With this useful information, I decided to upgrade my service to an All-Over Color & Haircut. Later on, I changed my mind and decided I wanted to maintain my natural color and only proceed with a haircut. I also needed to reschedule because my calendar no longer aligned with that date. I contacted Veronica again, and she kindly rescheduled me for a new date: September 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Finally, the day of my appointment, I walked in and waited for only about a minute. Veronica greeted me with a positive attitude and seated me to begin my service. Before starting, she asked to see my reference photo. Once I showed her, she was very transparent with me upfront: she wouldn't be able to perform or guarantee that I would be 100% satisfied with the result because my reference photo did not align with her specialty. It kind of felt like they forgot about me at times and they left the color and bleach in my hair for a very long time without checking on me regularly.
