On 11/4, I booked a men's haircut for today 11/8. Everything processed smoothly and I received confirmation. Arrived this morning just to be told that the stylist does not do men's cuts. They asked if we could return later for a different stylist. Firstly, we live 30+ minutes away. I adjusted my work schedule for this appointment. I chose this specific day and time so my son would have his hair cut for an event. So I declined. They offered to try to see if they can do anything to make up for it but I walked out. This was a complete waste of my time and gas plus a huge inconvenience. I had been a customer for this salon since 2018, and don't plan to return. This company needs to work on their booking system and update their information online. read more

Giving my experience at this salon even ONE Star is being extremely generous!!! This place has some very shady stylists working in it! For example, it's beyond sketchy and quite disturbing that you can't feel comfortable and confident that a stylist will "honor" whatever they told you they would do, as well as the price they told you they would do it for..."PRIOR TO" you booking an appt and letting them even touch your hair; only to get to the cashier "several hours later" and be told that the price you owe is $80 more than what you were expecting (can u say fraudulent)!!! Additionally, I actually gave this place a second chance (*ONLY bc it's geographically convenient and I had a last-minute, unexpected event I wanted to look fresh for). However, once again I was completely disappointed and scammed!!! I actually spoke to the stylist prior to coming in, AND again, when I arrived (and had LESS services done than my previous appt - approx. 8 weeks earlier) and suffering through a 4+ hours appt of having to listen to this stylist bitch and gossip about every aspect of her messed up life (*and even about some other clients), but not only completed WASTED MY TIME with her very unprofessional behavior, but also her very limited hair color & cut knowledge (*because she totally ended up damaging my hair), and then had the audacity to charge me twice as much (for her own slow technique and time SHE wasted talking), which I actually was stupid, but kind enough to pay her in FULL for the WORST EXPERIENCE ever because I felt so pathetically sorry for her!!! That said, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO THIS SALON...Even if either of these stylists offered their services for FREE!!!! (*DC, SS*) read more
