Was the most amazing treatment. If I ever find myself in Anaheim again I'll be back. VIP package is worth every penny.

Went here to treat my best friend to a nice lil spa day and honestly, I didn't like head spas initially (because I went to one in Vegas and thought it was okay) but Trinity Paradise Spa really pampers you! I got the Premium Package at $105 each, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish for 75 minutes. Prices are reasonable compared to the other places I was looking at in LA. You get your hair washed and treated (we both have balayages, so our hair is FRIED), a facial, and a head and neck massage! We're both dentists, so we were wishing the massage was a bit deeper, but that's all we really have to say. It was super relaxing since I was running on 3 hours of sleep. It's nice, quiet, and dark inside, and I felt my stress melt away. Afterwards, my friend and I were amazed at how soft and fluffy our hair was and she expressed that we gotta come back for the VIP experience next! We will definitely be back and were clamoring about making it a birthday tradition for each other from now on. My scalp feels great! read more

Got the premium service which cost $105. The Gua Sha is only on your head btw not on your face. Nothing like Korean head spa treatments. Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement. read more

My wife and I came by on Friday and had a fantastic time. This is my third head spa I've been to, and I can say that this place is easily the best! Trinity is located in the Vons plaza off Chapman, they've got plenty of parking nearby. When you walk in, you're welcomed with a very calming presence, and everything is new and clean. I got the Premium Package and added 10 extra minutes for a massage. The therapist who took care of me was extremely careful and super attentive to detail. She made the whole experience very relaxing and left me feeling incredibly refreshed. I definitely think the Premium Package is the right balance of services offered, and would recommend that to anyone checking this place out. I've already recommended this place to a few of my friends and plan to come back again soon, because this place is the best! read more

High quality service by professional staff. The quality of service and vibe were amazing.

I had the most relaxing experience at Trinity Spa! The head spa treatment was incredible and the entire environment was clean, peaceful, and very calming. My specialist, Tracy, was amazing. She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel luxurious from start to finish. The scalp massage, warm water treatment, and attention to detail were so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. My hair and scalp felt so refreshed and clean afterwards, and I left feeling completely relaxed. You can tell Tracy really cares about giving her clients a great experience. read more

First visit to Trinity Paradise and it was very relaxing. Loved the facial and massage. Hoping they'll add a stylist who specializes in curly hair down the road. Hard to find! Would recommend. read more

My bf surprised me with an appointment here for my birthday today. He got the VIP package with hot stones add on for me and was just lovely! The place is super cute and clean. Staff were all very sweet and ensured I had a great experience from start to finish. The massage, facial, and hair wash, scalp scrub, condition were amazingggggg. I was so relaxed when I got done. The best part is that they actually had products for curly/textured hair and a diffuser. I went to one before and they didn't have any products to accommodate my type of hair, which was frustrating as it was part of the experience. read more

I felt very rejuvenated like a brand new person afterwards, and my hair felt so clean and bouncy after the blow dry! Book your appointment here, you will not regret it! This is my absolute favorite spot. I'm a loyal regular because Julie has made this experience seamless from the jump. I'm also so *appreciative* of their scheduling team. They actually call you back if you miss them, which is basically a miracle. Julie's kindness and warm energy makes me feel like a valued community member rather than just another customer on the books. Now let's talk about Kim. Wow. I've had her three times now and my goodness, she is a wizard. She executes every step with so much care that I now upgrade to the highest package every single time just because she's that incredible. The menu here is next level. Between the jade roller, the gua sha stone, and the red light therapy, I feel like I'm being prepped for a red carpet. The moisturizing serum is pure gold, and the foot massage is the only thing keeping my sanity intact. Hahaha jokes aside, it's amaaaazing. After the head spa experience, my hair feels like a million bucks. But the real highlight? That blow dry experience. I leave feeling like a chaotic mixture of a total baddie with amazing hair and a professional show dog that's easily the prettiest competitor in the ring. I can't wait to return. The ambiance and the service equals premium relaxation for me. As someone that works really hard, booking these appointments is everything. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I booked the Classic Package and enjoyed every second of it! The spa has a relaxing vibe and curtains for privacy. Everything was perfect! read more

After a long day at Disney, this place absolutely melted me. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calm and inviting ....soft music, gentle lighting, and a touch of tropical serenity that instantly reset my mood. The service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and so in tune with what I needed after miles of walking the parks. The massage quality was top-tier; every knot and ache disappeared, and I may or may not have dozed off halfway through. The overall vibe? Peaceful, rejuvenating, and exactly what my tired feet and soul needed. Whether you've been chasing rides or just need to unwind, Trinity Paradise Spa is pure magic for body and mind. read more

Top notch service. Staff makes you feel welcomed. I will drive from San Bernardino again.

My favorite headspa in OC. Very friendly, clean, and nice atmosphere. Kathy at the front is amazing. Haley is a fantastic masseuse, but I'm sure all of them are great. read more

Came here with my best friend for the Classic Head Spa package, and honestly for the price, it included a lot -- head/scalp massage, arm & shoulder massage, facial, mask, jade rollers/gua sha, shampoo, and drying (note: drying doesn't include styling). It was super relaxing and satisfying overall. That said, there were a couple moments where the pressure felt a little too intense. When drying my face, it felt like they were digging into my eye area, and during the jade rollers they squished my nose. My friend also mentioned there were times when she wasn't ready for the water and it almost felt like she got water-boarded (we laughed about it after). Even with those moments, we still really enjoyed ourselves and would come back again. A solid spot if you're looking to treat yourself to some relaxation. read more

I was visiting from NorCal and wanted to do something to unwind after a long day of travels. I've always wanted to try a hair spa so I called to see if they could accommodate me on a Saturday noon and they did! I was greeted when I walked in and taken into my room. I chose the VIP treatment that came with a facial, massage, and a hair spa/hair wash. It was by far the most relaxing treatment I've ever had. The worker's name was Lisa, and she was very gentle and walked me through every step to let me know what she was doing. She was very sweet and made sure I enjoyed my pampering. I felt ten years younger after my appointment. Thanks Lisa! read more

I saw this place on social media and saw how unique it was. I booked an appointment and came to try it out. It was my first time doing anything like this aside from massages. It was so relaxing and satisfying. It made me feel at ease. Definitely something different with the water spa. It felt good. It was pretty busy so I recommend making an appointment. I was with Tracie who made the first time nice and easy. Always was checking up on me and had a gentle touch when rubbing my face and head. I would definitely recommend this to anybody guy or girl. read more

I went here with my friends for the #1 package for her bday and it was so fun! I loved the quality of each treatment we received. It was especially fun because they opened the curtain so all 3 of us could see each other haha! The vibes inside were very luxurious, I felt relaxed and calm and the way the staff treated us was soothing. I love how they take care of us during the full hour and plus you get your hair dried, and when I did my hair never felt softer in my life. Definitely check this place out read more

I recently visited Trinity Paradise Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I purchased the Premium package with hot stone massage. The massage did not involve any pressure at all and remained the same throughout and didn't feel like an actual therapeutic or relaxing massage. During the facial, my face was left wet instead of being properly dried before moving on, and with my hair wet too, I felt cold and uncomfortable rather than refreshed. At one point, water was also sprayed up my nose, which was very unpleasant. The red light therapy lasted only about 30 seconds, which is not nearly long enough to provide any real benefit. Overall, nothing about this experience felt professionally executed or relaxing. I would not return. read more
