe pedicure and when I sat down they shoved a bucket of gel nails in my lap but I just wanted regular gel. I understand trying to upsell but the way she just dropped them in my lap was rude. When I said I just wanted regular polish she threw another pack at me to look through. They didn't have the color I wanted but not a huge deal so I picked another one. But when I still got the wrong color applied, it was just another annoying thing. Their instruments came out on a metal dish (not packaged) which I guess we should assume we're sanitized but I honestly wouldn't know. They don't use gloves, which I find so unsanitary! My nail tech, Hoa, cut me so that wasn't fun either. When it came to paying they pushed hard for their customers to use venmo and even when you try to tip in cash they aggressively tell/suggest you do it through venmo. Another customer's venmo wasn't working but instead of accepting another form of payment they kept giving her different QR code's to try until she got it to work. I don't mind paying establishments through venmo but on top of everything else, it just felt classless. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place and will not be coming back. read more

Wendy is amazing when it comes to nails! I stumbled upon this place when I wanted a manicure to treat myself and Wendy absolutely nailed it (lol). Overall the salon is well equipped and the other ladies there are friendly and attentive. I've noticed the wait can be quite long, definitely make an appointment ahead of time, but the service is always welcoming and they don't rush you out (hence the long ish wait times). They definitely take their time and make sure your nails are spectacular and you feel great. I prefer dip nails, I do things on my own to take care of them so they last longer, but with Wendy's attention to detail and care I've gone longer than a month without having to book again! One of the most unprofessional nail salons I've ever been to. They were seriously the rudest and most abrasive nail techs I've ever experienced from start to finish. From the second we walked in there was no greeting and immediately started barking at us to hurry up and sit down before even looking at colors. We were early for the appointment. By the end I walked out with my chest tight in anxiety from the whole thing even after we had gotten the extended massages and paraffin wax. We were seeking a relaxing time, but instead were happy when it was over and could leave. If they were unprofessional but did a great job that's one thing, but the rushed job on my nails didn't even last a week whereas I've had gels last consistently over a month at other spots. And when I had calmly asked the tech to straighten my visibly crooked big toenail she was outright hostile and angrily filing into my skin to the point where I had to pull my foot away. Lol really?! Photo attached is how they look at a week and a half. Hard pass on this spot. read more
