I walked in at 10am on the dot to ask for a soak-off and was refused service because they're too busy (only 2 customers at the time) . I literally could've waited, no problem! I just needed them to remove my old gel. I assume they didn't want to help me because my service would've been too cheap. That is totally fair. She could have asked me to make an appointment next time, or told me to wait until they were less busy. But what I experienced was extremely embarrassing. When she asked what I wanted and I said a soak off, she said, VERBATIM, "We're too busy" and walked away from me while everyone else in the salon just stared at me. It was awkward and disrespectful. The lady was awful. I understand she has to pick which services would benefit her business best, and a soak off was not worth it to her. But what was the point in walking away, turning her nose up, not looking at me anymore as I stood there? I literally went back to my car to cry. That was humiliating. Because Lee's Nails & Spa refused my simple request, I went to another salon named Helen's Nails & Spa on Leffingwell road. Helen had 3 customers and still gave me 10 minutes of her time to do my soak off. Helen was so sweet to me, I tipped her 100%. Helen earned $20 on a gel soak off, which Lee's could have had done for me if they weren't so stuck up. Go to Helen's Nails & Spa instead! read more

She's so friendly, sweet, and takes the time on the service; and just getting to know her customers. I've been here a few times before Covid.y experience was ok. My nails looked great but they dont really cater to children or young kids. I took my daughter a few times and they didnt really do much to appease her excitement. Didnt even clean her feet or give her a fun experience so I havent returned. They just polished her nails and didnt make eye contact with her. The owner is friendly and they are ok for nails. Excellent service as soon as you walk in you are greeted and asked how they can help me. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice didn't forced me to get extra stuff like other places.
