Love it here. I've been here about five times now and have always had a great experience. This past time I had Lei and he was incredible. I never really fall asleep but his energy was so healing. I felt rejuvenated and cleansed as well as relaxed. My husband also received a massage from Yuki, who was amazing as well. Definitely will be coming back. read more

LISTEN UP, if you genuinely want a good massage, do NOT go here. Massage itself was mediocre and not worth the price point. Massage was finished and came out to $100 with NO TIP. We decided not to tip because my girlfriend who normally goes and agreed that the massage was ok this time around. So when the lady asked we said no tip. She then proceeded to put on a rude face and ask "what do you mean no tip?," "why don't you tip you don't like massage?" And I just respond with no not today thank you. She goes on to then bug me more for a tip and is becoming increasingly rude and snarky. While she has my card she goes on to delete the amount, say she's not giving us the "discount " price, which is just the price for two people, and instead, charge us for two singles which comes out to $120! She essentially gave her self her own tip! So please do not go here, save your money, go spend it somewhere nice, and unless you want to ruin your own day, go somewhere else. I mean just look at the other reviews! read more

This is a great place for a simple massage. There is always availability and the staff is attentive, Massages are really nice, different pressures and styles available. read more

An amazing experience. 5 of us visited and all thought it was a 10 star experience. We all did a foot massage + back for 60 min. We all loved our experience! Yes we will be back. read more

I always go here!! So relaxing, massage is thorough, and even hot stones. Really a bang for your buck! Constantly telling my family and friends about this spot; can't recommend this place enough! read more

Bamboo Creek Spa is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and serene. The service was excellent and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend! read more

I only like the chair massages the oil massages are ok. My last masseuse was burping the whole time. But the chair massages don't disappoint. Be sure to confirm the price before you agree, they raised my price on my head and back massage when I was already head down in the room and and made me do oil massage instead of the chair massage. read more

If you're looking for Burke Williams level massages, this is not the place for you. The owner and therapists have never been anything less than attentive, friendly, and thorough. Best end of the week treat for those working aches and soreness. Been going here for years. read more

Went the first time the masseuse was great when I went back today I asked for her but the lady at the reception she said try this lady she is good and has long experience ,the lady's English wasn't the best ,it wasn't good from the beginning but I was hopping it will get better but when she finished with my back I just turned over she pushed my body over the blanket and said it finished I was like but that's not full massage she goes next time and pretended she doesn't speak English yet was very fluent when she was asking for her tips Honestly I won't go again nobody was at the reception k wanted to complain but only her I had to pay full price and a tip for a horrible massage read more

Grateful to my girlfriend for treating us to massages, but there's so many things wrong with this place. First off, you're greeted with a sour musty smell, followed by b.o, then masked with a weak flowery fragrance. After that, you'll go back to a beat up room with an even funkier smell. Then, your masseuse will come in, burp up there lunch during the entire massage and literally SPIT things out of his mouth while you're face down. The best part, when you go to pay and tip them what you believe is fair, they ask for more. When you tell them that's all the cash you have, they'll say "we can charge the card too" (we tipped them 25 total, which is 25 more than what I wanted but my gf was trying to be nice) not to mention, they have a sign that says "like it 10$, love it 20$" We gave what they were suggesting and it still wasn't enough. It was comical to listen to them immediately speak in a different language to each other when we told them that's all we had. Oh, they also intentionally charged us the incorrect massage, taking more from us. This place doesn't deserve anyone's money, they are rude and extremely out of touch with society. read more

I love this place. My husband and I come every other week. If we have a knot or ache area they really take time on that specific area. read more

My experience was exactly like the review before mine. Bad massage. Demanding more tip. Seriously? What kind of business is this?

I have been going to Bamboo Creek Spa for more than a year now. Kiki is really good with her service. She would ask for your preference and adjust the massage during your session. I just hope that the place gets a make over :) read more

Reasonable prices, clean facility, and private rooms. I get a 1 hour massage here almost once a week on average. They are usually available with as little as half an hour of notice which is great for times when I am suffering from a back ache and need to get the knots worked out. read more

Amazing!! I love Corina! It's the best massage I've had in the world and I've been to a lot of places

Nice location, private rooms with doors. Friendly staff. Accepts credit cards without extra fees. Available short notice. Quality massage.

I'm 8.5 months pregnant and was able to have a wonderful split foot massage and full body. They were able to accommodate me laying on my side even though they didn't have anything specific on the menu. I appreciated them working with me. I look forward to going back. read more

Went here looking for a good massage place so we tried something new. Unfortunately, this place didn't hit the mark. The inside was basically 40* so that was a weird start. But going inside to the room: I didn't like that the doors have a window for outside people to look in. That's how they check if we're ready. Umm excuse me, no thanks. Cover the window and knock and ask please. The sheets on the bed were tattered. The massage itself was not great either. read more

Had a great combo deep tissue massage by Wendy! She was amazing. Place was clean and quiet. Will be back!

They have a mandatory tipping policy of $10-$20. If that's their policy, it should be clearly posted on the service menu--not sprung on customers at checkout. We were considering them for our bi-weekly massage routine, but they're now off the list. Short-sighted move; their loss. read more

Not great experience we got 2x 90 min full body and hot stones and when my spouse went to pay he said 10 each and she said no it's a 90 minute ad. Added 10 more Dollars. Like WTH!!! Forced TIP. They don't seem to care that you don't want to pay extra. I get the language barrier but I know they know they can do that. read more

I have been here multiple times & usually am very happy with the service. Today i went & thought the massage was ok. I got a combination massage of full body and feet. At the end, i was told it was $60 and if i'd like to tip. Since i felt it was just okay, i said $8 for tip which i feel is still pretty good. She charged my card $80!! She tipped herself $20. If i didn't ask for the receipt, i would not have known. I said something and she replied that i had to tip $10. I said you tipped yourself $20 instead of the $8 i said. She said sorry and handed me a $10 bill. If you come here, make sure to get a receipt & make sure you are charged the correct amount because i am extremely frustrated. I am a reoccurring customer but i'm honestly not sure if i will be back. read more

I've been going here for years. Very reasonable prices. Even recently, they added a discount for 2 or more. Yes, they charge a small extra fee (like$5) for hard pressure. I totally get it. It's a lot of work, especially when they get someone like me, with tight tendons that cause a lot of tightness in my muscles. They are always kind when I bring my 16 yr autistic kiddo with me also. They will be gentle and massage only where she wants and over her clothes. They give us the couples room so I'm always right there. Best place to get a massage read more

Wow!! Stumbled upon this place and I have to say it was amazing. My daughter and I had a one hour massage. They were able to put us in same room. We came away relaxed.. the massage therapist were great. Super quiet. Just got to relax! Definitely will recommend. read more

Love this place! Came here for Mothers Day and it did not disappoint. Second time here and it was like my last one. My massage was great and relaxing! Highly recommend! Unfortunately, I left my $250 Garmin running watch and didn't realize it until after they contacted me. I was able to have it returned to me the next day. Definitely will be back. read more

I would have to agree with all the 1 stars. This business needs work. Massages sucks. Masseuse demand more than 20% tip. Not worth it. I wanted to 90 minutes to be over as soon as it started. The music also stopped working 1/2 way through the massage. Awkward massage, not worth the $ or time. read more

2nd time to this place-won't be a third. We walked in only the 2 of us there and they put us all the way in back next to group of employees who were 2 feet away talking the entire time. Threw the entire mood off, when your there to relax. I got the 30 foot/30 back. So foot part distracted by constant talking and whispering by employees. In private room for 30 min back massage and the guy left the room 4x... only pushing down on my back. Not to mention loud unbalanced washing machine shaking the walls So not worth it. Lesson learned - go elsewhere read more

Great customer service. Couples massage with my wife was excellent. Also the foot massage is so relaxing!

Last Saturday, I took my husband for a nice massage! Just too busy, waiting a while! Came back this morning, called ahead last night to make an appointment. It's very quiet! Very clean environment! Chiropractors are also very professional. You can tell the front desk what you need and they will make a massage that suits you! I tip them 20$ for my massage therapy! I love it! read more

We Loved our massages! I have been wanting to try this location so when I had my aunt in from MA we went for a double 60 min. Pick 2 ( oil & hot stone) It was such a great price and both of us talked about how fabulous the masseuse girls were and how how they work! You gotta try it! read more

Massage was good with Mia. A little too firm and at times hurt but overall pretty good. The issue is that they demand a minimum of 20% tip. When it comes to the time to pay they bring someone from the back to ask you for more money which feels a little like an ambush so it kind of ruins the experience. read more

I think this place has new ownership. The therapists were unable to communicate and the massage on my back and foot hurt so much. I don't think they are trained since my foot hurt so much I could not walk after the foot massage due to the new pain created by the therapist. Worse massage I ever had. read more

This was a great massage. Tracy was amazing! I'll definitely go back. I wish they had monthly rates because it would force me to take care of ME. read more

They are good, the only problem is their music. I am not sure why they choose such a poor music selection for a relaxing environment. Why not just download "Massage", "Sleeping", "relaxing" music from Youtube. They are playing just average music without singing! read more

I always love going to bamboo Creek spa. It's so nice and relaxing and very quiet. I really enjoy the foot massages here.

Typically this massage place is pretty darn good HOWEVER, the lady was very rude and got mad at me when I requested for her to massage me harder politely for the second time. Both my mom and I wanted the massage to be over before it started because they barely put any pressure whatsoever on our bodies. What the heck is a point of a massage???? Not only did she scold me when I requested for her to massage me harder, but she started getting aggressive and grabbing my legs aggressively and crushed my feet with the rocks to get her point across because I asked for the massage to be "harder". Worst massage ever and very rude. Go to massage circle in orange. Much better and same price!!! They need to teach manners! read more
