I was never really a massage person until I met Stephanie O. at The NOW Massage in Brea. She seriously has magic hands! Every session is amazing. She knows exactly where to focus and how to work out every bit of tension. My monthly appointments with Stephanie have become something I genuinely look forward to. She is incredibly talented, intuitive, and hands down the best massage therapist I've ever had. I can't recommend her enough! read more

I received a gift card from my son for Mothers Day. Booked my 80 min massage. Loved the vibe here, Laurie was AMAZING MASSAGE WAS GREAT! I feel so relaxed and a huge weight lifted off of me. I think adding some hot tea at the end or a sitting area to recoup from the amazing relaxation would add a bit more to the experience but overall I do recommend it here. read more

This is my second time here. I recently had a 50-min deep tissue massage with Desiree and it was the most amazing massage I've ever had! I always have tightness on my back and shoulders but she made it all go away. She knew the exact trigger points and used the right amount of pressure. I will definitely come back to see her! read more

Best massage I've ever had - signature 80 min with Stephanie D. First time visiting, will definitely be back. Lovely environment, helpful staff. Highly recommend. read more

I really love this location! The Corona Del Mar location used to be my go-to, but when this location opened up closer to me, I had to give it a try. It's located in the Whole Foods plaza with plenty of parking (which is a huge plus over the CDM location already). The space is a bit bigger than the CDM location as well, and everything is brand new. Staff is all wonderful to work with, and every therapist I've had has been excellent. Overall this is a great location that provides top-tier service, I can't recommend it enough. read more

Kira is fantastic! Had such an amazing, relaxing massage but also really targeted need areas.

I didn't know how much a massage session here would benefit me, but now I feel like I need to get a membership to get one every month. My husband gifted me a session for Mother's Day that I just used today and I feel amazing. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. The session included an eye mask and I got to choose another enhancement and went with the hot stones. I had Mayra for this massage and she was very sweet. Definitely will be coming back! read more

I used to go to The Now in Silverlake back in 2018-2019 when I had just started my career. I had fond memories of rest and relaxation from that location so I was delighted to see that they opened up in Brea. I made an appointment online and got assigned to Frank. He was amazing and made sure to address all of my problematic areas of my neck and shoulders. He checked in throughout the massage to see if those problems were taken care of. I'm so happy to continue seeing him for monthly or maybe even biweekly massages. read more

The vibe of this place is so calming, clean and peaceful! It reminds me of a yoga/meditation space! I had initially tried this place as they had a promo for first time clients. I came back a second time and ended up purchasing a membership because I loved it so much. My favorite masseuse is Mariah. She literally has magic in her hands! Truly amazing. I got a massage today and one note I do want to bring up is that the massage room/space was FREEZING cold. My toes, nose and fingers were ice cold which made it hard to comfortably enjoy & relax during my massage. I did provide this feedback to the front desk and she mentioned the temp inside should be at 74 degrees but it definitely wasn't lol felt like 65-69 degrees Fahrenheit. Hopefully it's not this cold when I come back next time! read more

Therapists are inexperienced Response to client concerns is poor Staff is not high touch Nothing special about the place Owner not well versed and not so articulate. Embarrassing read more

This place is very clean and they have created a very relaxing atmosphere. The place smells so nice and they have candles for sale in their check in area. I loved the decor that felt very bohemian style and relaxed, they had noise machines between each curtained room so you couldn't hear anything else. My massage therapist listened to my concerns about my problem areas and focused a good amount of time on the tension around my shoulders and neck. The parking lot gets busy, however it is located in a shopping center with Whole Foods so you can get groceries right after your massage! I would highly recommend this place, I called ahead to ensure that I would be given the introductory rate and the receptionist was so very helpful with helping with me with that code! read more

Mayra, my therapist, deserves a five-star rating for her exceptional care and service. The flow of the session was incredibly soothing and healing. I specifically requested the healer 80 minutes treatment, and I definitely felt a surge of grounding energy. I left the session feeling incredibly happy and excited about my next appointment. I added hot stone therapy and a fresh eyes mask, the royal treatment. The location is so beautiful that it feels like you're far away in Morocco. I can't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder at how mesmerizing this experience was. If you're looking for a healer with incredible hands, I highly recommend Mayra at the now brea. read more

I got invited to their friends and family event to celebrate the opening of the 80th location! I was greeted by Molly, the manager and her team. Everyone was so friendly welcoming. I got checked in and picked to add the heat therapy enhancement with my massage. After meeting Desiree, she took me into the crystal room to ask the type of pressure I'd like and if there was any areas I'd like to not be massaged, which I appreciated! She walked me back into a very serene room playing not your typical spa music which made it feel even more relaxing with the ocean waves. Also the smells of coconut and vanilla. The massage itself with Desiree was a 100000/10! I highly recommended calling them to get yourself an appointment because you will not be disappointed! They also have a convenient membership option that if you miss a month you can roll it over to the next! read more

I love this vibe! And Karla's energy was amazing! Best massage I've had in a really long time! Thank you so much!

There are not enough words to explain how much I love this place. Every detail is not overlooked, including the aesthetics, how friendly and polite and amazing the staff is. I've had many massages over the years of my life. Every time I get a massage at the NOW I am blown away of how amazing and professional the massage therapist are. This is a place I highly recommend to all my family and friends. The only downfall of coming and experiencing this place is knowing that there is an end to your massage. I can't wait for my next one. read more

The NOW Massage Brea - Their mission statement - Massage Therapy Near Me - Brea, California

This company feels like a scam. I get massages very often, and I had two massages with them -- both were below average, even with their top-rated therapist. When I tried to cancel my membership, they charged me for an additional month and said I could use the credit later through their app. I never received a cancellation confirmation email, and now both credits (including one unused from before) are missing from the app. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I have never experienced such shady business practices. read more

Kira IS THE BEST. I love a deep tissue massage and she never lets me down. I am so happy I found her.

Love this place! Ambiance is great you feel like you're on the beach! Very clean and staff is super friendly!!

I just got out of my 50 minute "The Now" massage with Kira and all I can say is WOW. Kira made sure to ask me what pressure I preferred, what areas I would like to work on and even asked if I was okay with their lavender massage oil. Side note - I love lavender anything. The entirety of the massage was amazing. I mentioned that I would prefer a full body massage but my main trouble area were my neck and shoulders. She spent a good amount of time on my said problem areas but also provided a great full body massage which I appreciate cause some places only glaze over other areas. I felt fully relaxed and a lot of my tension released. The space was clean, smelled great, ambiance was relaxing and was aesthetically pleasing. The font end staff was also great as well - warm and informative. Definitely coming back:) read more

This was the best massage I've ever had! Everyone I interacted with was very kind including the front desk receptionist. It felt so calm and peaceful. The decor was beautiful, they play ocean sound music which was perfect. I appreciate how the massage therapist talks to you before you start your treatment so you can go over pressure preferences, any specific areas that need more care than others etc. I also got the slide cupping which was amazing as well. I bought the membership I loved it so much and I can't wait to be back! read more

I want to start off by saying that Moriah is the best! Absolutely loved getting massages from her. What I have an issue with was the membership. I had tech problems from the beginning and it was never resolved. I never received email confirmations. Everything was a text notification. My husband and I both signed up, and I was the only one with issues. I had to cancel an appointment due to a pet emergency and was not given any notice that my credit was going to expire. The receptionist did not say anything over the phone and there was no correspondence. After some time, I called back to redeem my credit, I was told there was a 3 month grace period. Their solution was to offer me membership pricing - so basically $15 off after my $95 credit was no longer valid. Not a fan of their customer service or transparency of their policies. read more

The best massage I have ever had. The atmosphere and attention to your preferences was amazing.

This was my second massage session with Megan. The first time I booked the 50min session and regretted not booking the longer one! I had to come back for that 80min session and it was perfect. Megan is an exceptional masseuse! Just the right pressure and always so kind to ask if I'm okay throughout the experience. Her hands are magic and she really listens to what the body needs. I also appreciate the advice she gives me to do outside the studio to help ease build-up tension. The studio itself is beautiful and the background noise of ocean waves helps to relax the mind as well. Nothing but positive vibes and will be back soon :) read more

I absolutely loved my experience at The Now Brea. Darshan was my massage therapist and he was amazing. I workout several times a week and use massage as a form of recovery, so I requested The Stretch massage with the Gua Sha enhancement. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. Darshan worked through some knots in my upper back and shoulders and used the stone to attack pickleball pain in my forearms. This massage was exactly what my body needed to enhance my post-workout recovery. As for the facility, The Now is a calm, zen-like space that immediately sent me into relaxation mode. The rooms themselves are gorgeously decorated and you can tell they paid attention to each and every detail to enhance the customer experience. This studio looks and smells amazing. The employees were friendly and kind and my therapist asked questions to tailor my massage experience to my specific needs. I highly recommend The Now Brea for your next spa day, girls night, or just for regular recovery. A gift card from The Now Brea would be appreciated by anyone on your list, trust me! Book your treatment today:-) read more

Being in this establishment makes you feel like you're on vacation. They constantly have sound waves playing throughout the massage rooms and even the bathroom. My friend booked me a massage here for my birthday and I'm forever grateful for it! I definitely needed to wind down after a stressful past few weeks. The massage therapist and the ladies in the front were so welcoming & attentive. Their customer service is A1. I have 2 appointments at the NOW so far. I came back after the first time because of the special ambiance and a very good massage. On the second time, I have an appointment with Karla and it was an excellent massage. Karla listened to my concerns about pains around my shoulder blade. She actually found and focus on the trouble spots. I'm signing up for the membership so I can see her monthly. The ambience is still a very serene experience on the second visit. read more

The aesthetic is calming from when you first walk in. They have ocean waves for ambient sound during the massage, which helps you settle in. I did "The Healer" 80-minute massage with deep tissue add-on with Kira and I have to say, it was one of the best massages I've had in a long time. She asked what areas I wanted to focus on and I walked away feeling like I had released tension while still being fully relaxed. I'll definitely be back. read more

Megan is my masseuse and she's a 10 out of ten!! I set up a membership because it was that good.

This place is very calming and feels like a luxury experience the heated beds were nice and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing but the actual message itself is mediocre and just okay. In my opinion the message was not adequate to pricing I had better work done at massage envy. read more
