The customer service at the front desk is also good and it's nice that they accept last minute/same day appointments. I have always managed to call in and get an appointment within an hour or two of the session. Go ahead and give it a try if you're looking for a good massage place! I told her my neck and shoulders upper part was hurting and even pointed to show her and she said yeah yeah okay. For 30+ minutes she was just running her hands up and down my back lol absolutely no circle thumb motion or real massaging done whatsoever. I started massaging myself and told her this part here and pointed and showed her again. The rest of the massage was still not even good but I guess the effort the following 20minutes was at least a little better than the 0 effort "rubbing" my back up and down nonsense. After she went to go get a towel and wiped the lotion off my back and said finished. I checked my timer and it reads 55minutes. As I'm getting dressed, I watched her fix the sheet on the massage table. SHE DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEET. Omg, wtf.. I laid on that sheet..
