So I've been here a handful of times and the previous times have been pleasant, which why I'm hesitant to write this review. I went recently to get the full body massage. The lady was friendly and I thought she did a great job overall, although some parts were a little uncomfortable. She did listen to my feedback though which was great. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed my shoulders were very uncomfortable.. much more so than they were when I came in the first place. There's also visible signs of bruising in several areas. I was hoping it'd get better overnight but the following morning was the same and when I went in to discuss the details I was simply sent home with a "don't worry it'll get better." In my experience, most places that want repeat customers take better care of the customers when the experience doesn't match the expectations. Also the prices have gone up a bit in 2024. While I think it's definitely still very fair, it's not as much of a tremendous deal in the area as it was previously. The environment is still very clean and the employees are overall nice, but I'd hesitate to go back again given how they handle customer disappointment. read more

I feel fortunate to have found this place! The ladies here are kind, welcoming, trained, and professional. Each time I walk in, Chunling remembers me by name and she indulges my curiosity to chat. I can tell she works hard. The massages are continually fantastic - ask for Lucy if you want some pressure and strength I've not been able to find at another shop. I go for the foot and back massage and would highly recommend this for a whole body release. Often she incorporates a head massage or hot stones to be kind - I don't feel rushed here or that I'm on an assembly line. The prices are quite reasonable, $70 cash for a generous 90 mins I find very fair. Sometimes I even come late at night and they accommodate. Chunling also offers an early day special $50 cash for 70 mins, before 2pm, I believe Mon - Thurs. It's unbelievably worth. I usually walk in without a wait, but if need be I make my appts in person for a bit later in the day and go do some errands in the meantime. I paid for a 90-minute full body massage, which comes with hot stones. $80 cash, $5 credit card charge. My massage therapist, Alan, was kind and attentive. Also, he tore into my muscles, and put me back together a new person. We both had a chuckle when he kneaded my shoulder and let out an involuntary "Oh my god" at how many knots there were. First massage spot where I could audibly HEAR the knots being worked out. At the beginning of the massage, certain muscle spots would "crunch" when kneaded. At the end, silence. They were massaged into oblivion, and disappeared. Adjust pressure to your liking, but I've heard the therapists here err on the strong side, which I appreciate. But recently they kept forgetting my appointment and asked me to wait for another half hour when I am there on-time for my appointment. I feel if you are running late, you should let the customer knows ahead of time so we don't need to waste time to drive all the way there and find out the appointment got postponed. My mom treated me to a massage and she went to three other places beforehand to compare and find her favorite. She chose those this one as her favorite and I can see why. They have two masseuses- a man and a woman. My mom got the one hour foot massage (which comes with a mini full body) for about $40 by the man and he was intense. I will say they she got some fingertip bruises, however, she wanted a super deep tissue massage so this did not bother her. You can always ask for a lighter touch. He advised her to go for the full body which I had and is $15 more. This was good advice and not because it costs more because my mom really does need her upper body done. They did the full body plus a free hot stone massage for me! I would do this again, and my only cons are the slight up charge for credit instead of cash, did not massage the feet, and when I walked in they were playing non-relaxing music. I'm dealing with 3 herniated disks and a sciatic nerve issue. It has not been a fun experience to say the least. At first I only paid for 1 hour, I asked for more time and she let me pay the difference after. $80 for 1.5 hours, Perfect! Felt like a new man walking out of there. The 2nd massage was with Coco. I asked for Ling but she said, she will not give me a massage if her Masseuse was not busy. As a business owner you got to respect that. Found a Groupon for $45 (regular price $100) for an hour combo massage with hot stone. I just finished my massage and what a disappointment. 1. I was put in a room with the cheaper massage chair where people share the area, there were 3 chairs in that room with curtains. Normally for the more expensive massage, you would get a private room with a massage table. 2. The masseuse were constantly coughing and not even wearing a mask, hard to relax when I'm afraid of getting sick. 3. The masseuse were massaging super SLOW, feel like she is just buying/wasting time for the hour. So definitely didn't feel like an hour of massage, more like 30 min. 4. The combo massage comes with hot stone, never got it. If you advertise as $100 dollar massage, at least come close to it. It's more like a $25 dollar massage in a share big room I can get in Westminster. I have had hundreds of massages in my life and this was the worst. First, the woman walked in on me while I was undressing instead of waiting until I was on the table and covered. To begin the massage I was placed in a position lying on my back with legs hanging off in a bucket of water. This was so uncomfortable that I didn't enjoy the massage until I asked to lie flat. There was no particular technique to the massage and it appeared that the woman was untrained. Also, I was lying on a rough towel with just one towel covering. There should have been a warm sheet. They try to get you to pay cash, and one can assume this is to avoid paying taxes. Also, there is one massage room with only a curtain separating 3 stations. And finally, no one spoke English so I could not communicate my needs. read more
