Interesting experience - 3rd time visiting - opted for one of their package 1hr massage with free hot stones and 1hr European facial. Price is not listed upon booking but found out it was $160. Booked it last minute and came upon arrival a few minutes early but no one was there at the front desk, waited a few moments and then back in and still waited The spa attendant came mid way with a plate of food and stopped upon seeing me. Didn't ask who I was, didn't do an intake form, just asked if I been to the spa before. She hurriedly prep the room and asked about pressure and left without me responding. The MT I had - not the same person I booked the facial with only asked once about pressure and that was a few minutes into the massage. Did not ask about any focus points or pressure for the entire hour. Did basically a full body massage and did not use the hot stones. Had more firm pressure and did use much lotion to create the smooth sweeping motions consistently. Overall massage was nice but behind my calves felt a bit off. The Est. Came in toward the end of the massage to set up which was distracting because lights came on and additional noise in the room. She did not explain anything that was happening during the entire facial and I even indicated it was my first time having this type of facial. Facial was conducted and more of a face massage and quick scalp massage that occurred. Face did feel smoother after the service. I still return to the day spa for my monthly treat to self - I think the overall experience starting off to how it ended during the transaction caused for a lesser star otherwise massage and facial did its job. Enjoyed my first visit to Glow! Online booking was easy and they had a lot of specials to choose from. I opted for the "Day Off - Relax Time" package - a steal at 2 hours for $195. The package included a 1 hour body massage, 30 minute mini facial, 30 min scalp massage, and a hand & foot scrub. I had booked with Bella, but my time was ultimately split - I think the person I had in the beginning was a sub, and then the rest was with Tiffani. Tiffani was great - she definitely went over time and gave me a longer facial, but I was a little bummed to not have had a full scalp massage - neither of them focused much on that area. I went for my birthday and took my husband with me to a couples massage for 1hr. They gave me the bday upgrades. The masseur, Helen, had wonderfully strong hands and the hour was a needed gift to my body and back and neck. The addition of hot rocks was amazing! I thought she would leave rocks passively but she slid them over the spots I with large muscles and it felt amazing! My husband like his massage so much he fell asleep haha. The two women were quiet and super skilled. Room was lovely and appropriately dark and relaxing. Music was relaxing ambient vibe. My husband and I have been here many times before and have usually had good experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I've had here. The massage therapist used way too much pressure than was needed and was too aggressive. She also focused on techniques and areas I specifically mentioned I didn't want and did not focus on what I requested, which made the session uncomfortable. The head massage was also not what I expected. Instead of an actual massage, she mostly scratched my scalp the entire time. When she worked on my neck, the pressure was extremely intense and she squeezed so hard that it honestly made me feel worried something might get injured. Another issue was that when the massage oil dried up, very little was reapplied, so there was a lot of uncomfortable friction during parts of the massage. Unfortunately, I left feeling more sore and in more pain than before, which was really disappointing since I was hoping to feel relaxed and relieved afterward. * FYI - The massage therapist I had on 3/7/26 had black, kind of frizzy hair, and wore a light grey sweatshirt and sweatpants with black sandals. Do not go here, worst massage I've ever experienced. I question if the massage therapist that work here even have licenses (highly doubtful). I asked for my money back. She started 18 min late for my foot and body massage but still left me with only 1.5 hour massage and didn't compensate for the 18 min late start time and the 5 min she left the room. When I told her not so much pressure she had no idea what I said (clearly spoke no English). You could tell there was no training behind this massage since she massaged the same area of my back till I had no feeling in it. I had to move my body for her to get a clue to stop. Honestly, I was glad she didn't add the 18 min to that massage. Waisted a perfectly good gift card here when I could have used that GC at the Marriott, Hyatt or The Ritz. If you want a 35.00 Thai massage for the price of 150.00, then go here. When we first walked in the receptionist greeted us and asked what service we were here for I had a coupes gift card and let her know we had made an appointment. I had to remind her 3 times what we were there for and even showed her the gift certificate that stated what it was, she didn't look at it or take it till the 3rd time. From my understanding (based on seeing the photos and reviews) you get champagne and small chocolate with the package that we had. Well we didn't get anything until we were on our way out and the reception briefly mentioned if we wanted a glass of champagne (which was included in our package) so obviously we took it but made us drink it in the lobby as we were on our way out. She didn't ask us if we wanted more but definitely did not feel like what I've read/seen. Over all the experience was average. One of the massage therapist was more experienced than the other. So my partner and I had very different experiences. One of us got everything the package stated while the other got a fast sweep of it. I had a 90 minute massage today with hot stones. It was my third time here and with Bella. It was a beautiful massage and I was feeling so relaxed and content. When I was done, Bella thanked me and I thanked her. While I was still under the sheet, she leaned down and whispered in my ear 'can I ask you a question?' 'Sure' , I replied- then she inquired as to how much I tipped her last time? I knew it was $20, which is approximately 20% of the $120 cost. I told her that I had tipped her $20 and we were both quiet. Then she said 'my clients usually tip me $40 or $50. Hmm... okay. That kind of ruined my vibe. I don't ever in any way want to be cheap or unappreciative of the service that I receive, but a tip is a show of gratitude and now I've been told that mine was inadequate. I felt bad and I let her squeeze me for the $40 that she requested but also was paying her severance, because she clearly doesn't appreciate my loyalty which going forward, will be shown to a new studio & a new masseuse. Super impressed by this day spa! My boyfriend purchased a 2 hour deep tissue couples massage for my birthday, and this place exceeded my expectations. Upon arriving, you fill out a form that indicates areas you would like them to focus on. We were placed in the room a few minutes after arriving but had to wait 15 minutes for our masseuses to come in. As a result, they provided free hot stones throughout the massage I've never received a massage longer than 1 hour before, and was so impressed my the strength and grip of the masseuses. She gave me a deep tissue massage and even made me get up and she cracked my back in the most uncomfortable way. The scrub was an awful waist of money and the head rub was the worst I've ever had. The reception and waiting area was great, we were greeted warmly and were quickly offered some champagne and to their yummy treats, they had cupcakes, macarons, fruit and chocolate. We were then showed to room where it was a bit chilly since they had a fan on, the floor was very sandy which later we figured it was from scrums they were doing that day and was very frustrated because I tried to wipe my feet as best as possible but got some on the massage table, the massage was just okay, the masseuse was very inconsistent with how much time she would massage each side, I had the hot stones and were used very little on me, whenever she did massage my leg and feet (which were hardly) she would forget to cover my back up which made me get really cold. Please go somewhere else !! Let me start by saying that I tried to work this out with the spa before posting this review. I booked a bridal party of 8 for massages and facials this last weekend. I was told that the spa would provide decorations (which they did not) and Nancy advised that we would have private rooms - as is customary. We did not ask for a couples massages. They put me in a private room first, and then randomly paired up my guests and stuck them in SHARED COUPLES rooms. 100% unacceptable and appalling. I believe they put me in my room first so I didn't see what was happening. I paid the $1200 plus tips before my guests told me what had happened. In addition, by that evening, most of my guests (me included) were complaining of bruising and one guest that had clearly advised of a shoulder injury was further injured when the masseuse pulled her arm without warning. They admitted that they forgot to tell her about the injury. The spa admitted that they didn't tell me about the shared rooms because they didn't want to lose the booking - apparently they don't have 8 private rooms anyway. I asked for a partial refund of $600 given that I did not receive what was agreed to and paid for. They refused to make it right, offering a $150 refund and a free service. There are other places to go. I disregarded the bad reviews - please don't make the same mistake. Update to Owners comment: Helen - I'd love to understand what 'lies' you are referring to. Juana (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was incredible! When she entered the room she wished me a Happy Mother's Day and asked me how I was doing. I jokingly responded that I was have a hot flash (due to age ) and she immediately, uncovered my feet and began a type of pressure massage. She explained that while it would not stop the hot flashes it would lessen the intensity from her working on certain pressure points. I was completely shocked when they started to subside! She knew her stuff!!! My husband and I are regular customers and we always have great service. The staff is always kind, accommodating and professional! On Thursday, June 13th I was feeling really stressed from work so I decided to pamper myself. I Yelped for a nearly Spa with some sort of Spa Package where I could indulge in a massage and a facial ($110 value with $10 hot stone upgrade). I came early to my appointment time so I can prefill the typical forms you fill out on your first visit to any decent spa. Name, age, facial/skincare routine, medication, allergies, etc... In general I have been criticized that my writing is too small and I still felt like the forms did not give enough space for real responses. A second page was given for me to fill out for my massage, areas to focus on, areas to avoid and areas that are experiencing pain. The massage came first with May. I LOVE May!! May gets 5 stars. She is friendly and very intuitive with her massage techniques. We started face down and I mentioned that I enjoy a medium to hard pressure. She provided the perfect amount of pressure into her smooth long soothing strokes. The hot stones were magnificent and they really loosened up my tense muscles. She really provided extra attention to the areas I asked for extra attention on the form I filled out. I was especially impressed by her technique when she was massaging my leg because she bent my leg to the side to massage areas that others have missed in the pass. And of course massage it some more while it was straight. Once she was done with my backside, it was time for my to flip over face up. IN THEORY the best IDEA ever... May was going to continue massage me face up IN PARALLEL with my facial!! So Holly comes in with the steam machine, puts in the water and points it at my face.. .. .. AND HOT WATER STARTED SQUIRTING AT MY EYE!!!!!!!!! I screamed and sat up... my sad sad right eye was in pain!! Both the whites of my eyes, an extremely dilated pupil and the flesh around my right eye was burning... My poor eye was all watery and I was in PAIN!! This was such an awkward and vulnerable moment where I was pretty naked from my massage and now my eye was BURNINGGGG... It's been hours since the incident as I am writing this horror story and my eye sockets still throb. Everyone was running in and out of the room. The owner comes in, another worker comes in, everyone was freaking out and screaming in Vietnamese like what happened?!?! Well good thing I am Vietnamese too cause I can tell you in both English and Vietnamese what happened. SHE SHOULD HAVE POINTED THE STEAMER TO THE SIDE UNTIL IT IS READY BEFORE POINTING IT AT MY FACEEEEE!! The ironic part is that I had an 'eye' out for this spot because Yelp displayed that they were "Verfied License" and THAT made me feel safe coming here. Ouch, right? Boy was I wrong!! So all these ladies were trying to calm me down, but I'm just like oww please back off. Like my face is throbing... I do not want to be touched. Please no facial!! They wanted to my a cooling mask but my nerves were tingling, I didn't want any pressure. I was like ouch please leave me aloneeeee... After a while I laid back down, mostly because I wanted to close my eyes and let it rest. May was so sweet because she gave me extra time because she felt bad for me and felt that time was taken away in all of the drama. I was mad, but I was in no shape to get up immediately and drive off, so it was probably a good thing I laid there for a bit longer. So after the massage I went out to pay. Of course the receptionist heard the story, felt bad, etc. The part that got me was when she made a comment like she didn't know HOW BAD it was and MECHANIC ERRORS HAPPEN. Well this was human error too. Please don't be so quick to dissolve yourself of blame. They said they felt bad charging me for the massage, but I believe in "do what's right" and it is right that May should be paid for her hard work. So to be fair I said I wanted to pay for May's cut of their pricing. In addition I gave May a fat fat tip in case the reduced pricing effects her pay. The receptionist gave me a gift certificate for a Mini Facial... to consider coming back to them cause their ladies are great... Well I thought about it... Ask yourself... would you want to come back to a spot that reminds you of physical pain and emotional trauma? NO WAY!!! My time and overall well being is precious to me. Even if it was a different person, when that steam machine comes near me, I will probably tense up and get extra worried. This has ruined the thought of going to a facial ANYWHERE for a long long long time. And for the record... in addition to the major major issue at hand, there were a few observations I had about the business that made them subpar as an establishment. (1) Extremely tacky Christmas tree in JUNE in the lobby. (2) Super cheap toilet paper. Come on, you guys are a "Spa," give me some extra plushy Charmin'. (3) Uncomfortable massage bed. It was a good massage pressure overall but definitely not somewhere I'd go to relax. I was also exposed multiple times.
