I went to see Victoria because of my extreme neck and back pain. I haven't been able to sleep comfortably in about seven months due to the strain on my neck and back. On top of that, I get migraines that knock me out because of the ongoing pain. I made an appointment using her calendar system and she saw me right away. She had asked me questions about my pain but you can tell that as she was massaging, she and my body were talking. She took the time to massage and stretch the areas that needed attention. I booked an 80 minute massage and wished I did a longer one. I was pretty sore for a few hours after the massage, and by the time I went to bed I noticed I didn't feel anything. No pain. No throbbing. I wasn't shifting consistently. For the first time - in about seven months...I was able to sleep pain free! I've silently cried about this pain and last night I slept like a queen!! Thank you Victoria. read more

Wow Victoria is so talented at what she does and is so understanding. Everytime I go see her I feel so full filled and satisfied. I am glad when I have the opportunity to go see her. Recently I tried her CBD bath fizz that she has in hand. I had the flu and had major body aches especially in my legs and decided to take the CBD bath. Ohhh my gosh soo happy I did, my body was Able to fully relax and my skin felt soo silky. Even when I got out of the bath my skin was still soft and silky that I didn't even need lotion. Highly recommend if you have a bathtub to get the CBD salts!!! read more

Imagine not having your car due to emergency repair situation or a friend's death leading you to cancel appointment with Victoria on the day of finding out that you cannot make an appointment. She will not understand your situation or acknowledge them and refuse to take you on as a client. I understand that business is business, but the lack of empathy is really off putting. I am not one to frivolously cancel appointments on a whim or without a good reason, and I've never had any issue with any other masseuses who are always so kind and accommodating. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this one warrants one. read more

See all

Victoria was beyond amazing. The level of expertise with applying the right amount of pressure to the right areas was unmatched. Listening to my previous treatments for injuries, I could literally see the wheels turning in her mind on how she would address each area for effective treatment, which were executed to perfection. The discussion afterwards and suggestions for additional treatment options was informative and relevant so that I can get the right care for my situation. I am so thankful that I found The Reset Room and Victoria. I will definitely be coming back for the great service and pain relief! read more

If you want quality care book with Victoria. She is absolutely amazing and listens to your needs and your body. I always recommend my friends and family to see her and they all have similar experiences. I would never get massages before but I do my best to see her every couple months. She worked on my TMJ and has helped me so much. I always feel better and refreshed after my massage. So thankful for her. read more

I was referred to Victoria at The Reset Room by my husband. At first I was apprehensive in making an appointment just because I've been majorly disappointed with all the masseuses I've tried so far in Orange County. I have high expectations in pain relief when it comes to massage and Victoria exceeded my expectations. My massage on 5/15/22 was the first massage I've had since December and also since I gave birth. Needless to say this self care was needed with all my sleepless nights. Victoria asked what my pain points were and really put focus on those areas. I left feeling relaxed, in less pain, less tension, and honestly just wanted a nap. I can't wait to schedule my next appointment and to also try her acupressure facial! I highly recommend The Reset Room! 10/10 read more

I can't say enough about how much I absolutely love Victoria and the reset room! I have been seeing her regularly for deep tissue massages (she's absolutely the best, I am picky about my massage therapists) and recently I tried adding the Shirodhara treatment to my service. I can honestly say that I have never felt so relaxed and in tune with myself in my life. As a person who suffers from anxiety that is saying a lot. You should definitely give it a try if you truly are looking to reset! I would give Victoria and her expertise ten stars if I could read more

This is my second session with Victoria and it has seriously been life changing. I have had the same knots and tension in my traps/neck for years and she has been the only one who has been able to provide me relief. I have significantly less to no migraines when before I had one almost 3 times a week. I was so lucky she had an opening because I started to feel pulling in my neck from my trap I could barely sleep and immediately after our session, there's no pulling feeling and I feel like a different person. Highly recommend booking an appointment! Thank you so much Victoria! read more

Seriously, where has this place been all my life! I'm so glad that my friend recommended me here. This place is a hidden gem located in Brea, conveniently located near other places that can supplement your self-care needs...so that's a huge plus! Victoria was so kind during my massage. This was my first massage ever and she made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. She also gave extra focus to the areas I let her know were bothering me and also gave me some stretches to do to help with the pain I sometimes feel. Highly recommend and I can't wait to be back for my next appointment read more

Victoria is an amazing massage therapist...I have high standards (I was a massage therapist for 7 years) and I have never had such an intuitive therapeutic massage EVER! I have neck and lower back issues and I've been getting massages from a person for over a month (twice a week) and she didn't make as big of a difference as Victoria did in one session! I was referred by a friend and I would like to "refer" YOU to see Victoria...I've already booked my next 2 appointments :-) YAY :-) read more

Victoria's work is amazing! She is very understanding and makes you feel as comfortable as possible! I was feeling a little anxious to try a new form of massage but she worked on all of my knots that were causing so much pain. She would check in with me if the "pressure" she was applying was too much. I told her it hurt a little more in extra areas and she would be more mindful. She explained how/why my body was holding onto so much tension in this area. She was super kind and I have recommended her to a couple of my friends! I hope to go back in for another massage to continue to relieve some tension in my body. Thank you again read more

Victoria is truly the best therapist and knows the best techniques and treatments for what my body needs in order to recover and/or relax/rejuvenate. THE BEST!!! I originally went to Victoria as a chronic migraine sufferer. Weeks worth of headaches and just asked for some tension release focusing a lot of my traps and neck. I can say with all honestly that I don't have headaches like that anymore, an occasional headache but not weeks worth! She also recently massaged my mom and my mom came back feeling fantastic! First off I love seeing her! I always wanted to find a small massage therapist who I can feel comfortable with because I am very personal when it comes to who can be close and or touch me :) I love how welcoming she is:) she is very kind and understanding and she is amazing at what she does. The first time I came to see her my grandma just had 2 strokes and she helped me relax when I was worrying so much. She told me about where I had tension and what it meant. I was surprised to hear it all:) and so thankful to be informed. She is very warm welcoming too and I love her way of helping people holistically. I enjoyed the opportunity to make a new friend and find a place I am always safe and comfortable at when I need to relax. Her space is always so clean and nice, the bedding is heated too! The room has a beautiful aesthetic as well as a relaxing vibe. No doubt she deserves more than 5 stars :) and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a relaxing time and some healing! read more
