Refused to accept a valid Groupon. I received a 90 minute massage certificate for Chistmas. It was set to expire in a couple of weeks, so I made an appointment. When I arrived and showed the certificate, they said they didnt accept them anymore. I pointed out that it was still valid and didnt expire until after March 31st, but they said they still would accept it. It then gets even stranger. I stayed at the massage place to call groupon because I had no assurances that either entity would provide a refund. Then they said I was running out of time, but that they could do a 60 minute massage, then I could work it out with Groupon. Weird and unprofessional. Such a disappointment as I drove 30 minutes to get there.​ EDIT AFTER Business's Response: Peter -- Respectfully, I called in advance to let you know that I was going to be 10 minutes late. I was told "no problem". When I arrived there was NO mention that being last presented an issue. However, when I presented my valid Groupon certificate, you called in a woman (manager/massage therapist/or perhaps both), who said that your establishment no longer accepts Groupons. At NO point, was it ever mentioned that the time was the issue and not the Groupon certificate. Used a Groupon for a 90 minute massage, what a deal! To begin, this is not a fancy spa, but the rooms are clean, mostly private (curtains instead of doors), and the tables large and comfortable. I will say if you do not like deep pressure massages this probably isn't the place for you. Purchased a 1.5hr couples massage via the Groupon deal, and arrived with high expectations. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and chill, and she showed us into a clean space with adjacent massage tables, coat hooks for our clothing, and sheets to cover ourselves with after undressing. It was possible to hear some slight road noise along with the soft music whilst waiting for the massage to start, but it was definitely not obtrusive. My masseuse was the cheery and smiling "V", which I quickly came to believe stands for "vendetta". For 1.5hrs I was pummeled, scorched, kneaded, trampled - yep, V literally walked all over me - and stretched to breaking point. Knots I haven't been able to release in years were exploded, muscles were lengthened, and joints were cracked. Don't get me wrong, none of the above is in any way negative, and I was delighted with it all. V made it clear that she would ease off pressure on request at any time, and I'm sure that I could have had a much more relaxing experience had that been what I wanted. Thing is, as a trainer and coach, deep tissue and functional is what I seek, and I 100% found it here. All my major muscle groups were stretched, and I was happy-sore for 2 days afterwards and really feel the benefit now in my training. My partner actually commented that she was surprised not to feel sore afterward considering the thoroughness of her own massage. Your body might protest and be sore a bit later but you know it's good for you. The staff were friendly and the value was good for the cost. I always play a game of not saying I'm tight in a certain spot and see if the masseuse is skilled enough to identify! And Joshua was spot on! I didn't have to coach him on the pressure, it was perfect! Deep enough for tension release but not too painful! Place still has that new smell feel and nice and clean! The one piece of feedback I would share, and is totally a personal thing, is increasing the temperature. I am often cold, and upon entering is was comfortable. but the oil used on my back has the menthol/cooling properties. I was shivering. But as soon as I told Joshua he brought me a blanket! My muscles will absolutely love it, but when I go back (in literally a week because I deserve ) I'll ask for just the regular oil! Will be back! read more

Don't judge a little book by its cover. This small a cute place has great hands. My massage was wonderful. I got a couples massage with my boyfriend. We were in the same room. They're very professional. They know what they're doing. Very strong hands and if you want a light massage like me, you just got to communicate that with you person who's massaging you. The parking is behind the building. Place is very clean. There is a restroom. The beds are very big. First of all I had to come back because they didnt have a massage therapist available and I had an appointment and it's a far drive for me. The lady was nice and corrected her mistake so I appreciate that. The Thai massage was pretty good. I like that she stretched me out. The Ambiance is nice but the only thing is they use toxic fragrances on all the sheets blankets and towels. They even have a plug in fragrance in the bathroom. This is so unhealthy. If you are sensitive to fragrance like me you will know it's impossible to go in a place like this. Luckily I brought my own sheets towels and blankets just in case and it worked out alright but it was a hassle to go out to the car and set it up on the massage table. She should have given me 5 more mins. I don't like a elbow in my back and I asked her to stop doing that and she understood so I'm glad she spoke English and listened to my instruction. I'm grateful I could communicate with her. I will go back here for another try and give another review. I hope they changed the laundry soap to fragrance free and look into some healthier options. I personally didn't mind but would recommend to still get a female masseuses for female customers. Since it is Thai/Swedish massage, there are some oiling sessions. First time here 2 days ago and I had the best massage I've ever had! My body and especially my back can get very tight. It's very tough to relieve the knots even by other masseuses. However, Mimi did an amazing job digging into them and making me feel relaxed at the same time! I have came here multiple times. I brought my husband and friends here. I have spoken to someone in regards to an expired voucher from Groupon. The younger adults that work there got ahold of management/owner and it was approved with the agreement of me paying 35 dollars extra which is fine. I went on September 1st for a couples massage. Of course someone I've never seen before was there telling me they dont accept an expired coupon which I already had the ok. Then the lady came back to say sure we will accept it but you will pay 75 dollars more. That was not what I was told. It was supposed to be 35 extra not 75. That day me and my husband left due to them giving us the wrong information which has happened before. So today is the 9th of September I decided to call ​to ask to speak to the owner because I dont think it's right that they are not on the same page. Multiple people work there in the front desk. They don't communicate with each other and in result people like me have to go through the inconvenience. Pay a sitter to get a massage, drive 45 minutes to the massage place only to leave with no massage. When I called today the same lady that was not on board answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was on vacation. I told her to get my number so he can call me when he can. She then gives the phone to one of the massage ladies that I know personally Mina. Language barrier to say the least. When I told Mina if she can have the owner call me. She hung up on me. This type of business is not ok. When I have been there a handful of times and recommended my friends there. Im am not ok with their service and how they hang up on customers.
