Not sure with all the positive reviews. Certainly was not for me personally. The massage was terrible and 45 min service only good for 25min? Got shorted my paid time. The massage session the therapist was on the cell phone entire time and not paying attention to the massage. I really doubt this was a licensed person. Towards the end a customer came in and my session ended early because the customer seems to have priority over me?? Therapist walked off the room and did not say a word to me. Very unprofessional business and rude service. Never been to such horrible place. Even bad foot massage place I been to is not this unprofessional. read more

Their name should be changed to F- instead! (If I could give it zero stars, I would!) Here are the reasons this place is horrible, and we will never return here: 1. First off, $40 for a 30-minute poor quality massage is a rip off. 2. The "masseuse" who was providing service to me, left my room 4 times to answer the door and was absent anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes each time. (this absent time was not made up in my overpaid 30 minutes). 3. I told the lady that I had a lower back injury (bulging discs) and that she would need to be careful or forego the area all together, yet she went ahead and stood on my lower back! 4. They decided to swap the lady halfway through the "massage". The new person was absolutely horrible! I might have as well had my 12-year-old give me a shoulder and arm rub. 5. The last lady spent over 5 minutes rubbing my left arm (not massaging, as there was zero pressure applied), then stepping out of the room and upon return rubbed my right arm for 10 seconds telling me that I was done. 6. After the aforementioned "massage" as my husband and I were walking out of the door, two of the ladies insisted that we had to return to pay the tip!!! (We paid $80 prior to the massage). We responded with: "We have your Venmo, and if we feel your services are deserving a tip, we will add it". The ladies became progressively hostile and stated: "What you paid only covers rent". I had a terrible experience. I called the line no answer was given a text back to me. I was trying to get an hour long massage. Was told to come in asap. So I left right away. Showed up and tips are accepted only in cash. Which I was unaware of. I had about 15 dollars to leave as a tip on me at the time. I was then denied service and said they would take me because I didn't have enough cash for a tip which I feel 15 dollars isn't the highest tip but is still more than 20% for a $60 dollar massage. Terrible place no way to do business and will never come back and encourage that no one else does read more

A+ Spa is one of the cleanest nicest places to go if you are in need of a great massage. I went skiing the days before need the massage to take care of all the aches and pain I had in my legs and back. I went there called ahead and got Tiffany as my masseuse she was so friendly made me feel at home. She gave me the best massage I've ever had at took care of all my aches and pains from days of hard skiing and I left the spa very relaxed and pain free! This Spa is very clean new sheets on tables felt very relax from the time I got in the door. I like the service that was given it was one of the best experiences I have I would recommend this place place to everybody. Very unprofessional. Require you to pay first, and then want to know how much you will be tipping and that it had to be in cash. Stated that the tip needs to be at least $100. Worst place ever! Service is terrible! They barely speak English. My appointment was at 7pm and I waited till 7:20pm, then I waited in the room for 10 more minutes. There are so many massage places to choice from, but this one is really nice. The rooms are large, very nice atmosphere, the massage was so relaxful, very professional young Asian women, music very nice, made you feel like you were in a another place. I almost fell asleep.
