My wife and I came by on Friday and had a fantastic time. This is my third head spa I've been to, and I can say that this place is easily the best! Trinity is located in the Vons plaza off Chapman, they've got plenty of parking nearby. When you walk in, you're welcomed with a very calming presence, and everything is new and clean. I got the Premium Package and added 10 extra minutes for a massage. The therapist who took care of me was extremely careful and super attentive to detail. She made the whole experience very relaxing and left me feeling incredibly refreshed. I definitely think the Premium Package is the right balance of services offered, and would recommend that to anyone checking this place out. I've already recommended this place to a few of my friends and plan to come back again soon, because this place is the best! read more

Got the premium service which cost $105. The Gua Sha is only on your head btw not on your face. Nothing like Korean head spa treatments. Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel luxurious from start to finish. I called ahead as I was in town with my husband. He is follicle-ly challenged and I asked if it would be more of a scalp massage and shoulder massage for him. They said yes they do a lot of men similar. My experience was ok. Not as fantastic as my first visit. But ok. We paid for the VIP works so I was hoping he would have a relaxing experience. He said he was so softly touched he could barely feel anything. Apparently he just had his head washed multiple times. Not arm massaging, he said feet were so soft as well. Again he wasn't look for deep tissue but barely felt anything. To top it off his practitioner tried to blow dry his hair (which he has none). My experience was ok. I do wish the person I spoke with on the phone provided a better explanation of service for his as I would have just gone myself instead. read more

Came here with my best friend for the Classic Head Spa package, and honestly for the price, it included a lot -- head/scalp massage, arm & shoulder massage, facial, mask, jade rollers/gua sha, shampoo, and drying (note: drying doesn't include styling). It was super relaxing and satisfying overall. That said, there were a couple moments where the pressure felt a little too intense. When drying my face, it felt like they were digging into my eye area, and during the jade rollers they squished my nose. My friend also mentioned there were times when she wasn't ready for the water and it almost felt like she got water-boarded (we laughed about it after). I've always wanted to try a hair spa so I called to see if they could accommodate me on a Saturday noon and they did! I was greeted when I walked in and taken into my room. I chose the VIP treatment that came with a facial, massage, and a hair spa/hair wash. It was by far the most relaxing treatment I've ever had. The worker's name was Lisa, and she was very gentle and walked me through every step to let me know what she was doing. She was very sweet and made sure I enjoyed my pampering. I recently visited Trinity Paradise Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I purchased the Premium package with hot stone massage. The massage did not involve any pressure at all and remained the same throughout and didn't feel like an actual therapeutic or relaxing massage. During the facial, my face was left wet instead of being properly dried before moving on, and with my hair wet too, I felt cold and uncomfortable rather than refreshed. At one point, water was also sprayed up my nose, which was very unpleasant. The red light therapy lasted only about 30 seconds, which is not nearly long enough to provide any real benefit. Overall, nothing about this experience felt professionally executed or relaxing. I would not return. read more
