The massage was good overall. I had selected medium pressure beforehand, though at times it felt a bit lighter than expected. I was still able to find parking on a busy Saturday afternoon! They have an extremely clean bathroom inside. The massage rooms were also very clean too. When getting ready to pay after the massage, the staff at the front desk let me know of their Buy 5 Get 1 Free Deal & that I could use that deal for the two massages I just had (couples). The deal was quality & the massages were amazing- so I committed to 4 more massages. The deal was worth it because I can use the massages on myself, someone else, or for a couples massage. Located on the east side of Anaheim so it's not very centered where everything is around it's more towards Anaheim Hills. Do you have plenty of parking in the plaza the neighborhood and Plaza are quiet. The entire session was quiet, so I really appreciate the peacefulness and I was able to relax throughout the session. They also have herbal drink or tea to before and after your session. Great prices, kind staff, great massage :) I've come twice to Carol for deep tissue and I really enjoyed it. She's strong, focused, and releases all of the muscle tension that I have held in my body. I feel very comfortable with her (and it's hard to find someone who's truly skilled at deep tissue work!). The experience I would say is less "spa" like but I do believe that is how they can keep the price low. They also use a really great CBD line which I am going to use everytime I go now! I requested a very firm deep tissue massage. I paid $145 plus tip. I had to repeatedly tell the masseuse that I wanted them to increase the pressure. The technique they used for the massage wasn't great and I never felt a lot of pressure. My back and neck are still tight and I don't feel like I even had a massage. One advice to first timers id give is to make sure to arrive at least 10 min early if going with a guest to have time to fill out the intake forms on their ipad before the session (only one available for use i believe). I suffer from chronic pain and every time I go to Joe I feel like I can walk with less pain, my migraines go away, and overall I feel so much better. They always check in to make sure we're doing okay and are just the sweetest human being ever. If you suffer from any kind of inflammation I really recommend trying the CBD ointment add on they have available because it really relaxes you and helps stave off pain for longer. I would go back every week if I could XD If you need regular treatments for chronic pain they have a really nice package where if you buy 5 you get one massage free which is very convenient. They have different packages for whether you want the 60 minute sessions or 90 minute ones which is really cool since it means you can tailor it to your needs.
