We started by soaking in the hot tubs, and my friends graciously booked me for the exfoliation scrub and massage, which was a 10 out of 10. My masseuse (sorry, I forgot your name!) was amazing!! I felt like a smooth baby afterwards. After that, we grabbed lunch at the restaurant attached to the spa. Thankfully, they provide slippers so you can just walk across the hallway to the restaurant. We ate well, and then spent the rest of our time in the saunas, which were amazing. I loved the range of saunas, and I appreciated that the common area had tons of space; it was quiet and serene. Definitely would recommend to others. It's a bang for your buck for all the services offered here. We'll definitely be back!

I literally dream about eating the food and drinking the drinks there. The spa itself is what i would rate pretty decent at a 3.5/5. I came here with my girlfrends to do a scrub. I think they packaged a deal where you can get a scrub and a 30 min massage for just a tad more. For my first time scrub experience.. it was an experience for sure and you have to really love and be comfortable with your body. When you check in, you will receive your locker key, uniform, and can request for toothbrush and razor as needed. Next you put your shoes and then your belongings and strip down! The wet sauna area is FULL nude. And you'll see people walking around naked in the locker room. You will be required to shower before you get into the hot tubs or sauna rooms. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You can bring your own as well! Compared to other spas i've gone to, the have a bar soap and some decent shampoos. I just think its weird to have a communal bar soaps around. I tried to find the soap bodywash. The hot tubs were soo relaxing as well as the steam rooms. I felt all more pores opening. There is also a cold plunge for those who like that. If you are doing a scrub they will call your number (your key number) and lead you to the scrubbing tables. They are separated stalls but its in an open room. There will be a korean aunty in a swimsuit that will instruct you to turn front back side to side as she starts scrubbing you. When you get to the point of no flacks given, life is so relaxing. I let aunty scrub me down and descale me like a fish and I watched all my dead skin melt off. I do have to say they get pretty close to the crotch area and also pretty close to your crack. It caught me by suprise as I didnt think they'd go there but they are respectful and will put a towel in your nether regions. But literally no area was not baby skin smooth afterwards. What also caught me by suprise was it also included a hair wash and a freshly grated cucumber facial. I left feeling so good and i dried off, uniformed and met my friends at the common area. Common room is really relaxing and "room temp" and then you can increase in temp with the different rooms they have. There is a relatively room temp room (bamboo) and a cold room (which i love, basically a freezer). You can order drinks and snacks to the common room via kiosk. When we got hungry, we had to exit through the front desk area and enter the restaurant. And again the best food i've ever had and drinks. We were 3 girls and ordered 2 things. Bossam and the galbitang and STUFFED was an understatement. We ate so much and had enough to take home. We went back to spa and came back for their bingsoo which was so good! Special shoutout to the rice water tea and the peach fruit tea. SO GOOD. Spa itself, I do wish some amenities are updated. But the restaurant is really the reason why I keep coming to this spa.

Upon walking in, you are greeted by a small reception area and a marquee with a listing of the different tenants, and a layout of the place. I located Jessica in Suite 106 and I thought she was in a station, not an actual enclosed suite. If its your first time, get there early as its a little hard to find her suite among the maze of other suites. Her suite is self contained, and comes with a head basin, gaur stylist chair, an updright hair dryer, and a cabinet to store towels, as if she was a hair dresser. She had to provide her own flat chair so she could do eyelashes, which took up a good part of the room. The room is quiet, so you don't hear neighbors. It has its own central air, and Jessica provided shades over the window for privacy. Plenty of parking out front and I like her new location.

They try to sell you other things like hot rocks and deeper pressure for more money while you are trying to just relax. Dealing with the owner, Helen, in setting up the service was very easy as she allowed me to do the majority via email (I'm hardly ever available for phone), was prompt in responding and was very laid back, which is very important for spa people! Half of the balance was required as a down which seems reasonable since they can't book other parties, and the remainder due a week or so before the event. Everything was easily invoiced, emailed over and payment was done via credit card. Now to the fun details of the party, had 15 people total for a pampering spa day, so had 4 techs: 1 for mini facials, 1 for pedi/foot massage (some girls had already done pedicures and didn't want to mess them up so Helen agreed to give an option), 1 for a neck, back & shoulder chair massage & 1 palm reader. Each of the procedures were 20 mins and the girls got to do each of the procedures so they didn't have to pick. Many of the girls commented that they were surprised that the techs didn't rush them and it allowed them to really have fun and not feel like they were just pushing people thru the procedures.
