She did a good job using different ways and techniques go massage my shoulders, neck, and back. She quickly identified the problem areas and knew that the right side was worst and tighter than the left. The pressure was just right and the 60 min went by so quickly. I found the price to be fair for the quality of massage received. It's a no frills kind of establishment and you go in and out for your massage without them bugging you about signing up for a membership or something. I will definitely come back more often. I pride myself for having a very high pain tolerance but I lowkey regret telling her to go "hard" before my session. I didn't realize she was going to spend the majority of my session walking on me. The other massage places I've gone to only spend 10-15 min but she was on me with her feet for a long time. She kept digging into the spot between my scapula and mid back and I was in so much pain that I could not even mutter for her to stop. I asked for more time on my actual shoulders but she said something about having to work on my lower body first. The massage itself was decent but different than what I expected or asked for. If I return, I will try to be more direct and deliberate about what I want. Parking: free lot Note: it is next to a gym so if you're sensitive to noise, this is something to consider. I personally didn't mind it.

I recently checked out this spot and I'm already a fan!…read more I don't normally splurge on massages (the extremely high price tag usually keeps me away) but this place is reasonable, especially with their 15% off grand opening special that they're offering. My body's been pretty beat up from workouts lately, and I went in hoping for some relief. I got the 60 min. Swedish massage and it did not disappoint. My back and shoulders were no longer sore/tight after my session. The hot stone treatment made my experience even more relaxing, which was exactly what my sore muscles needed. I walked out feeling loose and recharged in a way I haven't in a while. Booking an appointment was easy to make online. I appreciate the transparent pricing too. The place is clean, calm and welcoming. The service was friendly and quick...I loved how they immediately took me to my room and got right to my massage. Checking out was easy and the lady who helped me was friendly. I'm already planning to make this part of my regular routine if the pricing stays this reasonable, and I've already told my gym friends to check it out. Will definitely be back!

Price is not listed upon booking but found out it was $160. Booked it last minute and came upon arrival a few minutes early but no one was there at the front desk, waited a few moments and then back in and still waited The spa attendant came mid way with a plate of food and stopped upon seeing me. Didn't ask who I was, didn't do an intake form, just asked if I been to the spa before. She hurriedly prep the room and asked about pressure and left without me responding. The MT I had - not the same person I booked the facial with only asked once about pressure and that was a few minutes into the massage. Did not ask about any focus points or pressure for the entire hour. Did basically a full body massage and did not use the hot stones. Had more firm pressure and did use much lotion to create the smooth sweeping motions consistently. Overall massage was nice but behind my calves felt a bit off. The Est. Came in toward the end of the massage to set up which was distracting because lights came on and additional noise in the room. She did not explain anything that was happening during the entire facial and I even indicated it was my first time having this type of facial. Facial was conducted and more of a face massage and quick scalp massage that occurred. Face did feel smoother after the service. I still return to the day spa for my monthly treat to self - I think the overall experience starting off to how it ended during the transaction caused for a lesser star otherwise massage and facial did its job. Thanks for the self care day it was still lovely.

The package included a 1 hour body massage, 30 minute mini facial, 30 min scalp massage, and a hand & foot scrub. Tiffani was great - she definitely went over time and gave me a longer facial, but I was a little bummed to not have had a full scalp massage - neither of them focused much on that area. That's not what couples massage is! I said no, I would really prefer to be in the same room. They said they don't have a couples room. Mind you, this is 15 minutes before our appointment! I was shocked. If you knew you don't have a couples room, why did you book us?! This was absolutely bizarre and unacceptable. I texted back saying if they don't have a couples room then that's fine, we don't have to do it. I feel like my Valentine's Day plans were ruined because of this. We weren't gonna be able to find another a massage so last minute. Such poor communication and customer service. I was so hopeful with this place but it turned out to be a total disaster.
