Sad with how my nails turned out. Pedicure was good but my gel ombre nails turned out bad. It was $49 for gel mani and regular pedicure + $10 for the ombre, so $59 total. Price was ok but the lady doing my hands made one of my fingers bleed. There was also also a buncha lint and dirt/hair under the gel. I pointed it out to the lady but she said it's not lint... she also tried to gaslight me and say it's actually the contour of my nail lol I just got them done today but I'm worried they won't last and will lift because there's a thick layer of gel polish around my cuticle. I guess we'll see.
I think everyone is very good and friendly over here. I went there once I came back again. I got my French pedicure up by Kim so far she's the best with these curve white tip. I love it.
Ladies that do your nails with the main man here pls be careful. I litterly just witnessed him get the cuticle nail cleaner put it inside his ear swiller it around for a few seconds looked at it and put it back inside his desk. Just gross. I noticed none of them sterilize anything they go wash it with water all of them . This place needs a visit from LA county ! Location on telegraph
I found Rose Nails searching for a good nail salon. The last nail salon i went to all my nails broke off (dip) in 4 days. I called Rose Nails thinking they would be booked due to the Xmas holiday rush, but i was able to squeeze in. I walked in and it was a bit busy however, i was seated very quickly. I had Julia on my manicure and Joanna on my pedicure. Im sure they thought i was such a clown, as i didnt know what i wanted nor had a picture. I was very indecisive but they helped me through it without making me feel like i was wasting time. Both ladies were wonderful, sweet very gentle. we laughed thoughout the service. They did exactly what they said they would do. And made sure ibwas happy with everything before proceeding. They went above and beyond compared to whatvi had before. I highly recommend this salon. I will now be a regular here. If you havent given them a try, please do so
My regular nail shop close during the pandemic & never open back up. I have tried several Neil places & could not find s good place, well I have found the place. This place is awesome. Great service great people & the service they provided is amazing. I walked in they were a bit busy but still manage to only have me waiting in the waiting area less than 5min. I was quickly taken to a message chair that had to be the best chair message chair I ever sat on, not even my regular nail salon chair were this amazing. I got a manicure, pedicure & had my eyebrows & mustache waxed. The ladies that took care of me were great. They were very attentive, very detail. They really take their job serious. They keep looking at their work if they were not satisfied, they would re do it again. And oh boy! The message they give you can literally put you to sleep. The oil & lotion smells amazing. When I went into the waxing room. The finishing oil they use smells after waxing it also smells amazing. Before I walked into the waxing room I was given a water bottle. They gave an enormous. Nail polish selection, beautiful colors. This place is just amazing. I will deff be coming back. I highly recorded this place. I was very pleased with their work

Absolutely the BEST kept secret in whittier/ sfs area. A friend brought me here for a pedi, I'm really picky... they not only sat us right away, but they had cold water and snacks! We didn't have an appointment. Covid compliant. Parking lot is tiny but the service is amazing. Pricing- polish pedi 20, gel pedi 30, gel mani 25 Affordable, and they're fast but their work is really good. I didn't get designs, just gel pedi and mani. Both ladies were quick and efficient. I didn't feel rushed. And I liked it. 5 stars, will definitely come back in a few weeks!
I've been coming here for almost 5 years now and I always try my best to give them a chance. every time I come I always have a bad experience and what I mean by that is if you tell them that the nails crooked or needs more filing they start talking in the native language and then they start giving you attitude. I asked them if they could fix the nail. They start getting mad and talking in their language. I'm tired of guiding them how to file a nail or how to clean the nail properly from the back of the nail the only focus on the front and not on the back or details. Kim handled it very professional, and she tried to fix the problem.

Finally sat down & the woman began my full set & it was fine. Then she cut my finger a little, it happens I didn't mind at all. Then it continues to happen.. to every single finger on my left hand. No apologies, couldn't even bother to stop the blood just continued like it was nothing. Then the towel gets on my wet nail & she tells me I need to "pay attention." The set took maybe 15 minutes because she couldn't even bother to clean up one entire hand (only put cuticle oil on the bleeding hand) & then just got up & walked away. Didn't say a single word. Needless to say, I will never come back here.
Andy does my full set. Everyone here does a great job. I especially love getting my pedicures here because they always take my ingrown mail out without pain. Place is always clean. Staff makes you feel Comfortable and very friendly.

Decided it was time to treat myself to a nail day absolutely love my set!! It wasn't too pricey either I paid $50 for my nails but the starting price for acrylics here are $40 :))) I showed one reference pic and she did my nails better!! Definitely coming back here read more

I give this salon 5 stars ! I went today as a walk-in to get a manicure and pedicure with color. I loved the costumer service and the prices are fair to me. Such a beautiful salon and awesome people working there ! For sure coming back for more work read more

This is my second time at this place for a pedicure and both times I have been impressed! Their service is A1. They have massaging chairs, a ton of color choices, they offer you water, and my favorite was the foot massage at the end this will be my mail place from now on. read more

This was my first time at this salon. I recently moved here so I was looking for a new salon. The reviews were mixed but a lot of good pictures for acrylics. I decided to give it a shot. I did a walk in for a pedi/acrylic removal/gel manicure. I was greeted right away. Served water and seated before I could even look at the colors. I sat down and the water for my pedi wasn't warm. The nail tech touched the water and didn't see anything wrong with it. She did an okay job. Nothing spectacular about the pedicure and no packages offered. Also to note, she didn't ask what color I wanted on my toes. I had intentions of doing yellow. I added in the callus remover. When she put in the clear gel for the callus, my feet sat in newspaper. I thought that was odd when everywhere else uses some sort of plastic. Oh and almost forgot! I did NOT see them open new nail tools. I hope they were clean and I don't get an infection. Now onto my manicure. This I have a major issue with. I asked for acrylic removal then gel manicure. I believe my nail tech's name was John. He was pressing on keeping acrylic. He removed it and when he was almost done one of the nails wasn't really budging. Instead of going slow, he just ripped it off and I instantly felt pain! I knew my real nail ripped off. I scream "ouch!!" And looked down to see my bloody finger. I said "did you rip off my nail?!" And he responded with "that happens sometimes." I've been getting acrylics for almost 10yrs and that had NEVER happened. He used a napkin to press on it for a second then without asking my permission or any warning, he put some sort of liquid on my nail. I again said "ouch!" It stung very badly. Then again without my permission or warning, he put nail glue on my open wound. I asked him "did you just put glue on my nail?!" And he responded with "yes it will help stop the bleeding." Even if it does, I did not give him permission to do so. And he did not even apologize! I should've walked out but I didn't. I stayed and got s terrible manicure. I asked for all of my nails to be even. Not close to even. I was so upset I wasn't even paying attention. I just wanted to get my mani/pedi and get out. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon. I'm extremely upset with the service from John, and I still had to pay for it. HIGHLY dissatisfied. Never going again and I'll be telling my friends not to go here. read more

Love this nail salon! Walked in today, Saturday July 17 around 5pm without an appointment and they sat us right away. My daughter had a full set done by a sweet older man. Didn't get his name but he was nice, quick, and made sure he was doing everything the way we wanted it. She had nude powder dip, purple gel for the tip and a small rhinestone on ring finger. Super cute! I paid $48 dollars :) There was also an older man who passed out water and snacks to everyone in the salon. I thought that was a nice touch. Thank you Rose nails! I just have to say, this place has the best customer service ever. Brian the owner always makes sure that his customers are happy and that they will return. Also, If you want to get your nails done, Anna is the bomb! She's the new Kevin. LOL Anna is a perfectionist and takes her time. She is extremely gentle with her hands and is super friendly as well. You will be happy with her work. Thank you Rose Nails! Just got my acrylic nails by Danny and omg he's amazing! Yes they do acrylic powder, aka dipping powder. Under $30 forsure. Super affordable!
