It all depends on the masseuse at the time. Unfortunately, my last visit (2months ago) was nothing like the previous. My advice to management: 1. Have masseuse introduce themselves. (Many times names are not given, not necessarily intentional, but perhaps not seen as important.) A name given brings an aspect of personal pride and accountability. if that specific masseuse does not do well, I would know who not to request again AND management can take under advisement that more training or customer care needs to be provided. 2. Keep records. I would like to be able to call in as a repeat customer, have my name looked up and have a professional response such as: "Oh hello, it looks like you had Jenny as your therapist before. Would you like to schedule an appointment with her again?" Such action would show professional commitment and pride in the services you provide. 3. Train staff to be consistent and personable. If staff is trained and consistent, there would be less disparity between the various therapists. I am willing to try this place again, but hope they can step up and provide a service that will set them above their professional peers. read more

I forgot to ask for her name but I received a great full body massage from her at $55 an hour that's a pretty good price for the area. Place was decently clean and quite roomy inside with multiple beds. My masseuse said my upper body was tight so suggested to do upper body for $75 an hour I said I'll stick to the full body for $55 but i felt somewhat pressured to getting the $75 so I had to be firm with her that I'm getting the full body, hence the 4 stars. And then at the end when it's time to pay, they ask you how much you want to tip, instead of writing it on the receipt yourself. My girlfriend and I have come here twice now after meeting on a weekend for a 3-4 mile hike. We are always greeted with soft sweet smiles and as if they've been waiting just for us. They put our feet in warm water to so we can start getting relaxed, get us and everything they need situated, and then begin by massaging our scalp and shoulders for about 10 mins. Then they get down to why we came: a foot reflexology massage. It's a beautiful and incredibly relaxing one hour foot and leg massage. Sometimes they use hot stones and sometimes they don't. I prefer the stones in the beginning of the massage as they seem to relax the muscles, but either way, it's a great experience. I told her I only wanted upper body, primarily neck and back. She told me I needed to pay $10 more for only neck and back. I finally agreed to 75min if they would focus on neck and back. At that point, the owner leaned over the counter and said, "Look, I get you very pretty girl if you do 90min." Quite uncomfortable. (I stuck with 75min btw.) The massage was just ok. Belinda was my therapist and she didn't do my front legs or arms and she scratch my head for almost 10 minutes in the same spot I had to request her to move on from the same spot. She also kept leaving the room for 2-3 minutes. It was not professional and was not a full 1.5 hour massage. I didn't call for an appointment like I normally do I called basically on my way so I was grateful for them to get me in but in the future I will definitely request not to have her again.
