Have been going here for a few years. And every time I come, it gets better and better. Very clean, great customer service and great prices. They even have a stamp card. That gets you ten dollars off your tenth service.Which there's a lot of places don't do anymore. Plenty of parking. Every time i've gone late. They always have an extra appointment available for me.The longest i've ever had to wait, is ten minutes. Lily suggested a bright color against my skin tone, and it looked really great.I'm so thankful I took her suggestion. read more

First time here, felt over priced on my pedicure, I asked for the HAPPY package with callus treatment. Which was a scam, he literally just scrub my feet for 3sec and only on heel, I asked to get my callous on side of my big toe, he lightly scrubbed and said put back in water. Didn't get a massag, he put lotion n rubbed for 4sec each leg I counted. And is not good on shaping square square on nails. Asked multiple times n still looked rounded but can be the little nail filer he was using. On my full set he left them bulky and thick. Will not be coming back read more

Too hot to get your nails and pedicure, they refused to turn on the AC unit. It's supposed to be relaxing but its not!!

I used to come here regularly but the quality has gone down. And the service is just not friendly and welcoming. I understand they are only two people who work at this nail salon but when you call to make a appt and show up on time, then they should honor that time. Instead they took two customer walk-ins and then had to wait 30 min. I tried to come here a couple more times after that but I had another bad experience. I asked a question regarding the cost of my fill. It's funny bc when I asked a question, the guy just yelled at me and said he charged me $45 for a fill (fill is $35) because two nails came off. (He took them off btw, all my nails were intact when I came in). I would understand if he put new acrylics in but he just used the powder to fill my nails! Then he said he'll only charge $5 instead of $10. Lol I don't appreciate when they undermine their customers and just start adding more $ for bs. Not coming back here again. read more

This is my second time coming here to do my nails. I got my prom nails done about 3 weeks ago and they lasted until I redid them today. Their service is the best I've had, they are very nice to the customers and the shop's vibe is very warming. Details done well when bringing in a reference photo. Their pricing is amazing and worth it as well. Will never stop coming back! read more

Lavender Nails & Spa - Green/silver nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Whittier, California

I've been coming to this salon for about seven years, and while I used to really love it here, the quality has gone downhill over time. I mainly get dip powder or Gel-X, and both have become consistently disappointing. The Gel-x sets never last. They break/ lift easily, and I've had to come back multiple times for repairs. Even then, it feels like an inconvenience to them. The Dip Powder i's often thick, uneven, and just not shaped well. The gel they use sometimes doesn't even cure correctly...it bubbles or lifts. During the process, the gel burns under the UV lamp, which makes me think they're either over-filing my nails until they're too thin or using the wrong lamp, which causes that heat spike. They also drill and sand so aggressively that I end up with "rings of fire." The only service that's consistently good is the pedicures. I genuinely enjoy those and wish the nail services matched that quality. Whenever I've had to come in for a fix, they act annoyed. I've been made to wait 40 minutes or more...even for something quick all while they take walk-ins over existing clients. After a while, it starts to feel like my loyalty as a long-term customer doesn't matter. The salon itself is cute inside, but the stations aren't very clean. The nail carts are cluttered, tools don't appear sterile, and something that really concerns me is the dip powder: they pour the excess back into the original container, which is definitely not sanitary. I used to look forward to coming here, but lately I leave feeling uncomfortable or frustrated. Too many mistakes, a lack of care, and an uncomfortable attitude when I speak up. I honestly feel bad even complaining, but after years of giving chances, it's clear things have changed. I wish the quality and professionalism matched the potential of the space and the great pedicures...but for now, I won't be returning. read more

Excellent service, outstanding best pedicure I've had in years. The chairs are very comfortable.

Definitely a hidden gem- my go to place for pedicures. I love how they play relaxing music and they don't chit chat amongst each other!

My daughter chose a black chrome color that they have on their samples. Ended up getting black polish with silver glitter at the tips. Absolutely not what the sample shows. Then charged $40 for the gel polish only + $2 for using my debit card. Unfortunate because I used to love this place, won't be returning. read more

I didn't really know what color I wanted when I walked in. I thought I wanted chrome or cat eye, but I knew I wanted some thing purple and cute. The price is very affordable as well for my nail length. They also have plenty of parking and very relaxing music. read more

Went there for the first time last week & had a wonderful experience!! I will definitely be returning.

The whole experience was seamless and easy. I found this nail salon on yelp since I just moved to the area. Had great reviews so I sent in a message and Brian sent a response almost immediately. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, I was greeted with smiles and sat immediately. I was offered water and other beverages. Everyone was very sweet. Brian did my nails he cut down my shape, filed, filled and used gel. It was very quick. The shape was perfect and even. He was very sweet. I loved the environment. I was extremely happy with the service. Amazing price. Customer service was great. I will be returning. This was just over a great find! read more

The girl was amazing but the guy not so much. My brother had the girl and he said she was great however my guy cut me twice and I was bleeding a lot. He did not wipe it away and continued with the process and painted around it. It was painful and I definitely will not be coming back. The nails weren't completely painted it looks half done. I definitely wouldn't be surprised if I got some type of infection from this place. He used nail polish on two bloody toes without any type of disinfecting. read more

WOW. After reading previous reviews from this place, I had to go. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the manager. I waited less than a minute & was seated to get my pedicure done by Vee. Vee did an amazing job & was very helpful in the decision of my color. Then Tee (Not sure how to spell her name) helped me with my manicure. She was very helpful as well & made sure I liked the shape and length of the nail. She also asked how I was doing & if I had any plans for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. This places was great until they switched management. The two new owners don't really know much about acrylic, or painting nails correctly. The young lady (owner) did a horrific job on putting acrylics. Therefore, they had to be removed. The second time around the other owner (who is nicer) tried to do his best on applying polygel nails. He took his time shaped them nice but outcome wasn't good. Long story short, they turned out better than the acrylics but could have been better. The young man was nice enough to not charge me. I spend a total of four hours at this place. Save your time and go somewhere else if you want your nails to look nice. They do have great customer service. Dom, the older guy does good Acrylics but he is on "vacation". Hannah does good pedicures. Other than those two people nobody else does a good job at this place. In conclusion they need to invest in new nail technicians if they want their business to be successful. Just wanted to add ...I recently went to another nail shop to take these off and the technician told me I'm lucky I didn't get fungus because there was water going into my nails from this bad job. read more

Sad that Brian and Vee are no longer here. The new guy and other workers are very rude and rough. My pedicure was not nice at all.

December 8, 2021 first time to Lavender nails and what a delight! Lily is an expert manicurist, and there was another gentleman whose name I didn't catch. Between the two of them they gave me and my mom manicures and pedicures without a single problem. Clean locale, in an ugly little corner strip mall so don't let appearances deceive you! In particular Lily applied glitter layer 196 to my red 64 expertly and beautifully (which was really hard because the glitter flakes kept jumping around). We are definitely coming back in January. read more

Horrible. First time there. Horrible parking, place not busy & yet I sat there; virtually ignored! Never attended to. Two people working on one client. Walked out. I sat way longer than the 10 minutes you told me over the phone that I'd have to wait & you know it. It's ok, I get it but the customer service severely lacked today especially when you knee I was a 1st time customer & possibly a returner. You know I waited longer. I get it, I called right before I came but should've been served much quicker as you had said; otherwise, I would not have bothered. My time & any other of your clients time is important & I was really just left to sit. Yes, I picked out s color but that was only to make me feel they my turn was getting closer. You only had myself & the client that had two people working on her.....no one else was in your shop. It's ok.... read more

Fantastic Place & friendly Happy Place great work pedicures we visit every month

I'm in love!!!! I came across this place based off the reviews because my regular nail salon was busy and everyone is correct. The customer service is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly. My feet feel so relaxed and refreshed. Cut perfect and got my ingrowns out. Not many places have successfully got them like they did here. No more pain. My nails I'm loving them . I asked for them to be dipped and than gel polished for I have natural long nail's. They did it no problem. I got everything I asked for and so much more. Try the moisturizing treatment your hands and feet will thank you. I've tried other's and they always leave an oily feeling not this one. This treatment actually did what it said, it left my hands and feet leaving feeling moisturized and soft. Looking forward to trying there other treatments they offer. I will be returning. The location is very clean which I truly appreciate. I think I found my new spot for a perfect manicure and pedicure. Thank you everyone for your time to the details and wonderful service. See you all soon. read more

Came to this place for the first time since I'm not from the area. The staff greeted us very kindly! We sat down to get our nails done about 5 minutes after picking a color. I have trouble finding a good place to go to because I suffer from ingrown nails. Tina did my pedi and Hannah did my manicure. Hannah also fixed both of my big toes. It was painful but the pain is gone. Thank you HANNAH! They gave us complimentary water too. They have a package deal for a gel mani and regular pedi for $36 which is not bad at all. I have found my new nail salon for sure. They also charge .50 for using a card so get some cash beforehand! read more

Very disappointed to find out Brain isn't there any more. I stop in to get my fills and a pedi but was told be a rude lady that he no longer works there and to sit down and that some man who was painting the wall would do my nails, I was like what? um no thank you. I kept asking what happened to Brain and I was very rudely was told '' he no work he no more" "he do your nail" no one would give me a straight answer. So I just left. Im so upset. He did great work. Time for a new place. Does anyone know what happened? Or if he is coming back? read more

This place is amazing! I came in with no appointment at 4:30 on a Sunday (an hour before they close) and I definitely did not feel rushed at all! It's hard for me to trust new nail technicians, but the place I usually go to was closed so I went to this one and it did not disappoint! The lady who did my nails took her time and was very attention to detail which I really appreciated. Great customer service, very friendly, and very skilled. I don't think there was any AC so they had fans but I will admit that it was a little warm. Only downside is that I wish they had more nail colors but other than that my nails turned out perfect. I will definitely be coming again! This might even be my new nail place! read more
