Parly was AMAZING! First time going here and I appreciate how open and clean their salon is. The woman at the front who checked me in & assisted in washing my hair before the cut was SO kind and gentle! (I have long, thin-ish hair and too many hair salons have been so rough washing it.) I told Parly exactly what I wanted, and if she had any suggestions on what would look best. She followed my requests perfectly, checked in with me often to make sure the trim length was right, and even made great suggestions on how to make it more full. I had an amazing experience here and can't recommend MJ enough. During my consultation, he really took the time to listen to all of my requests (and I had a lot ). I wanted an ash brown color that would be low maintenance and I didn't want my natural black hair growing out to look super obvious. Honestly, it felt like an impossible request but MJ analyzed my hair and came up with a plan to make it work. The first time the color came out absolutely perfect.. I loved it! The second time I came in wanting to do the same procedure, MJ actually suggested doing less to my hair with no bleaching, which saved me both time and money. While it wasn't quite the same as my first time here where I got my hair bleached, it still turned out really good. The best part is how low maintenance it's been. I haven't been back in 10 months and my hair still doesn't look terrible the way it normally would. Even with a lot of my black roots grown out, I'm still happy with how it looks! MJ is also very efficient. I don't spend nearly as much time at the salon and the results are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair anymore. This is it! read more

Had a great haircut (Short PIXIE cut) with Parly. She is very detailed and accommodating. She really wants you to be happy with your cut. She took her time and was very open to any requests / adjustments. The shampoo before and after the cut were both very nice, it includes a kind of scalp massage. I walked out with a short but feminine haircut, tapered and tight in all the right places. She gave me a good overall headshape and compensated for my flat head shape in the back. Went in on Friday nite for a hair cut and I wanted to add money piece. I ended up leaving disappointed with both. Now I'm fixing it else where. I kept explaining one side was longer and she wasn't getting it. Then she asked if I wanted a thin or thick money piece and I said thin and left with whatever this is. The stylist name was Parly. In response to the bs response I got from the owner. These photos were taken at the salon that ended up fixing my hair. Clearly the owner didn't read my review because I did tell Parly MULTIPLE times that I felt the cut was uneven and she kept insisting it wasn't, also the money piece she gave me WASNT what I asked for. She can have many reviews but what she did to MY hair is MY experience. I hope you know that your response is a joke and it won't look good for other prospects. As expected from a salon that opened just a year ago, it was spotless and incredibly well-organized. I had made a reservation with Parly, and she welcomed me with such a warm and friendly smile that I was in a great mood even before the haircut began. That great first impression did not disappoint. She completely understood the style I wanted and gave me exactly the haircut I was hoping for. Throughout the entire process, she listened attentively to my preferences and also offered thoughtful suggestions. It truly felt like we were working together as a perfect team. As someone with a round face, I always focus on styles that make my face look smaller--especially layered cuts--and she absolutely nailed it. kelly is amazing !!!!! my natural hair is a medium/dark brown & i had it dyed [ for the first time ] this summer at home with my friend to a hot pink, which faded into a sort of peachy orange. for this appointment i wanted to go blue & black. kelly was somehow able to make this miracle happen & it didn't even take as long as i thought !! my hair feels & looks way softer & healthier than it did when i came in even though she had to use color remover & bleach. she was also the one who suggested a darker blue instead of the teal i initially showed her, in order to minimize damage. & i think it looks better than the inspo pics i showed in the first place! she also cut some layers to frame my face & give me a little more volume which i think turned out awesome. thank u also to hailey for all ur help ! everyone is so sweet & the salon is nice as well :) i'm sooo happy with this result ! read more

Unfortunately, what ruined the experience was the behavior of another staff member (a man with glasses). When both our stylists happened to use blow dryers at the same time, it caused a power issue. While inconvenient, it wasn't anyone's fault. But this man made a very unprofessional and spiteful face at the sweet stylist helping me, as if she had done something wrong. Later, I saw him behave just as rudely when he couldn't get a color book in time--grabbing it abruptly, making a scene, and dropping things along the way. I made an appointment online through their app which said it was $120 for partial highlights. When I went in there, they said it was going to be over $300 for partial highlights and that they didn't know if they could get me platinum, which I always get platinum highlights as I'm blonde as it is. I left because I was nervous and because the price was way over what they advertise online. They tried to get me to pick out a toner which I didn't like any of them because they weren't platinum blonde. When I went to another stylist, I told them my experience and she was like that should never happen. We don't ever ask a client to pick out a toner toners are always mixed so there's not one specific toner that we all use. She also said she didn't even really need to use a toner on me to get me platinum because my hair is already light blonde. *** in response to his response... I was never booked for a consultation I booked for an actual appointment I sent in pictures of what I wanted, and I was told that the hairstylist would be able to get to that color and then when I came in, she seemed confused and said she wasn't sure if she'd be able to get me to that color and had me pick out a toner with a bunch of different books. But I never did come in for a consultation only... i've been getting my hair done for over 20 years, so yes, I am experienced with that and no, I did not have any box dye on my hair at all. Also your "starting at" for a full highlight is $250? So how on my short hair is a partial $375?!?! He is now arguing with me on messages calling me cheap and telling me to find someplace for $50 or free. Lol! Sorry but I'm not paying over $300 for highlights mind you partial highlights when I'm told they don't know if they can get it the proper color. Very rude business owner. I came in for a 10:00 appointment and they were very friendly. I showed the stylist multiple reference photos of my own hair, asking for it CURLED and a few inches shorter, with my layers redone. I had to ask more than once to go shorter, and every time I did, she would say "just a little bit!" and cut off as little as she could. I left the salon with almost completely straight hair that was too long and nothing like the photos I had shown the stylist multiple times. I called them back and asked to get it fixed and the new stylist did the exact same thing!! It blew my mind!! She was unable to understand me as there was a slight language barrier, which is understandable, however it's difficult to explain what you want when they can't understand you and make up for it by doing whatever they want. I asked multiple times for blended layers and tapering bangs and it was uneven and nothing I could say to correct them would help. I'm not that picky about my hair, I was just shocked that they couldn't match a very simple style and that both stylists gave me the same undesirable cut. Very disappointed. I'd love to give them another chance but I don't think I can. read more

I am not happy about the service I received. I schedule an appt was not a walk in and was told several times by the stylist that she had another client coming. Felt rushed for sure and even the way my hair was done was rushed. Only got my hair washed one time, paid $35 dollars for a treatment that was left in my hair for less than 5 minutes. Blow drying my hair was done whole rather than taking pieces by piece. I explained the person when I scheduled my appt I have tick, long curly hair that I needed someone who knew how to manage my type of her. It is not what I got. The highlight was just ok and I paid $200 just for the highlights and even that was mediocre work for the price I paid. Not happy at all I will need my hair to be redone again but I will never come to this place. all they want is your money. I paid $335 to come out of the salon feeling so unhappy. And to have respect for their customer I did not comment anything at all. But was trying to speak to a manager over the phone and was not allow to do that, they told me I had to come to the store, they even blocked my phone, very poor customer service for such a high price hair salon. Honesty goes a long way I would have prefer for the stylist to let me know she was not able to work on my hair rather than just taking my money for such a bad service. I feel robbed.
