Trinity is located in the Vons plaza off Chapman, they've got plenty of parking nearby. When you walk in, you're welcomed with a very calming presence, and everything is new and clean. I got the Premium Package and added 10 extra minutes for a massage. The therapist who took care of me was extremely careful and super attentive to detail. She made the whole experience very relaxing and left me feeling incredibly refreshed. I definitely think the Premium Package is the right balance of services offered, and would recommend that to anyone checking this place out. My bf booked me a spa day here for my birthday and I felt like a princess! Spa was clean and the decor inside was cute from the receptionist area to the actual spa beds. The foot mask, shoulder massage, face massage and shampoo treatment were all 10/10 for me! I called ahead as I was in town with my husband. He is follicle-ly challenged and I asked if it would be more of a scalp massage and shoulder massage for him. They said yes they do a lot of men similar. My experience was ok. Not as fantastic as my first visit. But ok. We paid for the VIP works so I was hoping he would have a relaxing experience. He said he was so softly touched he could barely feel anything. Apparently he just had his head washed multiple times. Not arm massaging, he said feet were so soft as well. Again he wasn't look for deep tissue but barely felt anything. To top it off his practitioner tried to blow dry his hair (which he has none). My experience was ok. I do wish the person I spoke with on the phone provided a better explanation of service for his as I would have just gone myself instead. read more

Came here with my best friend for the Classic Head Spa package, and honestly for the price, it included a lot -- head/scalp massage, arm & shoulder massage, facial, mask, jade rollers/gua sha, shampoo, and drying (note: drying doesn't include styling). It was super relaxing and satisfying overall. That said, there were a couple moments where the pressure felt a little too intense. When drying my face, it felt like they were digging into my eye area, and during the jade rollers they squished my nose. My friend also mentioned there were times when she wasn't ready for the water and it almost felt like she got water-boarded (we laughed about it after). Even with those moments, we still really enjoyed ourselves and would come back again. A solid spot if you're looking to treat yourself to some relaxation. read more

I chose the VIP treatment that came with a facial, massage, and a hair spa/hair wash. It was by far the most relaxing treatment I've ever had. The worker's name was Lisa, and she was very gentle and walked me through every step to let me know what she was doing. She was very sweet and made sure I enjoyed my pampering. I recently visited Trinity Paradise Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I purchased the Premium package with hot stone massage. The massage did not involve any pressure at all and remained the same throughout and didn't feel like an actual therapeutic or relaxing massage. During the facial, my face was left wet instead of being properly dried before moving on, and with my hair wet too, I felt cold and uncomfortable rather than refreshed. At one point, water was also sprayed up my nose, which was very unpleasant. The red light therapy lasted only about 30 seconds, which is not nearly long enough to provide any real benefit. Overall, nothing about this experience felt professionally executed or relaxing. I would not return. read more

I will say price is definitely on the expensive side but I love all the things that come with it, which in my opinion, makes everything worth it. Our appointment got pushed back and so we ended up being the last ones there right at closing time so my boyfriend and I felt like they were rushing us when they were blow drying our hair. We did a couples hair massage and it was really relaxing. My favorite part is that they add the shoulder massage and facial. It was a really clean place and the workers were very sweet and helpful.
