The staff were friendly. I got a Swedish massage with hot stones. I forgot her name but the masseuse was incredible. She knew what spots to hit. How deep to go and the right rhythm. The hot stones were great. Although she did one stone at a time for the most part and I am used to two stones at a time. She did do 2 stones for a bit and felt wonderful. My only complaint is that at couple of times it got a little cold. The flooring is tile too so having to step in the cold floor before and after the massage is not ideal. I'd recommend to either bring sandals with you or be prepared for the cold floor. I was also on the right side rooms and I could hear people talking. She walked in and got to work, but my husband's masseuse asked him about his trouble areas and discussed pressure. Also a small thing, but I've had other masseuses be cognizant of when my towel/blanket would slip and try to keep my chest covered. They never asked me to tip after paying and the masseuses wouldn't demand it. I always did tip the masseuse directly because I wanted too. But now they ask you everytime you check out, how much you want to tip. And now you are required to tip regardless of your experience. Or right after your massage, the masseuse will ask you for tip money. I believe the minimum is $5 you are now required to tip. And apparently the owner was being rude to some customers because they only tipped 20% or lower and she will embarrass you if you tip low or demand you tip more. I feel it would be better to raise the prices so the masseuses get paid more instead of making their clients pay them in tips. I personally don't feel tips should be mandatory
