I finally had the chance to treat myself to a visit today, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I especially enjoyed the themed rooms throughout the spa. My favorite was the cold room as it was incredibly refreshing, especially on such a hot California day. The entire experience was relaxing, clean, and just what I needed. I'm already looking forward to coming back, and next time I plan to bring my parents so they can enjoy the experience as well. Thank you, Spa Hue, for such a wonderful visit!

She was super kind and gentle, but also did a great job at scrubbing. All the dead skin off my body. She cleaned my face and washed my hair. Then she squeezed out all the water from my long hair . I love it when she poured warm water over me to rinse off dead skin. Body scrub is a must!!!! Its not painful or uncomfortable. Everything is leave woth a body scrub, I feel refreshed. Once you enter the spa, you must take off your shoes. There is a small locker just for your shoes. And there's a locker for your clothes, bigger locker. No shoes allow, you can wear socks. You can also buy them in the front for $4. I did but didnt use since this place was clean . The front desk handed me four different towels and t.Shirt and shorts. You'll also get a wristband to access your locker. Before you enter the shower room, you must be nude. You can enjoy the hot tub and cold water area. There is also a dry sauna and mist sauna. It's pretty comfortable and well maintained, slightly better than the ones i've been to in koreatown. Once you go to the coed / main area, you must put on your t shirt and shorts. I was hungry, so I went to the restaurant. You must bring your credit card or use your electronic wallet on your phone. You don't use the wristband to pay. Resturant had a lot of options I chose the ramen, because it looked simple and I was surprised it came with side dishes.Thank you. There is also a water fountain inside the restaurant and near the locker area. This is a place you must come and just find out for yourself. Its relaxing . U can come as group or by yourself .

I had a lovely first visit at Lemon and Honey Day Spa. I booked a Lemon Lift Microcurrent Facial…read morebecause my skin needed a little refresh with this dry weather. This facial also stimulates collagen production and tones your face. It was a perfect pre-birthday treat for myself. Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Before I left, I signed up for their busy bee membership so I can make sure to keep up with my skincare goals. Thank you, Lemon and Honey Day Spa, your staff was amazing!

AJ, the owner, is a cool dude...and his wife is great too. AJ is definitely a talker and very upfront with the rules, but they're simple and reasonable. As long as you listen, respect the space, and follow directions, your visit will go smoothly every time. Rinsing and washing off before and after is mandatory, which honestly just keeps the place clean and enjoyable for everyone. They're open daily Monday through Sunday, opening at 12pm and usually closing at 2am...sometimes later depending on the day and request. Walk-ins are welcome. Cash is preferred, but they do accept credit cards as well. The rooms are very intimate and relaxing. Some rooms include a sauna, and all rooms have a shower. The lighting is moody and adjustable from bright to dim. Radios with Bluetooth are available, blow dryers are provided, and they supply full body towels and washcloths. You're also allowed to drink and smoke inside the rooms. Cups and ashtrays are provided, and if you bring a drink that comes in a glass bottle, they give you a plastic container to pour it into since glassware isn't allowed in the rooms for safety reasons. It's a solid, well-maintained spot that's clearly been doing things right for a long time. I highly recommend Neptune's Lagoon and will forever book a visit here whenever I'm in the area.

We booked our appt for March 14th back in early to mid January. The day before, the spa needed to make a time change for our group and we moved it to one hour later than originally planned. No issues on our end. They communicated it clearly and even added foot massages due to the change. All of the technicians we had were great. I had Ruby and she was fantastic from beginning to end. I would go out of my way to request her again. I was super relaxed and felt very refreshed at the end. There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Because the space in the back is fully open to where people are getting their treatment it was a bit distracting and harder to relax until they left the spa. It could help if quiet rules were enforced to make sure all patrons at all stages of their service are getting the most peaceful experience throughout. Overall great first head spa experience. I'd be happy to come back!

My husband and I visited today and booked the platinum package. The spa itself is very clean, and…read morethe atmosphere is relaxing. Check-in was smooth, and overall the environment felt calm and well-maintained. My husband had Emily, and he said his experience was amazing, very relaxing, thorough, and definitely worth it. He's usually very picky with massages and spa services, so that says a lot. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. My therapist (Elissa/Alissa) was very sweet and kind, but the service itself felt inconsistent. The session felt all over the place. This also wasn't my first head spa experience, so I do have a general idea of how it's supposed to feel. The shoulder massage was pretty good. During the facial portion though, the touch was extremely light, it felt like the sponges barely made contact with my skin. There also wasn't much structure or flow. Instead of a smooth sequence, it felt random and disconnected. She also frequently moved between my hair and face, which made the treatment feel less cohesive and made me unsure whether hair products (shampoo/mask/etc.) were coming into contact with my face. At one point she used cold tools (maybe gua sha or rollers?), but they barely touched my face, so it didn't feel effective or relaxing. The water temperature was also VERY inconsistent, sometimes too hot (almost burning), other times suddenly cold enough that I started shivering, which made it hard to relax. :( During the head spa portion, I finished about 5 minutes earlier than my husband even though he started a few minutes before me. We did finish around the same time overall, but that was mainly because his hair drying took less time since he has short hair. I didn't say anything during the service because there were other guests in the room, and I didn't want to disturb their experience. I was planning to mention it afterward, but there was another guest waiting at the front desk, so I didn't feel comfortable bringing it up. About 30 minutes after the treatment, my face became red, itchy, and developed small bumps on my forehead. My skin is not usually sensitive/reactive, so this was unexpected. I'm not entirely sure what caused it, but given how often the treatment moved between my hair and face, I do wonder if some hair products may have contributed. :( Based on my husband's experience and other reviews, I do think this place is capable of providing a great service. I may have just had an off experience, but I would recommend requesting Emily to be safe. :)

I…read moreoriginally found them through Groupon (great value around $70), but lately I've been booking directly with the spa even though it's around $90, and honestly I think it's worth it. It feels like they use even nicer products when booking direct, which I've really noticed in the results. The facility is always very clean and relaxing, the products feel high quality, and the facial massage is amazing -- one of my favorite parts. Service has consistently been great every visit, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I keep coming back to.

(I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. Instead she told me to leave or get a facial cut down by 20mins! I am attaching screenshots of my appointment time. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified. Try to avoid Jenny if you go to Mirako Spa in Brea, she can be scathing, unreasonable, and unprofessional. Try to reach 15 mins prior to your appointment even if they don't notify you.
