They have a plethora of massage services and options here, which I like, so it can tailor to your preferences. The 90 min deep tissue service was heavenly! I requested the therapist to spend about 20 minutes for scalp massage and foot reflexology and she listened. The pressure was on point and not rushed. Zoe focused on my problem areas (neck, shoulder, upper and lower back) for the most part with just enough pressure. I'm so glad I tried this place and will definitely be back again to try other therapists. If you're a first time new client, some of their services will have extra add-on's for a discounted price so take advantage of that! This was the worst massage experience I've EVER had! They were extremely rude and were way too rough even when I asked them to be more gentle. They put roasting hot stones on my back that burnt so bad. I asked them to take it off but they told me "no, it's fine temperature." I had to take them off myself. They left me with a burn from the hot stones which burnt like hell for weeks. I applied ointment everyday thinking it would go away but 2 months later, It's now scarred and ruined my tattoo! Response to business: Thanks for the detailed explanation, but it doesn't change what actually happened. The stones were painfully hot.. far beyond "relaxing" and trying to explain that away by saying your therapists can hold them doesn't magically make my experience any less real. Clearly, what touched my skin was too hot. That's the issue. And just to get ahead of any assumptions, I don't have sensitive skin. This wasn't some mild reaction or me being overly sensitive. This was excessive heat, plain and simple. The whole "clients can stop the service" point is also a bit of a cop-out. It shouldn't get to the point where a client is in pain and has to speak up mid-service just to avoid getting burned. Monitoring heat and adjusting accordingly is literally part of the job. And let's not gloss over the biggest problem--my tattoo was affected. Actually, "affected" is putting it lightly. The heat essentially fried it. That's permanent damage to something that cost time, money, and care, and it's not something you can just explain away with your standard procedures. Saying that your methods don't cause the kind of burns I described comes across as dismissive rather than helpful. It happened. That's why I left the review. I'll pass on the 30% discount. I'm not interested in paying again to see if I get a different outcome. Hopefully this is taken seriously instead of brushed off again. read more

This was my first time here, and I left feeling a bit conflicted about the experience. I booked a neck, shoulder, and back massage with cupping. The massage itself was very good, and the masseuse was attentive to my requests regarding pressure. However, the cupping portion was uncomfortable and unexpectedly painful. I've had cupping done at other places before and have never experienced this level of discomfort. I specifically requested that the cups only be placed on my neck, shoulder blades, and traps. When cups were placed on my mid and lower back, I asked multiple times for them to be removed from those areas. Although they were briefly taken off, they were placed back in the same spots again. What I found most uncomfortable was having other areas of my back massaged while the cups were still attached. The movement seemed to stretch and pull my skin while it was already under suction, which made the experience painful. While I appreciated the massage itself, the cupping experience was not enjoyable, and unfortunately I left feeling more sore and uncomfortable than when I arrived. read more

One of the few places I've been to that does a good job on deep tissue massage. It started off with good strong pressure but towards the end it tapered a little.
